playing with my money
I haven’t had many issues with this bank before, but now is where I change banks. I’m only using it because it’s the one my job had provided me with before. They randomly send an email at 1 AM saying my funds would be returned to sender if I didn’t verify my identity the same day. So I did just that and sent the documents to verify MY identity. They claim it couldn’t be verified and took the money out of my account. The money which I worked for, so now I have to go out of my way and talk to their bad customer service, which hung up on me the first time I ever called, and hope that they’ll give me my money back.

Makes my life difficult
I have had to use the help desk (which is hard to get ahold of someone) over 10 times for different reasons. Like I am unable to transfer money to another account or withdrawal money from the account. As well as I am unable to access my own account or routing numbers. I had this account from a previous employer and it was a difficult situation to navigate it to a new employer or else i'd have to delete my account.

I can’t even open my app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded and tried different WiFi’s. Terrible apps
To many fraudulent activities
DO NOT USE! even if you are suggested this for your first time back account or whatever, it’s best to get a LEGITIMATE bank account. this online back service is so bad, too many fraudulent activities happened to me and each time was with a different card. Once this started happening, i stayed away with not putting my card info online so it’s somewhat impossible for me to have fraud but in the end it still happened. This is genuinely a bad online bank so don’t apply with them unless you want your money gone in a month.

The app just isn’t loading for me? I haven’t logged in for a few weeks and when I start up the app it’s just stuck on the loading screen. Help? I have a few grand on there I need to pay my tuition…

I had fraud happen on my card. Not only did I see it but when I called the automated system mentioned it. I was passed around to 4 different people before I finally got mad enough to hang up. They don’t know what they’re doing, they have horrible customer service and honestly it’s just a bunch of complete idiots that don’t understand anything working there. Needless to say this was not resolved even with it clearly being a transaction I did not make being that I’m in California and this was made in Maryland lol. Even the system could see it was fraud but for some reason they couldn’t!

I cant get through customer service, I CANT access MY money, and I cant pay my phone bill. ALL because THEY couldn’t keep their bank secure. All I wanted was a refund on a transaction I didn’t make, so they decided to lock MY card. Sounds reasonable at first right? WRONG, because neither me nor the scammers can access the money. This should not be a loose loose situation. This is a TERRIBLE BANK. And the customer service is terrible to. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS BUT THAT STILL WOULD BE TO MANY FOR A BANK LIKE THIS. DONT USE THIS BANK OR CARD EVER NOT FOR ANY REASON, TRANSFER YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!

I was working at dominos and this was one of the forms pays on top of having a DD they gave me this card for mileage, but whenever I went to activate the card, there wasn’t anything that they could do either over the phone through customer service or through the app. I highly suggest if you’re a supervisor or manager gives you this type of card for a form of payment do not take it. Tell them you need a different form of payment
The worst
Was forced into having this account through work and I have to say it is the worst banking I e had to deal with. It won’t even let me transfer funds to my main bank so I have to go to an authorized atm to pull out my money I earn every day. Not to mention they have a $53,000,000 lawsuit against them.

I have been trying to activate my card and the page just keeps loading and loading and loading. So I called a real person to do it and she said I could finish setting it up over the phone with the automated lady. Lies, all the automated lady does is tell you to finish it online where it continues to just load and load and load. I need to pay my bills and need my money. This is ridiculous

I click on the “Bank Transfers” page and already completed it all. How in the world do I actually transfer my money? You give me instructions, I complete them, give me the option to withdrawl it.

This app is completely unreliable. The company is the same . Called to get help and they were completely useless and tried to blame the company I work for. And truly disappointed. Thankfully I only had to use this one time due to the fact it was my first pay check. Please stay far away from this company as you can tell bye the 1000+ 1 star reviews they already have.

Can’t use it anymore
Got into the app no problem last week. This week when I input my username and password I get a message saying that my account is a skylight one account and I should download the skylight one app. Follow the link and it brings to the app I just had open.

The app tells me I have a skylight account and that I have to sign in through that app. I click the link and it’s the same app telling me to go to a new app.

I use this card for work and it’s stuck in loop where it says I have to download the app I’m already using. How am supposed to download an app I’m already using?!
Horrible Experience
I should preface this by saying that I was forced to use this by a company I work for. At first it went ok, it was a little annoying with not being able to use Zelle and instead being limited to something called FlashPay. Then the mail came. They sent me THREE cards. THREE. And the last one was an “upgrade” to a skylight account. It was a downgrade. I can’t even access the app anymore much less see how much money is left in my account.

The Face ID has never worked no matter how many times I allow access and reinstall the app; now I can’t even log in on the app with my password.
Waste of Time
If I could, I would rate ZERO stars. The amount of time and energy I wasted just on giving them the proper “documentation” is ridiculous. The only reason I had to use this app was due to my job not being able to give checks and honestly I wish made a bank account sooner. Please DON’T use this app, you’ll thank me later.
