Profanity on ads
Why is there profanity in the ads? I don’t like seeing it and I especially don’t like my kids seeing it. They play these games too. If it continues, I’ll have to delete the app.
Too hard and frustrating
I wanted to like this game but it just game me a headache. Like, I cannot get through the levels without using hints. The extra hard levels, I ended up needed to use like 4 or 5 hints! And to get hints, you need coins. And you can get them by watching ads. I don’t want to watch 5 ads just to finish one freaking puzzle! I would enjoy the game more if it was a little easier.
Pay To Play A Slop Game
You have to… pay to play? Every level costs in game currency (which takes a while to accumulate)… I’ve never seen such a stupid, greedy idea before. Plus, the visuals are straight up slop, with ugly colors, confusing descriptions, weird layouts, buggy interfaces, etc.

I strongly advise everyone not to play this game or participate in any of its Offerwall events.
No matter what issue you have, your support requests will be ignored. You will only receive the same AI-generated, copy-paste responses that repeat the same lines over and over with no real explanation or human help.
At some point, even if you play fairly and follow every rule, you may suddenly get a message saying that you’ve “violated the Terms of Service” without any details or evidence. And no matter how many times you ask, they will never tell you which part of the Terms you supposedly violated.
There is no real customer service at all, only automated messages. I played honestly, invested time, and met all the requirements, yet they refused to give the promised reward with no clear reason.
If you value your time and fairness, stay away from this game.

Was 5 stars until the last two updates. Can no longer purchase diamonds. Says “product not found” when I try to purchase anything

Writing this on 5/28/2026: there must have been a recent update, and I hate it! I don’t like how you can click on the Fill or X button and it switches every time, no matter what side you click on. Please change it back to clicking on the respective buttons!

On the second week I bought the weekly pass so even if any ad was going to show up it was blocked. And then I had bought a few packs that had no ads and I assume one of those would qualify or even the weekly pass qualify for no additional ad for bonuses on levels to double or triple rewards. not the case! --
Now for gameplay there is a touch type glitch when you click one square it clicks two or three or nothing . it assumes you slid your finger to. coins and gems are the currency: coins to give you hints, plus a correct answer on the puzzles. For gems!they’re used to play a level. the max is 30! I looked at the supposed update that said it was supposed to be updated to 45 but thats gone. Or changed. never implemented? correction its in app updates. 6.8.1 saying 45. But with out those extras your hampering your ability to play as there are multiple that need over 30 to start. requiring you to watch an ad in the store to get bonus. which cap at 10 a day.

High battery drain and phone overheating.
High battery drain and phone overheating. My device is iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17.3.1, app version 6.8.1. While using the app, my phone battery heats up and becomes noticeably hot quickly.
Too many pop-ups
I unfortunately paid for the game only to realise that this only removed one layer of pop-ups! In an attempt to make you spend all your in game resources (and therefore force you to purchase more with real money so you can play a few hours) they are making the interactions unnecessary long and tedious.
The ads are so interruptive
Why is the stupid candy crush ad banner at the bottom of my screen always coming up and blanking my entire screen? There’s no way to get rid of it and I’ve tried, I’ve sat there waiting to see if it cycles away and it didn’t, so I have to close the app and restart it, such a glaring design flaw. Also some ads randomly have sound, that’s annoying, If I have a YouTube video running it interrupts it and I have to just wait it out. As far as the game itself goes, it’s fun but the time it takes to get more crystals is so stupid, I have to wait 10 minutes for 1? Why? You run out of crystals so fast and you have to either wait 5 hours for them all to refill to 30, or watch multiple ads in a row. This game needs so much fixing and so many changes
Overcharged numerous times
The game is great. Don’t sign up for premium. They have been double charging me for god knows how long. I just discovered it. It’s been at least 3 months.
Sooooo many mistakes
There are so many mistakes in the numbers, I’d rather not ignore them to play the game. There are plenty of other Nonogram games out there that aren’t too lazy to build an accurate game.
Interesting but not free
I found this game challenging and fun to try to figure out. But then I ran into the typical problem with a few games. You get to play about 10 times or less for free. After that, you either have to pay or start watching videos to keep playing. If I can’t play a game on airplane mode, then I delete it. What I found frustrating is I didn’t even use the prompt button cheat but solved every game without it. That still did not earn me enough credit to keep playing.

I love this game but recently it started to reset my puzzles I have to do the puzzles again and earn/use the gems for the puzzle I’ve already done…. Edited to add since I left this review it got worse! It restarted my whole chapter AGAIN and I lost all my points for changing the skins available
Great game but….
I enjoy playing this game, but it costs so many gems to play a single game that you can only keep playing if you’re willing to pay frequently. Not cool. There’s no reason a single hard game should cost more than over 30 gems when you only get up to 30 gems a day (and not more if you wait multiple days). Super lame.
