My app on an iphone 14 max is horrendous since the last update force made everyone update. We can’t stock in a timely manner. Guarantee my team is not the only one in the country having issues.

Annoying as hell
Get rid of the tutorials or at least an option to opt out them, it is not helpful to open the app to help a customer to only be bombarded with HOW to help the customer WHEN WE ALREADY KNOW HOW TO!!!!
Last update broke
Cannot clock in. App just closes when you press the clock in button.
App freezes almost every time
App worked great until a couple of updates ago. Now it freezes almost every time, necessitating a hard close and reopen of the app. I keep hoping the subsequent updates fix it but no luck so far.
Broken App that doesn’t work
Been unable to clock in for days. The app crashes and closes out when I try. If management clocks me in, I can break in/out and clock out fine. I shouldn’t have to worry if I’m punched in and getting paid or not. This is possibly the most important feature of the app and it doesn’t work. Please stop ignoring me and fix the issue. Thanks

Broken app
Came back from 2 days off to find I've been logged out which is fine that's normal but what's not normal is now I just get an error code and can't get logged back in on my personal phone which I've used for work for years now I've deleted the app and all data from phone reinstalled nothing works even tried opening link in Google nope no dice your updates just keep breaking the most important app associates need to do our job
Camera doesn’t work
Camera will open and work for first half of shift and stop working for the rest. Wasn’t able to make pallets, bin product, or even locate things on the shelf. Update the app.

Never updating this app
Get your head back in the game Walmart. I can’t do anything on my personal phone anymore. At a minimum MINIMUM I should be able to see who’s working. As a team lead I deserve to know if I’m working with 2 people or 15 people. Absolutely trash update. Quit coding work AI and listen to your employees who use the app on a daily basis
Pharmacy Technician
Clocking in When signing in on my phone it goes to sign in for phone and take several minutes to be able to clock in. And also tells me not in location when I am standing in the store and walking several times signing off and back on.
Bugs out
You need to fix the app. I have to close it several times before it properly works. Come on Walmart do better
Worthless app ever
Can no longer clock in or out in this app anywhere inside the store and I work in a neighborhood market, it’s a small store.
Horrendous Update
Update makes the app pretty much unusable, my work phone updated automatically but luckily I put my personal phone so that apps don’t update automatically and I still have the old version. If you haven’t updated your app DO NOT DO IT. Wait until they either fix the app or revert the update to the old functional version.
Zero stars
Dude this app literally sucks. I don’t understand the old version actually worked can’t even put a ticket it half the time cause ir refuses to put the keyboard away no matter how many times you tap “done” it just flashes a white screen and then your keyboard is back and it won’t go away. Whoever designed the UI aswell I can tell never worked in a store. Stop having people who never walked a building creating things for those of us working the “front lines” every day. Terrible company only making even more terrible decisions.
Major Issues
This app is absolutely TERRIBLE can’t clock in or out for lunch 80% of the time I can’t clock out to go home told I’m not in the store where are you if it goes in sleep mode scanner will not work have to completely close and relaunch the app been doing this for months and months now how about you fix that so I can ACTUALLY USE THE PHONE FIR MY JOB

Aweful update
Associates need access to the daily plan for the trucks when our trucks arrive how big they’re gonna be and have access to the team roster on a daily basis go back to the original app format

They literally removed the ability to see who's on the roster before you go in that's criminal on so many levels you guys need to revert that ASAP
03/2026 Update Is Dysfunctional
MyWalmart has always been a seamless and streamlined app for associates. However, beginning with the app overhaul as of March 2026, it has become a dysfunctional nightmare. The load times for any menu have doubled. The battery consumption has skyrocketed. Simple tasks like checking notes and viewing schedules have become arduous. There is a 50/50 chance that any given menu you click fails to load. I wish they would revert the app to how it used to be.
Bluetooth
I am a iPhone user and I noticed something that bothers me about the app. I went to setting, privacy and security then Bluetooth then toggled the MyWalmart app to off and the app still connects to my Bluetooth device. I also went onto the MyWalmart app and turned off their Bluetooth, still it connects to my device. I find this really concerning. So, one star

Personal phone
It’s my personal phone. I should not have to grant access to the calls. And I would greatly appreciate if it would stop asking. On my work phone I have permission granted because it’s my work phone. Also, I feel I should be putting a review in every day since this keeps happening.

Every since the new update changes the app has been terribly glitchy. Can barely check the roster now.

The team leader didn’t have access to their personal phone since the company updated the app. 👎
Horrible update
I regret updating this app. It’s practically useless to me at this point. Now I have to rely solely on my work phone which is a horrible phone compared to iPhone. I think it would be nice if they stopped wasting money on app development (stop fixing stuff that isn’t broken) and sent that money back to the stores. Maybe it would result in less hour cuts.

Latest Update Ruined the App
So as a CAP 2 truck unloader, I can no longer see how many trucks we have, what their ETA is, or how many pieces they are. I can also no longer view the daily roster, which sucks when you do a job that requires a certain amount of people and would like to know if people called out or are going to be late. Should have expected this to happen at some point though, this company hates communication and helping their workers succeed.
annoying and inefficient
doing mods on this app is terrible as either a. it doesnt load every item making you have to reload the page b. the sound to scan is terrible and cant be turned off as well as lowers your volume afterwards c. lags for no reason no matter what phone or hooked up or not to the wifi. genuinely unpleasant to use
Trash Update
The new update is terrible. You can’t see anything anymore other than your schedule if you aren’t clocked in. Whats the point of the app if you can’t see anything without being on the clock? If im at work, it defeats the purpose
Garbage app even as a TL
Complete garbage I can’t use it even when I’m clocked in and I’m a Team Lead. I should be able to see my roster, my people at least, my coach and who’s closing as coaches and other team leads. The truck sizes and their ETA’s and all of that should be accessible like before. This is nonsense. I don’t care if this is California. We should be able to see this as employees, and especially as hourly supervisors. I would rate this app zero stars but I don’t have that option unfortunately. Walmart you please need to get your act together again.

Go back to the old home screen the new one is so ugly and slow I have a 17 pro max and my schedule fails to load half of the time even on Walmart WiFi or anywhere I don’t understand why you guys changed the interface if it’s not broke why change it

Terrible for CA
I’m in CA so the app is pretty much useless for me now. I don’t have a work phone, just my personal one, so just about everything is restricted. I can check MY schedule and I have sidekick and that’s it. I can no longer see who I’ll be working with for that day, what manager will be opening, any store metrics, etc. It sucks. I would delete the update if I could.
