Not worth it
I’ve used several paid workout plans and I just don’t think this one is worth $10 a month for me to have to make out my own plan. If I’m paying I prefer to have a coach set up my workouts, it’s that the point? I’ve used ladder app and will be returning to it. I wanted to try some of the others out there but this one doesn’t even compare.

30 Day Guarantee is BS
Didn’t like the app after paying for it. And was told I don’t qualify for a refund until I use the app for 8 hours. An app that I don’t even like that didn’t even put together decent workouts
App and payments
I thought the app was really hard to use, there’s not a good guide. If you want to cancel make sure you cancel from their site and not from the apple store because they will keep charging you.

This app seems like it will give you the workouts you want but it’s not well planned out to navigate from one exercise to the next.

Don’t get a subscription
I bought a 1-month subscription that was $9.99. NO where on there did it say there was gonna be a change after the first month. I went to the website nearing the end of my month where I then canceled the subscription but i’m getting NON-stop notifications of “Payment failed” (i have all my money in my savings) and not only that but now it’s suddenly wanting to charge me $19.99??? I never charged my subscription AND i checked on the website to see if i had forgotten to cancel it but i didnt because the button only says “renew” or “Don’t cancel subscription” and that it cancels march 7 but it wants to charge me for this month as well when i only payed a 1-month $9.99 subscription. this is a huge SCAM.
Cancelled membership
I cancelled my membership on 3/14/2025 and they are still trying to charge me! Reaching out now to PayPal and my bank. Not only did they not have permission to charge me, as I had canceled the account, they overcharged me by $17.00! Beware!!!!

I just purchased the app and it’s already glitching out. It doesn’t let me easily add workouts to the formulated AI plan its pick for me.
I wanted Abs, glutes and legs in my workouts. But I’m getting stuff in my plan working all muscle groups BUT what I wanted and it’s not letting me add workouts.

This app is terrible. They tell you one price, and after you subscribe, it turns out you need a new, more expensive subscription to access all the content. Supposedly, it's so you can improve more, but there are no guides, and as a beginner, you get completely lost in this awful app.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews. I decided to try the app due to the money back guarantee. I decided I didn’t like the app. The workouts were not as customizable as I would have hoped and I had trouble adding exercises. I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. I was then told that I had to complete 8 workouts for at least an hour each. One I don’t work out an hour I aim for about 45 minutes. Two when I set up my profile I told them that and my workout about 45 minutes only took me like 25 minutes. So annoying!!!

Decent app but I canceled the subscription nearly 3 months ago and I was still charged today. Haven’t used the app in at least 5 months. Watch out for fraudulent charges from this app!
Rip Off
I downloaded the app and then stepped through the questions and when asked about equipment, I put minimal access. When I access the app it only gives me gym equipment and no options for bodyweight or dumbbells. Canceling this garbage and reporting it to Apple because it is falsely advertising that you can set it to bodyweight and dumbbells.

Deceptive trial period
Apparently “not liking the app” is not a reason to receive a refund during the trial period. The app does not work well for building muscle/hypertrophy.
You won’t get anything
App is generic and if you want to pay for average AI workouts then is fine. But they will take your money even if you don’t want that.
Do not trust that they cancel your account. Keep an eye on your bank statement.
They charged me this month again, even though I requested they cancel my account. I’m reporting them to my bank.

I asked for a refund after a few days- as the app interface was not one I liked- and it kept freezing. The girl on the other side of the email told me that once I did 8 workouts she could issue the refund. Send her screenshots. I did what I could and sent her what she asked for. It wasn’t enough (one day 8 total in the day). Whether I do 4 or 8- it doesn’t change the fact that the app isn’t for me and I immediately asked for a refund after being able to see it. I asked her to have a supervisor contact me. This app may be great for those experienced in the gym. But not for me a newbie.
Cancellation Policy
I have tried diligently to cancel my subscription & they make it really difficult to do so. It should be an option in the application to cancel when you wish. It’s not & it doesn’t show up in subscriptions either. It has gotten to a point of frustration where I may need to cancel my debit card so I stop getting charged. Please fix this!

Foreign Scammers!
They get you to sign up outside of the app and then renew a subscription at twice the price. Apple needs to remove from the App Store.
Deceptive pricing
I am not sure how this app received such high ratings. First of all, the app itself isn’t worth the price, you can simply use AI to create better workouts for free. Second of all, this is a subscription and automatically renews at the end of the time period chosen. They do not offer refunds unless they see you have faithfully used the app and are not satisfied. Makes no sense- if you don’t like it you won’t use it! Save your money and find a different way to get your workouts in.

Charged 59.99 when I believed service was cancelled. I’ve never had an app purchased through the App Store charge you without showing in subscriptions in Apple. Disappointing, not even using the service.

Basic and Not worth it
The app is nothing special and the workouts they give you are as basic as it gets. Not one new workout was in the app that I didn’t already know of. They will get you with signing up at a discounted rate and then having the subscription price hit 6 months later. Be careful and get out quick if you do not like it.

This app has been charging me for six months without even sending a single email notification that I am being charged for something I used once, that was supposed to be a one month plan. I paid for a one month plan, not a subscription that automatically renews without me knowing about it!
Would be great if it worked
I have been having trouble with this app now since last October. It is actually a great app when it works. I got it the first month they put it out so almost 3 years now. I bought the new iPhone back in September and never sent send somehow it doesn’t interface correctly. I’ve spoken to them about it back in October and now it’s just gotten worse. It’s been months since I’ve used it regularly since it locks up on me or it changes my workout or it doesn’t. Do a correct workout. I’ve written to them and I’ve had no reply. Do better folks.
Doesn’t stand by their product
Only app that refuses refund if you cancel day late. They don’t care if the product is right for you or not, as long as they get your money. Don’t fall for the trial of any kind.
Not Helpful
I was really disappointed in this app. It doesn’t explain anything unless you go digging. I wanted to lift 5 days a week but it gave me 7 “workouts” which are 10 ish min each when I asked for 30 min. Maybe if there was explanation of what I’m working out daily and why I could better understand it.

The app didn’t work for me and I had bought the subscription so I could see if it was easier use and there was a deal happening. After maybe a month or less, I canceled my subscription on the website. Little did I know I was charged $60 for a subscription renewal for their 6-month whatever. I didn’t realize until about a week ago when I was checking my transactions and saw that they took it in May. This is absolutely ridiculous and when I tried contacting support, they didn’t get back to me until 3 days later (couldn’t talk to a real person during the weekend) and won’t give me a refund. So that’s $60 down the drain with no warning even when I canceled my subscription and deleted the app. What a scam.

This app doesn’t have all the right exercises and limited choices. It was confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, you realize just how limited the app really is.
The app is bad.
Unfortunately, my experience with the app did not meet my expectations. While the platform claims to offer refunds under certain conditions, my request has not been honored, despite following the guidelines. I also found that the app did not deliver the value or functionality it promised, which was disappointing.
I sincerely hope the team takes this feedback into account to improve the service. In the meantime, I would advise others to carefully review the refund policy and features before making a purchase.

Ok app
Doesn’t give much in the way of good variation of workouts to give a satisfactory workout. A good app for beginners, but not very useful otherwise. Also, they do not send renewal notifications. Make sure you cancel way before your renewal date (which you will have to keep track of yourself) as you will need to do it online and not through the app, making you jump through hoops to do so.

Where’s customer support
Joined and answered quiz on Facebook. Paid with Apple Pay and downloaded app… all credentials used when signing up are not recognized using the app… tried to reset password and my email not even recognized
