If I could rate their billing practices zero stars, I’d give them minus a million. Contacted support? Good luck navigating their useless black hole of canned responses while they clutch your cash like Gollum with his precious.

Can’t leave
I have been trying to cancel Nibble for a couple of months and I am still getting billed. Not cool Nibble not cool.
Can’t log in
I have tried to log in several times in the last twenty minutes. I purchased the app, set up my account, then tried to log in -again and again. Each time I get an error message saying my email/password is incorrect. I have reset my password at least six times and tried to log in with Apple. Each time I’m told the PS is incorrect. There is no bite of knowledge here. Only extreme frustration.

They keep charging me after cancellation
I have sent multiple messages month after month requesting cancellation, but still keep getting charged twice a month for the same app. One bill is $19.99 and another charge for $25.64. I signed up for the app. It was not what I thought it was and tried to cancel right away. Now four months later I am still trying to cancel the app.

couldn't find ANYTHING to try out as a new user that didn't REPEATEDLY keep asking about subscribing then discount then lower cost and lower I JUST WANTED TO SEE IF I COULD LEARN HOW TO GROW A TOMATO OR ANYTHING AT ALL I was already bored by the long list of questions before I could start. how do I know if I WANT to subscribe if I CAN'T TRY
Everything is locked behind a paywall
I discovered this app through an advertisement because I wanted an introduction to biology and anatomy before taking those classes. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Nearly every lesson and feature appears to be locked behind a paywall.
Pressuring to buy a subscription
I dont exactly like the fact its trying to force my to do a free trail and get a subscription for clicking on anything. Legit got asked to do free trial like 10 times in 3 minutes for trying to do anything
Do not waste your time
I got the 7 week trial and I tired to cancel it didn’t let me and charged me for the whole year 96.06 for an entire year! Yeah and good luck canceling or getting your money back because Apple denied the case every single time. The app isn’t worth almost 100$.

Not accurate
In fairness, I’m a PhD immunologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. There are a few questions I have encountered so far that are problematic. For example one question asked if the lungs are part of the immune system. The answer here said no. But the answer is yes. The cilia and mucus that line the airways help to bind and remove infectious agents. There are specialized immune cells that reside in the lungs that will stimulate an immune response if a pathogen is detected. Same goes for the nose. The reality is that body parts often have more than one function. Your skin is considered to be an immune organ because it acts as a barrier and because it is loaded with potent immune cells. Another issue I had was a question on whether pink eye is infectious. The answer is it depends. Pink eye can be caused by allergens, which is not infectious. If it’s viral or bacterial then it is infectious. While this is all acceptable for something meant for fun, when you charge the money you are charging for this app, I expect a bit more.

Why do I need an account to play a game
I don’t want to have to sign up for another account. I just wanted to play the game without all the questions and sign up. Sick of accounts.
Over sold
Nice images, and quick and easy to follow. That said, you get nowhere near the info it promises in their ads and it really barely touches on the topics. If you’re purchasing for Home Design, save your money. You’ll be done learning in an hour.
