Pay To Win Gqme
This is probably one of the lower tier merging games I’ve played. It’s fun at first and just like many of the others, they basically overload you with all the free energy, gift boxes, and rewards in the beginning. Once you get past level 25, basically impossible to play. I’m on level 38 and I level up maybe one every 3-4 days even though I can see how ridiculously huge the map is. There’s genuinely no balance to this game at all… All the orders you complete are so hard for no reason and you basically have to use 2x booster on your energy to finish one order that basically costs all 100 energy. Also, I have almost 30,000 coins but can barely ever progress because it takes forever getting tools to upgrade shops. How is it I have enough coins to upgrade at least 10 buildings but not enough tools? They try to make it all fancy by giving you coins when you merge better quality items but it is just a waste of space and they want you to pay for in game purchases to progress. All these events you do are just playing against bots and it’s impossible to ever beat them. The Frozen Exploration is a great example of one of their useless events, don’t even try to complete them.

Liars
They promise to give you a bunch of gifts for downloading and don’t give you a single thing. Then when you try and contact customer service, it’s not an actual person so it doesn’t understand what you’re saying. There’s no way to actually get through to anyone. I don’t like advertisements that use lies to draw people in so this game is a no for me.
Uninstalled after 10 seconds
Downloaded this app directly from an add. And when I opened the app it was not the game depicted on the app. It’s was just another copy paste of match 4
Crazy, had to delete
Over 500 energy and couldn’t even get a microphone! Seriously?!? Way to kick the life out of your player…

This game was fun until it wasn’t. This is the most annoying game I’ve ever played as far as the board getting full. When the board gets full, it automatically tries to force you to put items in the backpack. Maybe I’d rather gather my coins or energy I have on the board. Also, it doesn’t let you chose the items you want to store. It literally tries to force you to store the items it wants you to. I have to close the game and reopen it to chose what I want to do. It’s extremely annoying.
Lying ads and unhelpful support
This game plays a ton of ads in other games stating that you'll get a huge bonus if you download it from the ad. I did so and then never got the bonus. When I reached out to support they responded that it was because the 'event' had ended. Yet the ads are still playing and they have no date in them to let people know that they will not actually get those bonuses for downloading the game from that ad. I've deleted the app so as not to support a company that lies to its customers and doesn't make good on the things they promised.
Updates make it impossible
The game is fun but then a bunch of updates happened that make it really really hard to level up. They make it seem like you have all these bonuses that help you move along but they don’t actually help. They really push for you to buy things, with even having things pop up to buy right where you are tapping so it opens it up. It’s really lame.
Bait & switch
All those screen shots of the fun shuffle board game play? Don’t waste your time. You play that once and then it switches to your generic drag and drop match game. Funny how they aren’t representing the actual, boring game. If the game was truly like the screens they show in the preview- I’d play. But it’s not. So I shall be deleting this app. Very deceptive 👎🏼

This could be a fun game if you didn’t have to spend your life savings to keep playing it. You only get 100 life points and have to either pay with cash or diamonds to get more life points. I have over a million coins to upgrade my city but can not use them as I can’t fill orders to get the tools because I don’t have enough life to fill the order. Then when you do buy more life the price goes up every time you buy more life. It is a terrible cycle for people with OCD that needs to finish something.

Deceptive advertising
Downloaded because of an ad through another app stating you would receive a package of in game items. Did not receive the items. I should have read other reviews first because this is obviously a terrible marketing ploy that is just a scam. Do not download if you’re expecting to receive the package in their advertisement. They’ve had months to fix this issue and clearly won’t be fixing it because it is how they dupe people into downloading the game. Deleted the app and will not support this developer.
Customer Support is Lacking
It was fun. I put some money into it. Then there was some sort of glitch in the code that erased a ton of my items all at once. I contacted customer support. They were polite and assumed it must be user error. After a lot of back and forth, I finally convinced them to even consider that I did not “accidentally” instantly throw away half of the board myself. So now they’re considering the possibility that there might be an error in the code. Do I get my money back or my items replaced? Nah. But they “sincerely apologize”. Yeah, sure, that’s helpful.
Use to be……..
This game used to be fun. It was the best merge game I played. I’m on level 36 now and it literally takes hundreds of energy to make one item. I’m not paying money as they want you to do, but I know it sounds ridiculous, but literally it takes hundreds of energy to make one item on most things now. not fun anymore. This review will be deleted I’m sure.

