I keep getting charged for the app I canceled the subscription months ago I want a refund for my money that keeps getting charged

Pop ups to upgrade basically forced me to force close and reopen app 20 times before it would let me just explore it freely (and this is after I paid the dollar for a free 7 day trial) intentionally difficult to navigate, will be cancelling as soon as I figure out how to get there……
Thiefs
This app showed up on my FB feed and I took the quiz - it then asked for a “donation” of $1.00 next thing I know it charged me $29.99 and then another $49.99 - I tried to cancel several times (once I found the cancel subscription page which is not on the app itself) it kept saying “error” I had to “cancel” multiple times to actually get it to cancel. Now I’m out $80.98 dollars for a $1.00 donation. Horrible people I don’t know how they sleep at night scamming people!

Is this app used to be my favorite app of all time? It really helped me through difficult times. But now everything is locked through a pay wall. It’s a shame that things are not affordable now.

app used to be great and helpful, not it’s become one big cash grab. I can’t access anything in the app without some sort of pay wall. There were some things to pay for before but you used to be able to watch an ad or two to access it, now every “interesting” feature or every feature advertised costs money. Really disappointing how limiting this app has become
