Unplayable
Loved this game just tried to playing it today and it would no let me do a thing without watching ads for 5 rewinds that I don’t want or need to use or buying ad free. It didn’t use to be that I could still race with skipping it but not now so no longer playing at all
New review cause of Ads
This game used to be completely free without ads before races and you had ads after events which was fine bc they let you skip the ads pretty fast. Now you can’t do anything without watching ads. Ruined an amazing app.

Clicking the X to close the ad doesn't work, can't progress. Close and restart race and same thing continues to happen....

Bad CPU racers
Other racers intentionally hit you and take lines that would be black flags irl. Gets to the point where it’s simply not fair nor fun, especially when they hit your car, you go flying, but when you hit their’s, you go flying again. And yes I do have the reduced knockback from collisions perk on. Boils down to bad game design that takes away all the fun from the game.
Not good
It was overall just racing to finish the cars are flying and I have rivals? They send me flying overall bad don’t recommend play real racing
Wanted to love this… but it’s bad
The gameplay is fidgety no matter what control scheme you pick, the racing line seems to be based nothing on you speed or tires, etc. and they kick you in the gut right out of the gates with an obnoxiously micromanaging tutorial that pops up dialogue boxes every 20 seconds. I didn’t even make it far enough to see all the issues with the pay to win career mode or rubber band AI, because the gameplay was so bad.
Terrible
Horrible Game. After a couple of races youll find that its impossible to win. Either 6 different cars will ram you and flip your car, or another car with less top speed will beat your maxed out speed car. Not to mention in like race 4 it offered a rival race where no matter what strategy the CPU was always around 20 MPH above me. Not to mention you can stay in 1st place for about 5 laps then the 6th lap comes and either your suspension will break, tires or bumper, or your fuel will be on 0%. Either way the game is redundant and has flaws that make it simply unplayable. If im 1st place and about to lap u for the 2nd time then why ru hitting my car and flipping me so i lose.
Need new ad distributor
If you’re going to make the ads unskippable find a distributor that doesn’t sell sexual ones.

So the tutorial is good, but how do actually race? This app is boring.
No balance
I can’t stand having maxed out stats and watching cars fly by me on straights like it doesn’t matter, what’s the point of upgrading everything if your just gonna throw it out the window because your greedy. I liked your Game at first but after I removed the ads and still seen them. I’m over it.
Was great; is ruined
I got into this game a few months ago, it’s decent, ad-supported like most games. However, you could race without ads. Now, ads are integrated and you have to pay to not watch ads. Ads ruined the game. Devs, fix this pls😭

Oh boy…
I downloaded this game because I saw a trailer for it and that’s about it. And after all this time, I’m still bored. I replayed a lot of the seasons and while there is some replayability in it, the AI feels easy. Too easy.
Case in point, I started a new save with the intention of not using the nitro boost whatsoever throughout my playthrough. It was more easier than I was expecting. In fact, it got to the point where I was nearly lapping the runner ups.
Don’t get me wrong, an inexperienced player might say it’s still hard for them. I won’t blame them, but eventually there’s not gonna be enough to play career mode over and over again, playing the same seasons again and again.
That leads to championship mode. Championship mode would be leading to more content that I would have needed, but it’s locked behind a paywall. Considering that New Star might be making profit off of people buying Pro Mode for Retro Bowl, I was wondering why the need for more money was necessary on the mobile port.
And that’s my take on the game. New Star seems to be getting more greedier the more games they put out. Their flash games didn’t have paywalls because they weren’t even implemented. When RB College came around, it seemed as though they weren’t putting more care into their games from here on out. I am genuinely concerned about the future of New Star Games. And that’s saying something.
