This game has the worst game support i’ve ever seen!!! I made it to day 3 and it restarted the story ok whatever the support(Anna K.) wouldn’t help me so I just redid it, I got towards the end of episode 2 which I already have done previously where you have to go down the secret door in the room and find the safe well since I already did this part there was nothing in the safe and after waiting hours AGAIN Anna K was no help!

I tried to play this game, but as soon as it gets to the first puzzle, it won’t let me make the first move.

I was banned because I was hacked
I have spent so money and time on this game and I get hacked and cannot play now because I was told I was cheating by playing on different devices. I only play on my phone, I don’t have a computer or tablet or anything else. Just my phone. This is not fair to me at all.

Be aware
There are a lot of competitions in the game that can reward you nicely but I feel there’s a catch. I play this game leisurely and I’ve found it very enjoyable but what I’ve just experienced I now believe the reviewers that complain that this game is a money hog. I’m always in the winners circle beating every playable level each week but for special competitions I am spending $$$ on coins to boost my chance on the game but never win the prize. I’m seriously thinking about deleting but I will give them another chance to redeem itself.
Game Space
HOW MUCH SPACE does this game take up!?? I reinstalled the game and my storage jumped from 62.27 to 63.84 in a heartbeat. And the game kept glitching due to the amount of space it takes up. May be a long while before I reinstall this app again
Level 7720
This level is impossible to pass. It does not give you all of the items needed in order to finish the level. I had 13 moves left and needed only 2 more pots. Those pots never showed up, even after clearing the board multiple times.

I don’t spend money and I was good at the patterns in the puzzles… don’t get invested you’ll be accused of cheating and locked out of playing. Waste of time.

Made an in app purchase for the gold pass, and it worked up until the app restarted later that night. I have contacted support with proof of purchase and showing that my gold pass is no longer working and they basically said “well look into it, have a nice day”
No offer of a refund, no trying to restore the purchase, no attempt to fix the situation at all, and they haven’t responded since. The games alright but I work hard for my money and little extras in games are how I reward myself at night after long days. Really disappointing, especially from playrix.

I’ll check in to help my teammates but I won’t play. There are other heavy players like me in the team who stopped playing in the last few weeks so I’m joining them.
I guess they have enough newbies who would spend money willingly so I’m sure they don’t care about losing one or two paying customer.

I just refuse to pay to win, even after getting stuck at one level for a few days, being offered “one more move” finish 6-7 out of 10 tries. I stubbornly refuse to surrender to such psychological abuse.
I actually deleted all the Playrix games including this one once and stopped playing for about a year.
I switched to Lily’s Garden and played it like some addict for a while. Every time I got stuck so bad and was about to smash my phone against the wall, Lily showed up and gave me tons of boosters for free, saying these should help me. I was in tears.
Then story lines of Lily’s Garden got boring and I couldn’t get used to their graphics. So I came back to this game for stories and characters and I love every interaction between Elizabeth and Detective Gomez.
I also enjoy the Team effort aspect of playing the game. My team is great and members appreciate and help each other. It makes playing this game more enjoyable.
So, overall, I give 5 stars.

Crashing
I can’t even play! I opened the app and agreed to the new terms and services and it immediately crashed. I tried 3 times before giving up. It’s not an internet issue. I have read other recent reviews of it crashing. If this isn’t fixed in the next couple days, I will be forced to leave my rating and delete the app. No sense in having an app you can’t use!
I am so sick of the mandatory updates
I just want to play the main game without any interruptions. Most of which are not really functioning properly when you do.
You have to pay to beat levels!
You have to pay to beat levels, the game constantly glitches and messes up, costing you lives, coins, rewards, and money if you’ve paid any, and when you reach out to their “support” for assistance, they won’t do anything to fix it, even when you send PROOF. They just talk down to you and run you around in circles, it’s horrible! And i have played level 6278 over 1400 times now without beating it!

