Did a 1 year subscription in February, today I am getting an error message “Your billing account has exceeded its monthly spending cap”. Communicate with them via email several times today.. first they sent me a screenshot of when I paid a weekly subscription (to test it before buying a yearly). Then they told me billing had nothing to do with them, contact Apple. They flatly ignore my question about the error message. What is it!? Their continual misunderstanding of basic questions and diverting is ridiculous. I have lost half a morning dealing with this and FAILING!!!!!

I was suckered into this app by false advertising suggesting I was getting an upgrade to Claude. Instead I get a deduction from my bank account every 4 to 7 days in various amounts. Every phone call to their listed numbers results in an “app issue” “error message” or full voicemail box. They make it difficult to unsubscribe. I’m still trying.

Beware the upselling hooks. And the conversation was horrible. When you have a typo (e.g., yed, instead of yes) it doesn’t correct it. What you type a contraction, it doesn’t add the accent. When you misspell any word, it doesn’t correct it. When you type, say, “brin…” it doesn’t finish the word or give you choices.

Deceptive and false advertising
So they advertise one set of prices and charge another. After getting with them multiple times over the issue and providing screenshots of them charging me the wrong price they refuse to refund me telling me once again per their policy my case isn’t grounds for a refund I ended up finding out that I signed up for 7.99 week and they charged me 9.99 once I cancelled the subscription they continued billing me 9.99 a week directly out of my bank account. They tried to make several excuses allowing them to do this such as telling me I failed to read a licensing agreement or terms including even going so far to say I misunderstood something. I sent you all the proof you needed and still told me my case wasn’t grounds for a refund that is deceptive business practices and fraud. This app needs to be reported and removed from the Apple store. Do not download this app they will steal from you. Per my final conversation with them led me to believe that my refund request I believed I was going to get previously was actually not put in to be processed as they said it was. This app needs to be reported to the Federal trade commission as well.

This is a SCAM and I don’t know why Apple is offering it among their Apps. I got an initial product from them for $6.99 which was advertised to be improved versions of commonly found AI products. Then I found I was signed up for a monthly charge of $49.99 without my authorization. This needs to be removed from the App Store.

You can’t cancel it in your subscriptions. It doesn’t show up in there I want to cancel this before I am charged for an auto renewal. There’s no subscription cancel in the app either. I even asked the chat bot to help and they gave me the run around. This is a trap! Do not subscribe. If I could give it no stars I would.

I terminated my subscription, and 24 hours later, I was charged again for another $49.99! When I cancelled, it displayed “cancelling.” However, when I returned to check the subscription, it showed “active.” I pressed the cancel subscription option again, and once more it said, “cancelling.” This is not just a minor issue; it’s theft! I will recover my money one way or another.
Do not try the free trial
If you plan to try the free trial and not get charged the $45 or $49 don’t bother. They will charge you anyway and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone to refund it.

I downloaded and installed the app, which was billed as free with in-app purchases, and before I used it once a $49.99 charge shows up on my bank account. Website has no info on pricing or my account. Total fraud.

I see an advertisement for this app on FB for $6.99. I figured it's worth the try. Within a few days there are TWO charges for $49.99 at the same time no less. My bank flags them and block my card. I let the bank know I didn't agree to these charges and they send me another card. These people charge me again $49.99. I call the bank again, they 'block the vendor'. These people somehow charge me again ON MY NEW CARD! This time the charge actually goes through. All of this in less than 1 month. As of this writing I'm still going through it. Freaking nightmare! Yes, I did unsubscribe and deleted my account. They are still charging me!!

I thought this app was free initially, so tried it out. Soon after downloading it I had a charge of $49.99 from my bank account. I disputed the charge and at first they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because I received an email of the charge. I received no such email. They deducted my money at 1:30am and someone responded right away via email. Finally they said they’d refund my money, had to wait over 2 weeks only to see no refund. I followed up, then noticed a refund of $6.99 😡saying basically case closed and nothing more to be done. Criminals. Say no to Ai companies anyway. They’re unethical

Singed up for a $6.99 weekly trial and CHECKED BY DEFAULT is an additional $39.99 purchase for some BS AI guide. Didn’t realize there was a click trap involved, reached out for refund and was told they will not give me a refund because “I have permanent access to the guide now”. Don’t waste your time with these fraudsters and if you do, be careful what’s checked if you decide to hand them your money. Went to Belair Mobile’s website and when you click on the menu bar it’s in Russian, so now it’s all making sense. Russians ripping off hard working Americans
