Didn’t refund nor reply to me about my issue
I was never notified that I would be charged for a year membership. No email, nothing. I wrote an inquiry in the app because there is no way to call them to ask about refunding me on the day they charged me. Haven’t heard anything back but still getting notifications about offers and such. Why didn’t they notify me when my free trial was to expire, but notify me about deals “in my area”? Feels pretty dishonest to me.