Same old, same old...
Just like every other game out there. It gives you a ton of freebies until they take it all away and demand money to advance. You need real money to keep going as it turns into an energy game really quick. I don't know why the police detective is in a cave, but I really hate this level. You break an energy crate and get maybe 5 energy, but it costs like 10-15 energy to break objects in order to advance. I play about 5 minutes before I have to quit because I will NEVER spend money on these games. I want to go back to the mansion because that's when it was fun. I hate these games where you have to break boxes, get mail, and plant grass all in the same level, without powerups, which makes it impossible to complete, and they give you very little moves. In the early part of the game, just like every other game like this, they give you a good amount of moves, but as the game advances you only get a few moves and no powerups or assistance so you have to go through your coins and, of course, when those are gone, you are told to pay real money to keep going. Nope! So I'm just deleting the game because I cannot advance anymore and it's no longer fun but a pay to play game. I should have learned from my mistake a long time ago with these greedy developer games, but I fell for it again. Oh well, at least I can delete it and never play it again and blackball the developer.

Just like all the rest-fun at first but then they make it so difficult that you’re forced to spend money on coins or else be stuck on the same level for weeks at a time. Yes I said weeks. Also, there are always bugs in the events and no real way to report them.

Over the years I have down loaded ALL the PLAYRIX games and do love them for so many reasons. I have also spread the word to many families to try. As they too are critical of many of today’s games for their young ones.
Now many of our young ones are becoming teenagers and still they continue to learn and play.
Some changes have been disappointing but I understand updates. Politically correct is nuts in a game, but I understand.
What I love about the games mostly they are not “Woke” so to speak just wonderful hours of innocent play. They are also wonderful tools for little ones to learn especially for reading the stories in games figure out puzzels . Math etc.
However I see you broke a rule which I was shocked to see and certainly not for small eyes or teenagers learning.
In “Mystery Matters” “Detective Gomez” is using strong language that is unacceptable. Language of a Sailor and is not acceptable in many households. We are teaching our children that language will never be acceptable.
Who ever wrote the script even understands the meaning of the words they used?
Words we don’t what our child using. ( one being , one without a Father) among other words. I am stunned that Playrix did this. Your games are games I felt I could trust with little ones. There is enough of this vile language in RL is it necessary to have a “Detective” character use it? How do young children learn respect for law enforcement? Are there no other words in our vast language that could be used about a bad character?
We do sit with the young ones to help with reading but this , among others words are just not acceptable.
You have betrayed the trust we had in Playrix games. I am sorry to see this brand sink to low class street language. I feel betrayed as I have told many about the fun and security of Playrix games. I hope this is not the future of Playrix games. If so then you join the ranks of cheap & low class dialog in game play. I always felt you were a trusted leader in high standard game play .
Thank you for wonderful games of past days for children and adults. They have been great learning tools for children and wonderful fun. I hope you will once again find a way back to civil language suitable for young eyes.

So upset
I have been playing this game over a year. Then yesterday my progress was gone & I’m starting at the beginning. I refuse to start over after spending so much time & money. Time to find a new game.
No support
I also have been dealing with the same problem. My screen is glitched and frozen on the background and customer support has not done their job. I get jumped one person to another all telling me the same thing when nothing is working. I’m sorry but this app needs better support and better communication

Some levels are so hard it takes days
I like the game -the story is pretty cute and you do have extra puzzles that you get to do which makes it a little more interesting than just the regular match three. However, some of the levels are so so hard they can take days to finally pass and honestly, I just lose patience and there’s so many other games I could be playing so I don’t think I’m gonna play anymore. It’s kinda not worth it.

This is a great game with solid graphics. Unfortunately the new chapter keeps crashing. I have deleted and reloaded the game three times but I only get one board in before it freezes again. Please fix this.

Frustrated
Really like the game but it won’t load for two days. Tried taking it off and reinstalling. So glad I spent the extra $$ for the extra game. 🤨
Clearly about sales
First off the story mode they having going on is awesome I will give them that the only thing is it often wanders on the main story line and the stars you need are quite high. Along with anything else to do with story you need atleast 25 stars to complete anything really towards the story.
They offer a side mission where you use energy to complete it but they are very greedy with the amount of energy needed to complete each part.
I have bought the pass a couple of time and even bought gold in the past.
But once you do that your just apart of the meal train it seems because there are days your stuck on a puzzle and if you want 5 extra moves it’s 900 gold then 1200 gold and so on.
It takes for ever to save that up because you only get 50 for each frame you complete. And some frames are so difficult that it’s frustrating and not at all fun.
I believe they do that so you spend more money.
And don’t look for answers with customer service because it’s automated and the computer don’t care.
