Kept getting an error msg when adding items to the cart even though items were being added. Then went to checkout and no delivery available?

Why do we need a new app? Where are the reviews on the coffee? Also the prices are too high. Stop giving away free garbage and give us free coffee sleeves of our choice.
Delivery options
Many times I have called and was told I could purchase expedited shipping. I was told to create an account and it would appear. Then I was told to download the app. Still no expedited shipping. Representatives could not explain why I could not get expedited shipping.
Zero help-Promo codes a Joke
So disappointing in this in this company, I received an espresso as a gift, and now I forced to buy these capsules, but every time I’ve used this website or the app any promotion codes they give never work, anytime I log onto the chat for help with a live agent to spend half an hour trying to get validated and then I get cut off. Horrible experience two times so far that I’ve had to order these capsules
Bug that need to be addressed
I moved and am not able to make my new address the default address. Thus, when I check out, if I do not remember to flip my address to the new one each time, my CC gets declined.
Why is this even needed just improve the other app
Why is this even needed. You made us download an app for the machine, then made it so we had to use it in store to shop. Just improve the other application. Why do we have to download yet another app.

How to lose a 20+ year loyal customer….
I’m done with this company, which has clearly lost its way and no longer cares in the least about its loyal customers.
The most recent updates to their apps have taken away all “connected” features of my beloved Expert machine, without any warning, explanation, or offer for alternatives (like a “legacy” app or something similar). This is completely unacceptable and I have a good mind to explore legal remedies against the company for breach of contract.

New App
The new app makes it much more difficult and time consuming to place an order. Plus you have to scroll all the way down the cart to see what you have ordered and what your cost will be.

Updating to say this app is ridiculous. Their delivery systems even worse. I'm sorry I even tried to order a machine from you. Just deliver the damn thing instead of sending me a bunch of text and demanding that I log in five minutes to drop a pin somewhere. That's what an address is for - Google it. Idiots..

Old app, makes you type everything in by hand. Rather annoying. If they want more sales they should make it easier like every other app on the planet where the phone can fill in the fields. This all is ok and would have be great maybe 5 or 6 years ago. At this point it just seems old and cheap.

Filters still broken
Their old app hasn't allowed filtering Vertuo by "coffee" (7.77oz) size in months. I downloaded the new "improved" app and the size filtering is somehow even more broken, with "coffee" size not even listed and a bunch of other random filters like "signature" (not a size, and applies to only one flavor?!) I only really want 2 things from this app: to be able to filter by size and to be able to order pods. So it gets 2 stars for accomplishing one of those.
A walk back on UX
The new version of the app exchanges streamlined functionality for ineffective use of screen real estate and oddly placed control elements. The only improvement I can see is that it makes it clear that you buy a number of sleeves instead of multiples of 10 capsules. It seems to me that the new design was pushed to production before being studied with focus groups.
Getting harder to find what I need
I don’t want glossy pictures that cover the whole screen with all sorts of offers. I just want to find the damn coffee in order it.
Also, when you search for recycling bags on the app, it can’t find them. The website found the recycling bags right away, so I ordered on the website and deleted the app.

Why do I now need two apps?
Before, I was able to access functions for my machine in the same app I used to order my pods. Now it’s two separate apps. Why? I’m all for an updated app, but is it really an upgrade if it has even less capabilities??
Challenging site
Very challenging to place my first order. Error messages not clear. I had to try different solutions to actually submit order. Not user friendly ordering site.
