App is not working, when I open the app it shows update the latest version. Then I click on the update button it is redirecting to App Store and it shows “this app is currently not available in your country or region” what can I do

May 3rd is my guy’s birthday, and today at exactly 10:00 AM, the moment you released the Nike Mind (black and blue fade), I hit the payment button. I was on time. I was ready. I did everything right.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been constantly checking the Nike App just to make sure I don’t miss this drop. I even saved my card details and shipping address in advance so there would be zero delay from my side.
But your app completely ruined the experience.
Every time I submitted the payment, it showed pending, then checking availability, and then suddenly said the item was unavailable. I tried multiple times, and the same thing kept happening - while the app still showed my size as available.
How does that even make sense? If I clicked exactly at 10:00 AM and submitted my payment on time, how is the stock already gone while you’re still letting me proceed to checkout?
You made me feel like I was going to get it - and then took it away at the last second.
This wasn’t just a purchase. That guy literally worked so hard to get me the best birthday gift, and it honestly hurts that I couldn’t get what he wanted because of this system. You didn’t just lose a sale - you ruined a special moment for both of us.
And it’s not even cheap - it’s around $249 in stores. For that price, at least give customers a fair and transparent experience. Please don’t play with the emotions of middle-class people who are genuinely trying to afford something special.

I’ve deleted and downloaded the app SEVERAL times to see shopping bag and it’s ALWAYS showing an error message now. The bag badge at the bottom shows how many items I have, but won’t let me access. Guess yall don’t want my money. HEY ADIDAS!!

My name is Jose Sanchez, and I accuse you of being thieves; in my last order, items were missing, and when I called to file a claim, I was told that I supposedly have a block on my account.
Supposedly, a manager applied this to my account without any reason. The purchase belongs to my daughter, and since 2014, I have returned or filed a claim only once-in 2023.
For my part, I will never make another purchase at Nike again-irresponsible, thieves, abusers.
Since they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes-there were five pieces in total, and I’m only saying that one is missing-they still wouldn't take responsibility. I could have claimed that all five pieces were missing!

These shoes are great and also pretty expensive. Lately any type of nike shoe I purchase has some type of glue swipe or defect, blemish, etc. Quality control and production needs work.
The app regularly crashes or freezes, and notifies you of items back in stock that are not on your favorites list.
Update: New releases, if a shoe or slide is in high demand like the nike mind series why not mass produce them like all the rest of the shoes/slides? Also, you have bots that buy out all the product in less than one minute which makes for an extremely poor customer experience. Not doing enough to stop bots.

Can’t even sign up
I downloaded the app, clicked sign up and got an error message, closed the app for the same exact thing to happen, so I deleted and redownloaded the app and still have the issue, Nike.com only for me I guess

Love Nike but… your app
Love Nike shoes soccer cleats specifically as it’s what my son prefers. Downloaded as I was shopping online and came to website that said I could only buy product if I download and use the app and so I thought what could it hurt to do so… well I downloaded the app turns out I couldn’t even find the product I was looking for after signing up giving my email etc. in the end it didn’t help that it wouldn’t allow me to refine to search indoor soccer shoes so had to go through the whole list of turf, fg and sg. Long story short the app didn’t help. Better off, searching elsewhere then on nike app.

Please refer to latest campaign with Studio Sophie Hospes, so disappointing to the entire foundation of your company. Filtering for Men’s Shoes
It’s crazy frustrating that the app has the option to filter your search to only Men’s shoes when the search ignores that filter and shows both Men’s and Women’s shoes.
Can’t log in as guest?
Am I missing something, can’t login as a guest to view their products? WTH…. Why can’t you log in as guest without wanting us to create an account? I just wanted to browse without them wanting to email me, text me about, whatever 💁♂️

Answering marketing questions. Doesn’t allow you to skip. I’m becoming more and more cognizant of the practices companies will use to gain information about their customers and I’m not at all a fan of unskippable questions.

My app will not load it just open up your a white blank page. I have done every troubleshoot I know and googled some I have uninstalled and reinstalled I have been to Verizon and Apple no help and I have been on Nike.com and the contact us will not open I am so frustrated. Can someone help me.

I’m so frustrated to say the least, tell me why this stupid app tells me my own address is invalid for a drop, then has me wait six minutes to tell me I didn’t get the drop. Mind you it’s the same address info and payment info I’ve been using with them, and of course the shoe is sold out by the time. I’m done depending on them and the SNKRS app for a drop. Then I go into the chat with a “Nike Expert” just for the expert to not know nothing or can do nothing about it.

I'm really disappointed with the Sneakers app and Nike lately, supporting resellers and forgetting those who supported them from the beginning. Now they prefer to sell to those who sell the shoes for double or triple the price, or at a price people are willing to sacrifice because they like them. They only care about the rich.

Zero chat support response
So as a business owner I have literally spent tens of thousands of dollars on this app. I had issues with orders where checking my inventory I was missing a lot of orders and when checking the app the order show as “shipped” not delivered. When reaching out to chat support I would always end up having to re explain to a new representative because somehow there would always be an error or “no connection” while on WiFi. But no problem trying to place an order once kicked out of chat. But what’s more alarming is they completely started ignoring my chats.. till this day it’s been about 2 years almost and I have not gotten a single response to over 30 attempts and messages sent. I had a lot of double orders as well and when returning there’s a whole mix up of return started even though I sent the shoes already. Or it will say returned at store even though it literally has tracking details. This is very upsetting and frustrating at the same time but given the amount of support and hard earned money I’ve spent with Nike it’s very disheartening to be disrespected like this. Wouldn’t expect this from a top tier elite corporation like this.