I downloaded the game because an ad said I would get free in-game power packs. It never happened. I emailed support and they just apologized and said they don’t offer that. Why advertise it and then not offer it?

Terrible Game
I play other merge cooking games, and this one is terrible. It takes way too many coins to merge things, and the graphics are not great. I played it a few days, and then got frustrated and deleted it.

When I downloaded this game I was promised a $100 free “bonus package.” I received nothing. Your ad also stated there would be unlimited life experience so one can play for “2 hours” and never have to BUY anything- ever. “There’s nothing to buy!” I make it to level four and run out of “life” and I’m offered a package to purchase! What a ripoff. I hate liars… had they just offered the game (and actually given the gift package promised) I might have even kept it and enjoyed it, but this companies dishonesty just lost a customer! Apple needs to revoke their ability to download. Horrible business practices.

This is could be a cute game and can be fun, but it becomes extremely expensive very quickly. You use energy quickly and on top of that they add a booster that uses 4 or 8 energies at a time. It’s not something you set. It just automatically does it. The only control you have is to turn it off when you realize it’s been turned on. I like the app, but can’t afford to spend this much on a game, so I’ll be deleting it.

I saw this game while watching an ad for another game…I downloaded it because it said you would get a “free” welcome gift, after playing a few levels and running out of energy, which the ad said I could play for atleast 2 hours with this “pack” I start looking for where I would find it. I finally found where to contact or ask questions and low a behold it says they don’t give out welcome packs, so they basically lie to get you to download the game which is not a nice thing to do, especially when the game is ok at best.I have deleted because of this.

False advertisement
I downloaded this game to receive the 100.00 dollars worth of gift pack and didn’t get them, very disappointing to be told that I wouldn’t be receiving it so I deleted the game a one score was being generous if you ask me it’s funny right after I wrote this review now the add for this game comes up with a foreign language
Misleading ads
Very much false advertising the game says all reasons why it’s different and does exactly what it “doesn’t do like other games.” Constant Pop up ads are super annoying too.. I don’t constantly want to see every time I’ve made a “milestone” in collecting something to buy more.
False Advertising
I was watching an ad for this game & they said in the ad that if you follow the link directly on the ad & download the game, you would get a “huge luxury gift pack” & on another ad they said this pack was worth $100. I have screenshots of both. I downloaded the game thinking it would be great to start off with such a great gift. I started playing & got my profile to level 6 & I still haven’t seen this gift. I tried to message the completely AI customer support who just tried to run me in circles & acted like it had no context to what I was talking about. Don’t get this game if you think they will give you the gift they are advertising because they won’t.

Energy bolts don't calculate directly
I recently discovered (on a different game app) that the energy bolts were double dipping so I downloaded this one to try to replace the other. With this one, the energy bolt bank debits with every tap BUT when I earn more energy bolts, it doesn't calculate it correctly which is annoying. So I'll be uninstalling this one too. I don't normally play games anyway, they're just something to keep me entertained when it's nasty outside. Thank goodness it's about to be spring!

It’s very chaotic. There’s always sooo much going on. It’s very overwhelming most of the time. There’s so many pop up things wanting you to buy. You get 10 seconds to click “give” when you’ve completed an order but you miss it because there’s so many pop ups after you complete a regular order that you often miss it. It’s very frustrating. My board stays filled which leaves sometimes only 2-4 blank spots for new things that need to be merged. Another chaotic issue. This app really needs work. I have 3 total apps like this and this is the worst one.
Too much going on
The amount of random pop-ups and events is getting insane. I can't open the game without immediately being bombarded by 5 pop-ups trying to get you to buy things or 7 different events going at once. It takes me 2 minutes to click through them all and even get to the actual game. It's overwhelming in the worst way
