They of course market their version of telegram premium to get rid of this. It’s no longer worth having this app unless you have an older version of it and never update.

Another corporate slop machine that covers 80% of your screen with ads unless you pay for it’s subscription service as if there isn’t 100’s of things out there that need a subscription. I understand you need ads to be able to profit but holy cow!! I can’t even type in a chat without the entire screen being covered with ads!! This is absolutely awful. 👎👎

I have a Premium subscription in the official Telegram app, but for a long time I have been using Nicegram as my main Telegram client.
I was very grateful for the ability to hide chats locally - this was good and reason why I use this modification and of course I was willing to tolerate a reasonable amount of ads appearing in chats.
But what happened today makes this service completely impossible to use! This is simply insane. I have never seen an app decided to add sooo much advertising: three loud advertising pinned posts, shown not only in the “All Chats” section but basically everywhere, plus ads around pinned messages in every chat, not even mentioning the ads that were already there before.
It honestly feels like sabotage from inside the company. Objectively, no one is going to use the app under these conditions.

Too many ads
I had to move back to telegram because of the advertisements in messages, in the inbox, required to access basic features, and showing up in notifications. I don’t want viagra, diet pills, penis enlargement. These ads are disgusting and weird.

Crashes constantly!!!
App ever since the last iOS update has been crashing constantly. You need to get this updated developers cause it’s becoming unusable. I can stay in that for all of maybe a minute when I tried to either send a GIF or a sticker are you even just scrolling through group sometimes it’ll just crash totally out.

до этого, когда в приложении не отображалась реклама, но, возможно, она была и раньше, но не настолько навязчивой и заметной, приложением пользоваться было в одно удовольствие. сейчас, когда реклама всплывает в отдельное окно и в в каждой папке с чатами, пользоваться приложением невозможно. не советую данный мод на телеграмм.

I've been using nicegram to get around the pornographic content block on iOS telegram. Now I've got to either watch ads or pay to do that? Christ. It's beyond frustrating.
You have overstepped your purpose
Your one job was to be able to get around the Apple restrictions so I could view telegram channels without needing to launch it on my computer. But now you either require a paid subscription or to watch adds? After filling all of the feeds previously with ads and AI BS. You have overstepped your place and usefulness.

The paywall is a stupid way to put pressure on your patrons to spend money……it’s an objectively bad move in a business sense if I could rate you how I wanted after that choice this app would get zero stars
Hidden usage in background
This app runs in the background and uses the phone in a way that causes the battery to overheat. It opens by itself, and it’s unclear what it is doing behind the scenes. I have also reported the issue to Apple.

Я пользуюсь найсграм уже много лет. За это время много чего поменялось, рекламу начали пихать без спроса абсолютно везде. Эти бесполезные ИИ боты, какие-то монетки, закрепленные каналы с каким-то криптоскамом. Фиг с ним - самая главная функция из-за которой я и скачал найсграм - обход яблочной цензуры.
С новым обновлением анлок каналов с ограничением от Эпла дается на час за просмотр рекламы. Вы там очешуели в край? Это единственная функция ради которой я терпел ваше криптоИИскам продвижение.
С такими приколами уш лучше просто открывать каналы через веб версию в браузере.

What the hell is going on why I need to pay subscription to watch a movie

This app is made by scam Artists
I have used Nicegram since the early days. It used to be a decent sidegrade to the official telegram, including means to bypass Apple trying to hardban access to channels. But now Nicegram has turned into an ad-filled crypto scam pump and dump. Now even access to “restricted” channels is being ad rated. Its just a very clever scam by the developer, to condition you with features then take those features away and sell them back to you as “premium” subscription “services”. Do not be fooled. Seek a different telegram web app.

Was great, not so much now
Downloaded and deleted same day, as well as subscribed and canceled same day. Was wanting to use it and of course subscribed to get rid of adds and such, but they push all their extra trash inside the app that it doesn’t leave you alone and might as well have the adds with how much they bother you. It’s not worth paying for anymore it’s like an annoying version of telegram now.

Ive been using nicegram for years and the constant ads was annoying but somewhat bearable because you could unpin most of them except one and I could live with the one thin ad bar but now there are two giant ones you cant unpin unless you buy their premium and that was the final straw Im not having 3 tabs of stupid crypto ads at the top, finally uninstalled and will just use regular telegram from now on

Ads Have Ruined Nicegram
Up until about four months ago, Nicegram was one of the best Telegram variants you could find. But now, the app is flooded with ads you can’t hide without paying for premium. Almost a third of my chat list is taken up by pinned ads for shady crypto coins, AI porn, and other garbage.
The app feels like it was taken over by a new company who is trying to bleed it dry and doesn’t care about anyone using it.
Avoid Nicegram so long as it is infested with these intrusive ad banners.

From Useable to Garbage in record time
Unless you like nonstop crypto and AI spam advertisements, this app offers you almost nothing that the main Telegram app doesn’t offer with a better user experience now. It used to be a worthwhile client, but they’ve gone off the deep end with four or five force-pinned advertisement fake channels at the top of the view, pop up ads, ads in the middle of chats for their dumb currency, etc. Which would itself be bad enough, but they’ve added that instead of updating their app to fit iPadOS 26, and it’s unusably bad in its current state. You can’t back out of some of the ads without accidentally minimizing the window, similarly it’s hard to not minimize the window while skipping through video. A buggy, crypto, AI, cash grab mess of an app that was once not terrible.

A Worse Alternative To Telegram
In the past, Nicegram was a good, no bs alternative to the telegram iOS client. Today there are countless ads that appear in your group list and now even in the middle of your chats. Never mind that the ads are for crypto scams and ai slop. Why would I choose this over the free stock client. I won’t be coming back.
