Can’t play a single video
I haven’t been able to play a single video on this app. “An error occurred while trying to play the video” pops up every time giving no indication of what’s wrong.

Horrible
This app no matter what I am trying to watch whether it be a live event or an event that’s already avaible to watch it constantly freezes every 15 minutes or so. Anytime I try to start a wrestling event it says a problem occurred please try again.
If you want to watch a njpw event and it’s available else where like thriller tv I would mind you to purchase that event somewhere else and avoid this app like the plague

Airplay stopped working
The icon for airplay stopped appearing after most recent update. App also no longer recognizes any devices to cast to (but other apps do recognize and work with those devices).
Horrible
The app is absolutely horrendous! I search for a wrestler by name, no results found! Also can’t get the English version of shows. I’ve never seen anything so difficult to use ever! I’ll be dumping this shortly. So disgusted
Cannot login on Roku app
Password and details works fine for log in on my iPhone but I cannot use them on the Roku app as it says it is invalid log in and there is no valid link on the help page to send an email requesting help.
Terrible
Nothing works on the app, can’t access previous events. This seems like it was rolled out without one bit of quality control
A change for the worst
So they launched this new app last November. It’s serviceable at best. If you don’t watch live then all the matches are broken up into individual videos. I often have to reset all of my settings each time a new match comes on. The worst part is they removed most of the archive footage from the old app with the promise that it would all be remastered and uploaded again. I have no confidence this will ever happen.
Needs issues fixed
This app used to be smooth! Lost all the previews ppvs I’ve baught ! There’s no download features as it says “download available “ I’ve been having issues while playing a video it loads really slow or plays something else. They do need to re upgrade the app to what it was!
Not great
I was hoping for good things but this app is a worse experience for me than just watching through the NJPW World web site. Searching for older matches to watch is the worst part. There’s so little context in the search results besides the thumbnails. The whole UI feels pretty janky. Also none of the live events are in English now?
Great, but…
I love that NJPW World has its own app. However, I cannot use the search function. I hope this will be fixed with future updates as I- as well as many other fans- enjoy watching older events as well as most recent ones.
