كل مرة اطلب منهم يجيني الطلب ناقص او تالف و لما اطلب ارجعة يقولون اية و يسحبون عليك صارلي أربع اشهر أطالب با الإرجاع و لا رجعو و خدمة العملاء سيء

Unprofessional drivers and lie about delivering items! Drivers keep calling and texting for provided information! I do not you use this application at all.

التوصيل على المزاج! من أسوأ التطبيقات والمواقع
تتبع الشحنة يظهر بأن التوصيل لم يتم بسبب عدم تمكنهم من الاتصال! والمشكلة بكل مرة يتم محاولة التوصيل بعد الساعة ١١ ليلا! هل هم بكامل وعيهم لتوصيل الطلبات قرب منتصف الليل؟!! للأسف توقعت الكثير من نون ولكن باعتقادي الوضع للأسوأ.

للاسف خدمة متعبه وغير واضحين
للاسف غير واضحين في عروضكم تقولون اشترك ولك مميزات وخصومات واخرتها بنفس السعر عند الدفع ولا يوجد خصم اضافي ولا مميزات تذكر ولا حتى خدمة عملاء مثل المواقع الاخرى تهتم كله كلام فاضي للاسف نلغي تطبيقكم نهائي بلا رجعه

Horrible Service
I wouldn’t use this app if my life depended on it. Very bad customer service, very bad delivery times and absolutely horrible with food deliveries. They show a time, but you have to add 30-40 minutes to that time so you will always get your food late and cold.

I usually ordered food in USA different apps and always listen to my request ,but this app here in uae very bad customer service with zero English speaking,understanding ,very bad how to handle cases ,blame customers not restaurants or drivers if I would I’ll leave minus review not even a one star

نرجو اعادة صياغة التطبيق لتوافق مع شاشة الايباد ميني 5 فعند الدخول (لف وربح) لايظهر زر اللف وكانّه مختفي تحت الشاشة بسبب عدم التوافق ! المشكلة الثانية و المنرفزة عند الدخول لأي فئة مثل مختارة لك و غيرها عند الدخول على منتج و الخروج منه يرجعني إلى الأعلى مباشرة كأنما لمست البار العلوي لرجوع إلى فوق! وشكراً

الأسعار مرتفعة وان وجدت أسعار مناسبة فالخصومات الموجودة يتم استرجاعها بالعكس بطرق أخرى لصالح نون وبشروط غير مفهومة وبالأخير اصبح غير مستفيد عكس بعض التطبيقات العالمية.

يحطون كوبونات و إذا جيت ادفع في الاخير يتغير و يقول غير البطاقه، جربت بطاقتين نفس الكلام و كنسلت ما اشتريت لأني ما أعجبني حركة الإيهام بالخصومات
