Pathetic
I wish i could rate negative, firstly the app is just trash, no option to renew your policy. Secondly, from last 6 months i am trying to set up Auto debit and it never happened. Their agent Anwar is the worst customer service agent possible, all they do is just sell you the policy, their after sale service is just pathetic. Do not buy policy from them. I raise complaint every month and get blank calls from customer service people, that too at the wrong time slot.

I did UPI payment, amount was deducted from my bank account but app didn’t reflect my payment and still shows that I am due for payment

Step count sync issue
Such a worst app, all my step counts are displayed wrong. It’s too frustrating that the steps counts just get wiped out. Looks like it ensures you won’t get the discount and you have to pay complete premium. Customer Service is not much active with the resolution. Insurance should not be marketed for step counts discounts if the app is not working as expected.

We are trying to reach renew my policy. It is pending for Tele verification call. We are waiting since 10days no body calling for verification. So I 100% don’t recommend this company for insurance purpose.
Worst ever
Please don’t take this insurance at all .There only concern is till a person takes insurance n every year money payment . They have a customer service which doesn’t work at all and it works wonders when some one wants to take new policy . Trust me don’t waste money .
Steps didn’t sync up
Tried reaching out to customer care from last 15 days as steps for any new given day will wipe the steps from older days. This eventually is leading to loss the discount as part of wellness benefits. Quite frustrating and hoping someone will work on it on priority ,
