I can’t open this app without it taking at least 3 to 5 minutes to reload, re-login, and update. I used to log in and play daily, but now I find myself logging in maybe a couple of times per year. I’ve also noticed that my VIP rewards, which were in the millions, are now SUPER low, and that doesn’t encourage or inspire me to keep playing.

I understand a few ads. But running almost 10 ads is ridiculous. I have great phone service and the reels in this app work sometimes and other times they keep spinning without stopping. I then have to restart the app or turn on and off airplane mode. No other app on the my phone has internet issues like this app

Losses all around
Don’t waste your time. While at first it seems generous, in reality you never win and the game just takes any chips you get back without ever giving any wins. The wins you do get are always pathetically low compared to bets, so you don’t even get enough back to keep spinning. The rewards bait and switch, and aren’t even worth it. The game has too many ads which also ruin the experience, and forced popups from the in game purchases each time you open. At least either give more normal rates that actually allow players to play without needing to spend money, or remove all the popups from opening the game after the first time. Either way I doubt anything will change. 1 star for now
SCAM - here’s why
Game bombards you with 4 “buy chips” ads when game launches. As you level you get locked out of jackpots unless you bet higher. If you buy you win jackpots for a bit but then it dead spins you back to 0, coercing you to buy chips. If you do buy chips they sneakily get more expensive each time. The whole thing is a money grab with an illusion of progression. Oh and the real life prizes require points that lock out every 24 hours. So by the months it would take to win anything you’d be stuck in that cycle. Safe your money and time.

This game is ok the very first time you ever play it but immediately after that it’s absolutely awful. If it wasn’t for the fact that you never win, you could play all day long and not get free spins or a bonus. There’s also ALOT of ads.

I was charged for two different packages I received nothing from. Thankfully,CRapple sided with the operator of this game and refused to issue me a refund,even my appeal was denied. Nearly 10 dollars wasted for nothing, I’d avoid spending any money on this game.

Great app until you get hacked
I had played for many years, until one day my Facebook got hacked. I had my account to be logged in by Facebook so therefore I lost all my progress. I asked multiple times if there would be any way to get back the account, the points or if there would be any possibility of anything good for my end. I basically was told to kick rocks since there is absolutely nothing they could do. Also, when you are higher up in Vegas coins, watch them carefully since when the meter fills up, sometimes the app only adds a portion and not all.
Rip-off
Playing your flashy flamingo side game. Had over 800 spins. Won 9 prizes equaling around 10,000. Won 12 more that I couldn’t get unless I paid to unlock them. Confused? Didn’t I pay for the spins?
Don’t trust this app!
I played it for a weekend and never purchased chips. All of a sudden a month later they charged 99 cents via Apple. I disputed it immediately on principle, but the bottom line is that they may be getting away with bigger amounts and not getting caught!

Glitches galore take away from the playability
Glitches always seem to occur whenever you get a timed boost (which subsequently expires before you’re finally able to log back in to use it before it times out), or when you’re chasing the daily mission and the game suddenly shuts off in the middle of a free spins bonus (this also takes forever to log back in to try and finish up the daily mission). Customer support is also a joke as they are super moody, randomly refuse to help at all, and cannot help restore boosts or bonus games after glitches or other game crashes. I don’t even know why they are allowed to be interact with customers with that kind of attitude. Don’t waste your money on this game. There are a lot of better choices out there free of charge.

Not much fun
Payouts are small compared to bets and winning is rare. Most games are not much fun. It gets boring to play 20 or more spins without winning anything. Bet 10,000,000 to win 800,000 is an insult. And there are so many side games flashing on the screen during a spin, you have no idea what you spun.

It’s fun but…..
I would give more of a star rating if I won more. The game only allows you to win and keep playing for about 5 to 10 minutes and then it switches to a cold streak and you lose everything or quit playing for a while or the next day. I have had this app for a long time and that is the reason why I quit playing it. Until recently I started up again and the same thing is still going on.

They have ruined this game. The rewards are pretty much unusable. They have destroyed the freeplay rewards tying them to hotel bookings through myvegas. No thanks myvegas.
