Order Purchase
I’ve been trying to order this dress for the past 5 days! Kept getting an error message, cleared cookies , changed browsers finally got the app and used a different payment method which is really inconvenient.
This app is horrible
The app is fine if you’re just browsing but it is terrible if you actually purchase anything. Will not show you any shipping details for location just that it’s on its way. It will also say delivered and order completed several days before your order actually makes it to you. It did this to me for all three orders which seems like a shady practice. NOT ONE SINGLE LINK WORKS in their return policy section in your completed orders on the app. Which makes returning things a total nightmare having to go find all the information elsewhere. If I could give this app zero stars I would. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time with a shopping app. Some advice to the development team… do better.
Worst service ever!
They send my parcel to CVS for pickup even though I choose delivery and then they never sent a tracking number so I had no clue when it was delivered. After delivery, CVS could not find it without the tracking number. The customer service rep was useless as well and just said it is what it is when I asked them to deliver it since they charged for shipping. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!
Withheld Return Slip
As I attempted to make a return my return slip was withheld by customer service.
Never got my order???
I ordered jeans but they never arrived. I tried contacting customer service about this but they never texted me back. They do not care about their customers.
Offered 10% discount if downloaded app but does not work
This is misleading.
Crashing left and right
So slow. Downloaded it for the first time and it is crashing and spinning over and over. Can’t even check out my items. I can barely see what’s in my cart because the screen keeps spinning. Terrible!

Downloaded this app because of the discount and when I tried to put the discount code in, I kept getting errros.
Needs a lot of bug fixes
I love your products and the app is easy to use but unfortunately it has some glitches. It has happen 3 times where I try to buy something and the app just opens a window that says that the page doesn’t exist anymore. It is really frustrating when I am trying to use the convenience of an app that doesnt work. If you could please fix this because it just makes shopping a hassle when it is supposed to be fun and easy.
