I absolutely hate the order process
I was trying to order staff lot of times, it’s always asking for delivery address will be the same with billing address. I was trying to pay with a different cards, and it’s still not accepting it. I was even emailed to Next with my issue and they didn’t help me.

I’ve been trying to return my items for days with no response at all. Every time I go to the new website and complete the entire return process, it ends with “an error has occurred.” On top of that, there is a complete lack of support-no updates, no follow-up, nothing. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

App is stuck on the logo screen and I can't use the app

the items disappear from the cart which is very very annoying, u cant view or enlarge items already in your cart, you cant view sizes and details of previous orders, totally unacceptable from ab online leading brand

I order an order on next day delivery basis 05th April to be exact, 2 days in row Aramax send me message that you order is out for delivery but still don’t hear from them

For some reason, NEXT did not “log” me in on my phone app, yet had all of information readily available. My order went through but is being sent to another country. How can this even happen?!?!

Order did not come on time and after waiting for more than 2 weeks, they cancelled my order. Sad.
Deletes shopping basket
Why on earth would a shopping app delete out items in your basket every two days or so? I put things in there as I am thinking about them. Then when they disappear I forget what I had so I can’t purchase them. You are losing revenue by doing this.

Funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Klick auf angemeldet bleiben. Ne, muss mich ständig wieder anmelden. Meine mit Herz versehenen Artikel sind alle verschwunden. Meinen Einkauf kann ich nicht nachschauen. Er ist einfach nicht da. Warum melde ich mich dann überhaupt an? Geht ohne besser mit paypal

Ужасное приложение
Приложение просто отвратительно работает. Во-первых, чтобы зайти в свой аккаунт, нужно много времени, так как он сбрасывает и перегружает снова, тут явно какой-то глюк. Во-вторых, в моих заказах, например, статус заказа отгружен из Страны, я хочу нажать на товар, а этого сделать невозможно 🤦🏻♀️ то есть нужно в поисковике искать снова этот товар, если вы хотите его просмотреть! А просто кликнуть на товар в разделе «мои заказы» нельзя. В третьих, самое элементарное и простое, когда вы оформляете заказ, он у вас появится НЕ сразу🤦🏻♀️ нужно ждать около 12 ЧАСОВ, чтобы он у вас отобразился!!! Кошмарное приложение

Every time I put items in the basket and then I come back to it it’s empty!! I spent days finalising my order and then I clicked to check out the whole order is gone. I have to start all over again. It is super frustrating! It has been like this for the last 2 years and I don’t understand how difficult it can be to fix the issue…

Room for improvement
This app is pretty buggy. Despite logging in it doesn’t show my past orders, only displays the first page of favorites, and shows items that are sold out in the size I’m searching for.
Return process is a big fail
The return process should be easier.. so many orders I tried to return but I face a glitch in the portal for returns.. returns should be more convenient with in the same app.

It just keeps glitching. The network is not good on it even though the network on my house is really really really good and it’s just not working. It’s not letting the pictures of the clothes outfits and stuff and when I press girls
it just goes to school outfits and I’m trying to fix it but it doesn’t work so just don’t get this app. It’s not really good. I hope it gets fixed.

Horrible
This app is useless. Even when requested to stay logged in, I am not logged it. The favorites I save on my account are not saved and the items disappear from my basket if not purchased in one hour! What’s the point of having this app?!?
Even more I can’t even leave one star, which is what this app deserves
