It’s all in Mandarin/Chinese. I never thought I’d find something MORE WORTHLESS than I am. All I wanted was to put my ID on Apple wallet. Apple and this app’s designer need to fix this problem. I should not have to even use this app. I should be able to do it on Apple. Wallet. So Apple get to fixing this problem
Kept asking re-login portal
This might be the dumbest program I have ever used. To complete one simple step such as register to move out from my one prefecture to another, in every single step it kept asking me to relogin to my portal, unfortunately the navigation was failed without appropriate reason, no way for me to troubleshoot! So I kept looping back to the same problem, and until now I was not able to register my move out, and yet the move in is not acceptable if the move out is not done.
Doesn’t scan
Tried to scan my MyNumber card but never succeeds. It doesn’t show you how it is lining up in the camera. In fact, the app never asks for permission to use the camera so how is this app going to even work. No wonder people can’t get this app to work.

I was trying to renew my son’s passport on this app but couldn’t do anything like NOTHING!!wasting time!!Trash!
Shame for Japan.
This app is a joke. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Save yourself time and frustration, don’t bother using it. You won’t get anywhere.

I am having same experience as Justin. It just takes me back to the AppStore. Endless loop.
Absolutely Useless
This app doesn’t actually do anything in conjunction with your my number card. You can’t use it to apply for the new card nor can you use it to apply for the stimulus.
It’s just four links that take you back to the website that asked you to download the app in the first place.

Disappointing as usual. Like the other reviewer. This just links to a few website pages. It’s so embarrassing.
Hilariously useless app
Clicking on buttons in the app simply opens a link to the App Store page to the same app. Classic Japanese “high tech” apps. It would be funny if this wasn’t necessary for every day life and government services. Welcome to 1995.
Thanks for the crashes
Like every app in Japan, it’s buggy and crashes and is designed like sh*t, thanks for making circa 2007 government apps 👌🏼👌🏼
