★★★★★ "No free version. Predatory tactics to get you to sign up for trials. What a joke of an app. 10 minutes of buggy onboarding just to find out you can’t even see what the app is like without signing up for a trial. Predatory behavior by them. The second you click out of the endless trial pop ups, another one …" - elliotttyson

Scammy
I initially tried the 1 week trial and it stated it would send a notification to remind for auto-renewal. This did not happen, and a yearly subscription is the default plan that is selected so I’m down $89.99 because of these unethical practices.

This app is not free!
Ads keep interrupting and you are unable to play this game unless you subscribe. Looks like fun, but false advertising!
Unethical company
They will not honor cancellations. Don’t get this app. They are unethical.
No free version. Predatory tactics to get you to sign up for trials
What a joke of an app. 10 minutes of buggy onboarding just to find out you can’t even see what the app is like without signing up for a trial.
Predatory behavior by them. The second you click out of the endless trial pop ups, another one pops up. Completely turned me off and the entire app feels like a college students AI dev project

Seem kinda cheap
Looks and feels cheap. Wouldn’t purchase
Repetitive
Limited data gets recycled, not worth cost
Too basic
No challenging enough for me
Pushing to Pay
I was super excited to try this app, but extremely disappointed to find that it basically forces you to pay. It will often push a 7 day free trial before renewing at 89.99/year and then pop up with “gifts” for a 28.99/yr or 12.99/year subscription. I thought I was setting up the 7 day trial and ended up with a subscription. Was underwhelmed by the app overall. Not worth the trouble.
Waste of money
I tried the trial and it was supposed to notify before the trail ended. Long story short, no notification. I didn’t find out until I saw my bank account was hit for $100! I usually put in a calendar alert but I took a chance on believing they would notify me. Big mistake! I went in and cancelled it right away but of course by then the damage had been done. Now I’m stuck with this stupid app for a year! It’s probably the lamest app I’ve ever tried.
This app is clickbait.
I would have rated this higher but I cannot tell if it is even a good app to practice and study little things with because there is a paywall for everything to this app. You download it, you sign up, but then immediately as you go to do your first activity, you have to pay for it and they give you numerous advertisements for 67% off, 78% off, 87% off because they just want that money.
This is for beginners. If you want a challenge this isn’t for you
I downloaded this app after seeing an ad on Facebook that highlighted a lot of anatomy and physiology content, which really caught my interest. I jumped straight into the quizzes and was able to pass them all on the first try, which was a bit surprising. Now I feel stuck, because I can’t access anything else unless I go through lessons covering material I already know.
I really like the layout and the overall design-it’s engaging and has a lot of potential. However, I wish there were more challenging options and a broader range of biology topics available, especially for users who already have some background knowledge.

Very suspect
There is not an easy way to cancel your subscription-that you are notified of after it’s paid not a reminder before. No link on the app or email. You have to read the terms, click on links that don’t work and then email someone in Cyprus. The nibble of education is to watch out for apps and you really do have to read every word, know how to cancel and set reminders.
Not for me
Would’ve loved to try it for a few days with no commitment to see if I like it, but they force you to do the 7 day trial but you have to manually cancel. I can’t stand that model and won’t sign up because of it
Clickbait money grubbing.
Immediate paywall before I see a single point of content? Screw that. If your product isn’t good enough to hook me with engagement, I’m not interested. Cool concept but don’t be so greedy.
Just downloaded
Signed up, set my preferences, about to start learning, app crashes and now I can’t open the app. Everytime I open it it crashes. Barely gets past nibble loading screen.
Not impressed
Where’s the ornithology!??? Hidden???
This sucks
I’m going to say one thing.
WHY IS EVERY SINGLE THING I CLICK LOCKED BEHIND A PAY WALL BASICALLY!!!!!

Wtf
Said it was a gardening game to learn gardening’s. It’s balls.
just a million questions
not convinced
need to pay for even the most basic games, and all there is is a matching pair game. nothing else!! got tricked.
revisited a few months later. Still same opinion.

Not yet decided
It feels like a game not a learning tool
Doesn’t teach
Doesn’t suck but it is just matching puzzles pictures.
Too much
Requires too much commitment before I can even try a question. After answering multiple questions I have to agree to pay $90 a year after my one week trial. This will be OK if it’s worth it but then after all of those questions now I have to make an account after I already agreed to pay. I don’t want to get harass with emails in the future. Have a trial version. Nobody enjoys in time.
Grade School Level stuff
The topics and content is just trivial stuff. Childish is how it strikes me.
Too easy
The food pairings are exactly the same from levels 1-20. They do not get more challenging as the levels increase. They’re repeated over and over. And this is way too easy
Needs more context
Disappointing. The quiz shows the art but there is no info provided about the work except for the artist name.
Also, you can’t zoom in to explore the picture itself.

Hidden behind a paywall.
Seeing all of the content looks very promising and I’m sure that it’s great, but everything is hidden behind a paywall. If you’re willing to spend the money for it, I’m sure it would be decently worth it, but if you’re like me and just want a nice app to sharpen your mind for free, this isn’t for you. Definitely wish they could make it known as a payed service.
Fun but incorrect information at times
Very surprised that the questions were framed poorly or an answer was not the correct answer. Coming from a former prosecutor doing the criminology course.
Can’t get started
The onboarding is way too long and then they bug you to rate the app every 5 seconds. Not a good sign.
