You DO NOT Need this App
I have tried this App for 2 months…all it did was tank my satisfaction rating with my customers due to this App NOT effectively planning out trips.
Also, this App states it helps you increase your earnings by carrying multiple orders…
I stopped using the app because it really is useless. And I was carrying 4 Home Depot orders plus a CVS pharmacy all through just the Uber App.

Have had too much struggle with this app
I’ve decided to cancel my subscription, due to too much fuss trying to link my Lyft drivers app. Sometimes Mystro cooperates and many times not. Although, I had allowed CarPlay to display Mystro on my dash, it never ever show or is never available; that said when it pings for offers, I have to take the risk at looking at my phone to select the offer WHILE I’M DRIVING on a current offer destination pickup/drop-off. I feel stressed-out each time I open the Mystro app. I’ve contacted their tech support and they’re always “sorry” but can never rectify the issue permanently.

Today’s update broke this app again. Lyft will lose its link after about 10 minutes. Can’t stand the new audio coming from this app either. No long shows info for trip radar. Gave up trying to use Lyft with this pile. Not worth the money.
Over Priced and Useless
Got this app off a referral was supposed to have a two week trial which it did not and so far this App has done absolutely nothing. It’s made it harder and almost caused more accidents. I would never use this app or recommend it to anyone it just needs to be deleted and someone needs to figure out how to do it the right way because it doesn’t work it does is not useful so hopefully others can save time and money.

Once you update you won’t hear anymore of the voice talk you will just hear a beep sound which is not noticeable and you actually miss a lot of offers.

Loses connections, freezes
I do Uber and Lyft on my iPhone 15 Pro. It is updated but the Mystro app keeps freezing and losing connections all the time. Fix it and I will update the rating to 5. Great app! Fix please.
Update: 2/27/26 My entire screen is now frozen in Mystro, except for the toggles to enable/disable Lyft and Uber. No access to the menu at all. If I restart my phone and go to history, I get a spinning wheel on a blank screen. Sometimes it eventually loads. Most of the time, it just freezes the entire app.
Weirdly, sometimes when I manually turn off Uber, Uber goes back online by itself while I am on a Lyft ride and starts pestering me with offers. Related? i can’t say. Going to uninstall Mystro and see what happens.
Update March 12: Every time I open the app, it freezes. The only way to fix it is to restart my phone.

I tired this app and it completely made my phone stop working. I had no service at all. I had to dis program the app from my phone for my phone to work again.
Not Worth It
I purchased the subscription thinking maybe this is it from all the good reviews I was reading. Start using the APP and found out the “Accept” button doesn’t work and freezes the app. I mainly do DoorDash and when an order comes in you can see how much the person is tipping but doesn’t allow me to accept it and even if I completed the order thru DoorDash it will show up as “rejected” in the app. I did purchase the subscription and is requesting a full refund.

In the past I had to pay double the rate to use the mystro driver app. Now I subscribed to the mystro driver app again I still have to pay 2 times the subscription rate just to use this app on a 1 device. So now at the beginning of the month I will be charged and the middle of the month I will be charged. It’s always been like this. There is no answer back from mystro regarding this issue now and they do not answer back because I tried and no response back at all. What I have to do is pay double then make a dispute with my bank then I have to figure out which subscription this will effect? Pay double then dispute the bank. When I pay double the app works
The after-sales service is too bad.
If you buy and use a new account, they will cooperate with you. If you have any technical problems afterwards, they can’t find anyone. If they find someone, they won‘t reply to the message. They will read the message but won’t answer you or solve the problem technically. It‘s really bad.

Don’t use this app if you drive for Uber & Lyft. It violates your agreement with them and you will get deplatformed.
Mystro scam
You are required to purchase a monthly subscription, but after each update the program only works properly for 1-2 weeks. After that, it starts lowering the acceptance rate. I do not recommend it. It’s a scam.

When the App works I love it
i’ve been using Mystro for months and It’s a constant struggle to get the App to work. Honestly they should be paying us to use this app charging $20 for an app that only works 15% of the time is pretty insane. Most of the offers don’t come through, the app causes you to lose offers it freezes and glitches out if being an Uber driver isn’t hard enough already this app just adds extra stress. When the app actually provides the correct information I love it but this is super rare.

Hasn’t worked in two months, refund denied
Hasn’t worked for two months for uber. Told I would get a refund then nothing. Now I have to file arbitration. Uber connectivity is experimental and is based on a web scraping system that violates Apple developer polices. Uber continues to update their system to lock them out. Unfortunately this means that the app will never fully work and will continue to experience outages. Then your refund gets denied.

Acceptance rating goes down while using Mystro. Tried it a few times and saw my rating still went down while using this app.

Buggy - Doesn’t Work Half the Time
Helpful, when it works. In theory it’s a helpful tool, but it’s hard to build a business around software that only works maybe half the time.
It has been unable to function properly for over a month.
It only works on the Uber app. Recently, I have to refresh the app 5-6 times to see the address. The Uber app doesn't work when it's running in the background, which means I can't receive Uber rides.

SOLE reason to use the app doesn’t work
The auto reject filter doesn’t work at all so it accepts the worst rides causing you to have to cancel and hurt your cancellation rate, which can potentially get you deactivated. I want a refund! Really disappointed in the false advertising

The application does not work, it has constant problems and they do not solve them. They charge you for subscriptions without even giving you a solution. I don’t recommend it.
No longer functional.
Mystro worked fine for about a year. But it started losing functionality about six months ago. It no longer grabs trips. It no longer tells me how much or how fa the trip is, even when I am actually on the trip r. Lyft threatened to de-platform me if I used it, so I had to disconnect from Lyft. So it no longer manages both apps.
When my subscription runs out, I will not renew. Sadly, it is now a complete waste.

Unfortunately I no longer think this app is worth $18.99 a month. A much cheaper price point I'd consider reinstalling it.
