Took them 45 minutes to answer a phone that just rang and rang!! Finally spoke with someone who agreed there was an issue, stated they’d give me 15% back if I stayed on board and waited a little longer. Ok so I waited and they arrived 6/2. The carry on’s handle is all scratched up, the “covers” were just thrown in. So it doesn’t fold right now. And then the big kick in the butt is the fact that I bought 6 air tags.. to get 6 free! And NOW I see I have to pay ANOTHER $139 per device per year to activate?!? No thank you… my Apple Air Tags work just fine, and have for 4 years so far! And the app can’t connect to the device either. Please, just send me the return labels and refund me ! This is ridiculous!
Impossible to connect
I have been trying to get hold of this company for days now my trip is on Friday they charged my card for a whole year subscription even before I got the luggage for Nobl AirTags that won’t even connect not it’s asking me to subscribe for another $139 in order for me to connect this is a scam fix it or refund my money for the luggage ,the power bank and AirTags
Doesn’t work.
The air tag will not connect. The app is different than the instructions provided with the device. This is complete garbage.
Device is Junk and Company is IMPOSSIBLE to Contact - NO WAY the positive reviews are real!
First: I ordered my Nobl Air the 1st of May and it wasn’t delivered until today, May 19th. Second: They charged my credit card for a full year subscription a full week BEFORE the Nobl Air was even delivered! I attempted to contact the company multiple times to get this issue resolved without any success. Emailing them, gets no response, they have NO phone support and using their online chat only results in getting a promise of an email reply that never arrives. I wish I had done more research before I purchased from this company, do yourself a favor and search Nobl on Reddit then heed the warnings and move on to a different company. Don’t waste your time or money with Nobl.

The app never found my device. I tried all the tips and it didn’t work and so in frustration I cancelled with apple subscriptions. Only thing is, I was still charged and they are not trying to refund my money for a service I didn’t use and will not use….

Tracking Not Included
Was really looking forward to using the Nobl Air. Nowhere in any advertisement did I see that there is a $139 subscription fee. Will not be using that. You really should disclose this!!!!
Bait & switch
I bought the carry on suitcase because it had tracking included only to find out once I received my order that there is an annual $139 subscription to use the tracking.
Rip Off
I was never informed that I had to pay $139 yearly prior to purchasing these devices. I am sick and tired of being taken for a ride by all these companies.
I am disappointed.
I am sure there are reasons but I placed my order with Nobl back on 2 May and I have yet to receive my order. I have checked the status of my order and as of 10 May it says that my order has shipped. However when I look at the tracking number they provided, UPS is still showing that the label has been created with no further updates. Shipping has been S-L-O-W….
