Personalizing feature for watch face is so terrible, it will not let me select a specific picture to select as my watch face wallpaper and the quality is so horrible. App needs to update and fix this, what’s the point of having this feature if the picture does not load properly.

Difficult to use and lacking in basic features. It’s too busy trying to sell me more products and take more information to have basic quality of life features

I am using noise icon 2 and this watch is worst. It always changes the watch faces automatically and it vibrates for no reason

Nice app
The app is good but pls add more watchfaces and own watch face option for NoiseFit fusion smartwatch. Even if I set reminders it’s not showing up and it’s like it’s not getting saved. Pls fix this Noise. It’s been a longtime but still no new watch faces. I am unhappy with this Noise

With the old design of the app, I could easily connect my watch but now I have tried many times but it doesn’t connect no matter what. Even if my watch is right next to it and ready to connect it doesn’t work after 30 minutes. I am really disappointed with this and I want the old version back.
Doesnt sync well with Apple Health
The only reason anyone would buy this product is because it is cheaper than Apple watch and it has the capability to sync steps with Apple health.
Unfortunately this watch does not sync well with Apple health, I have to manually add the steps. Long way to go for NoiseFit.

Unstable App
The app tend to crash a lot.

USA Support Failure
For USA residents, all should be advised to look at other health app platforms.
While the app and watch work well when sync’ed, any USA user is on limited time for this to last. The company/app developer has a bug in their app. When users on the iOS platform are required/decide to upgrade the app, they are told to unpair the device for the duration of the app upgrade, then re-pair after the update.
Unfortunate for users under that platform umbrella, the app then fails to recognize the watch/pedometer/device when trying to re-pair with an iPhone and the NoiseFit app.
No customer support from the app developer has been provided on this case.

For all the design and details I have tried to give this device a fair chance but to be honest it’s not even on par with first gen Fitbit. Sudden restarts erase any day it previously holds. During extreme workouts it cannot detect calories and heart rate through sweat. It seems to calculate calories by how high the heart rate gets but a thin layer of sweat diminishes is sensing capabilities. I have had to unpair and pair the device at least twice a month since I have had it. A single ad or update breaks the pairing. It cannot detect sleep and wake periods properly. Even watching a movie is detected as asleep and when you are taking a power nap it never even logs it. If it wasn’t a gift I would have not been happy with my purchase.

Custom watch faces
I would prefer if the app allows us to add more custom watch faces instead of just replacing one while keeping the 3 default faces. It gets really annoying with trial and error warning for the transfer of a new watch face only to realize that you just replaced your original custom watch faces instead of the 3 default faces. Legit I don’t like them and prefer to have custom watch faces to my liking

Please provide ability to customize watch faces. Stop wasting time in providing yet another watch face of your liking. What is needed is customizable watch face for analog and digital. Currently the customization is VERY weak. Sasta Roye baar baar (The cheap person cries forever).
