Poor design and maintenance
I don’t know how others upload docs but this feature is clearly a nuisance since it is slow and errors out. Folks can’t even register. Worse part is there is no support email to send the ID docs to register ourselves. Pathetic

Premium does nothing - don’t subscribe
They say auto approve is a feature. It doesn’t work. They’ll still make you open the app, see that irrelevant ad and make you click approve every freaking delivery. It’s a terrible product.
Useless low IQ
Useless app, shows all the nonsense instead of what is needed, can’t see electricity bill after searching for long time. Ads are but in my face. Most useless, junk nonsense

This is an ads platform that sometimes shows notifications for guests and daily help. Common tasks have become hard to find and society notifications are buried within advertisements. Need to find a replacement. More residents should be calling this out to reduce their ratings and have their leadership take notice and clean up their app.
Bad UI, 30 minute OTP
Impossible to login. OTP to login to the app to set up the profile takes about 30 minutes to come, making it impossible to set up your profile
Poor data management
Not optimised to be used with apple watch, poor response time and simply not bundled thoughtfully. No security mentioned about data, poor data management

Quite an useless app for two reasons. 1. The pre approval feature is just a farce , in spite of pre approving the user has to reapprove when the delivery person is at the gate. 2. The frequent entry features let’s only one entry per day and how stupid is that. We have Amazon or Swiggy delivery coming 3 or 4 times a day. Totally crappy app.

After approving all deliveries for 30 days in advance from 7 AM to 10 PM still every single God calls me for approval send me messages for approval what kind of preapproval services I will I will read
Poor performance and issues
Using app and clicking on society dues and getting oops error 😡😡when raised issue got the solution to reinstall and login again and the issue remains same. Surprise more is without listening back the issue is closed.😌😌
Won't let you disable non-useful notifications
Doesn't let you disable useless notifications and pop up ads. Highly intrusive. How can I disable society notice notifications? Spams user with ads in banner notifications. And NO toggling the app notification settings does not work.

Guess Kashmir are using this app because if a visitor/vendor comes to your flat you won’t get any notification, that’s y trrrists come there frequently

Frustrating system fault
My Gate has a system that lets you preapprove frequent entries by certain vendors. And although you can set your time limits, the pre approval is frustratingly limited to one a day which requires calls and specific attention to the app to approve. Second entry by the same vendor. It’s not a small issue as we get food deliveries multiple times a day and Amazon also deliveries each item separately. The system is immensely frustrating and although I’ve spoken with yeh vendor about this for months, no change is being made.

Buggy
Payment fails with irrelevant messages. Too buggy and looks like the company focuses on expansion than the core business.

Using US phone number, I never receive the OTP. When I try to use the option - “Use Email” it brings me back to sending OTP to phone number.
Does not support USA ph no
Hi, I am trying to setup the app with USA +1… phone number. It says it sent a text message, but did not receive any. Also, the MyGate website does not allow to submit a complaint with US ph no, it says format is wrong. And the 1800 no disconnects the call from the US. It is frustrating to even setup and my community says, I have to use this app. The app cannot be set up from US ph nos as it cannot send a simple OTP text message to US ph no. Would you care to resolve this issue. This is my only way to communicate with them.
More of marketing junk and less clarity about what it should be.
Almost 20-90% of the screen and app is selling you junk and testimonials (probably paid ones) and one line of the so called Gate access related items on the homescreen. Can imagine the real data privacy let alone security from such an app/company
