Netflix has gotten out of hand. Every time I try to open the app on Apple TV I have to sign in. Every time I try to sign in with my phone it says I'm not at home but I am. Their chat Window has never worked so I'm never able to respond to an agent. I go through this every single time. This is why I have not watched Netflix in over a year. Why do I still pay for them?

Restrictions on an account you pay for are unjustified and scream that this company is POOR and robbing their customers. Especially when there are constant price increases for the same services without an improvement in content.

Can’t cancel. No customer service
I’ve been a member for years and have decided I’m done with this service. Tried to cancel my membership and I can’t. Repeated error. I can’t contact customer service either. I do not recommend.

I thought Netflix was always available! Do I have to buy a ticket for a future date, goto the theatre. I’vetrie several titles. Time to unsubscribe!
Stinks
I have most streaming services and your app is the worst. Why is this the only one I can’t control my AppleTv with my iPhone?? Why does it look unchanged from 15 years ago? Get with it. You charge more for this than every other streaming service. Earn it or reduce the price. I find you’re already overpriced.

I already pay for this service to avoid having to watch ads. Seems like netflix is pulling a hulu with these new ads.

Cringe worthy
Selection is aweful - only have it for free via T-Mobile. 99% of the content is cringe worthy.
Another Price Increase
They increase the price again that’s it going to Hulu or Prime because I’m not paying that much for a subscription especially when others are cheaper and offer more 4K because I’m watching terminator in 4K on Prime Video and it’s cheaper if you’re on disability or getting EBT cancelled my Netflix subscription after price increase again done with Netflix.
Horribly Cluttered UI
Seriously what is up with your UI? It used to be simple and easy to navigate but now it’s just a hot mess. The same shows under different “categories” with ridiculous names and descriptions. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been looking through to find something to watch and it feels like I just keep going through the same exact list of shows and movies in a different order. Discovering anything new is almost impossible unless you search for it specifically by name. I don’t even like opening the app anymore, especially on my TV because it just overwhelms me trying to find anything to watch. Disney+, Hulu & HBOMAX don’t have this problem…

Scam
Canceled my Netflix. A month later they decide to activate it and charge me. I call and cancel and get refund. They tell me my payment option was deleted and I’m signed out of all devices. I checked my bank and they charged me right after they refunded me and supposedly deleted my payment options.

Unfinished season
Almost every show I have watched have unfinished season. It is very disappointing, I don’t subscribe anymore because it’s a waste of time to watch a show be excited and then to hear it’s not renewing for another season. Even if a new show come out and it looks good I won’t bother because I know a new season isn’t going to renew.
Price
It seems like every few months they raise the price again. Next time I’m gonna seriously consider dropping Netflix.
