CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
I used this website for one time use. Not only did it make me believe that it was going to fit all my information into one page as it didn’t show the page breakers initially until I bought access to my resume, but they intentionally make it hard for you to cancel your subscription! I’ve been waiting for the settings to load on my computer as that is the only way to manage your payments, however the page just does not load even though the page says there is nothing to load after refreshing. The only way to cancel your payment is to contact them which is very inconvenient and frustrating! This company is dependent on hidden subscriptions that I was not aware of. I initially paid a total of $2.35 for my resume and will be getting charged $24 for the subscription every month which I did not agree to. Complete scam!

Impossible to cancel

Made my resume tried to email it to my email and the app completely bugged out and lost all my information literally took me 45 min to fill out and paid for the subscription anyone looking to use this app don’t it’s awful
Keep Charging after you cancel
Don’t do it. They just keep charging my account after Ive canceled. My daughter needed a resume too scoop ice cream, of all things. Cost me a close to a hundred bucks and counting. I even have a cancel confirmation. But they just ring me up. Ridiculous. Cancelled in September and was charged again in January. I have to go to my bank to stop it. Criminal

Don’t even waste your time using this app first of all a lot of people use it and when I read job applications, everyone’s just using the same resume templates with the same words, and I was charged $23 dollars which stacked up to like 250 without knowing at all, hidden fees, waste of your time, you’re better off just finding out a way to do it yourself or using a completely different app

I try to cancel it before I got charged and the website glitches and they make it complicated to delete you debit account information . I will be disputing the 24$ . They are a scam do not download ‘ YOU CANT DELETE YOUR BANK INFORMATION . Worse website I’ve used

Charging monthly
I downloaded this app so I could create a résumé and I want to delete it now that I’ve created a resume, but it’s still charging me every month and doesn’t give me an option to unsubscribe so they really just want your money to build you a resume and it’s gonna be monthly with no way of unsubscribing your subscription.

It’s nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. The service is nice, but too difficult to stop paying for. Don't waste your money.

Scam
I chose the one time review and got an extra payment of $25 dollars and then it was near impossible to cancel subscription.
Don’t get it
I used the “free trial” at a friends suggestion and immediately cancelled it a few days later. I was subsequently charged several times since April. Customer service replied three times that my account shows it was a free account and no charges accrued. I had to go through apple to receive a refund. Because of the 3 emails I received from customer service denying that I had been charged, this seems like a delay tactic to defraud you out of a fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Deleted account continued to be charged even though account was deleted and I could not log in because no account existed, customer service admitted they could not find an account either would not refund but promised I would no longer be charged.

I signed up for this site in my computer, at first glance pretty good. I finished my resume which turned out to be just as I wanted it. A month passed an I was no longer going to use it so I cancelled my subscription (or so I thought u did). 2 months later I lock my card and notice a charge I didn’t recognize, come to find out it is coming from here, and every time I clicked the cancel button it’ll just simple refresh my page. It charged my account for 2 months without me knowing, DONT RECOMMEND!!
