Their computer system does not operate how it should and does not accept payments on time. Do yourself a favor go with any other companies but them
Can’t click on products from push notification
I wish there was a way to report bugs, but this is where I was directed by the chat agent. I just got a push notification this morning, I click on it, I get to the cute dresses, but I can’t select any of the products. Something is wrong. I’m on an iPhone 15 plus. I’m a digital marketer and would want to know if something was wrong. I also shared yesterday I try clicking from IG and get the same issue. Hope this helps.

Worst e-commerce shopping experience
Paying will Apple Pay will overwrite the delivery address directly inputted in the checkout workflow. Orders aren’t cancellable, even within a few minutes after purchase. AI customer service over the phone is literally a waste of time and incapable of helping me make changes to the delivery address. Among the worst online / mobile app shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
Don’t understand why Nordstrom card wont work
I always love Nordstrom. I’ve been shopping here for years. Today I tried to make a purchase, but wasn’t really understanding why my Nordstrom card would not work. And there was no option for me to chat or ask about it. I went ahead and made the purchase with another form of payment, but I think what’s disappointing to me is that I didn’t have the option to ask questions about why I was having a problem.
Fix your shipping and invetory
I just spent over $6,600 on the Nordstrom app and the experience has been completely unacceptable.
Multiple items that were clearly marked for delivery by Friday are now delayed until Tuesday, and who knows how many times it will be delayed again. Such a breakdown and let down in basic service expectations.
Their inventory system is clearly unreliable. I purchased an item, received confirmation, and then two days later was told it was “sold out” and my order was canceled. That should never happen in a modern e-commerce platform.
For a company at this level, there is no excuse for inaccurate inventory and missed delivery commitments. Competitors like Amazon and Revolve have already set the standard for real-time inventory and reliable fulfillment.
Nordstrom seriously needs to fix their backend systems. This experience has completely eroded my trust in ordering through the app.

Filters are broken
I was looking for a coat. I set my filters as WOMEN, LONG LENGTH, WHITE. Also set as LIGHTWEIGHT. Results were black hip length and cropped jackets, blazers, DOWN FILLED and PANTS in women’s and MEN’S. Filter is definitely broken. TIME CONSUMING! DO BETTER!!
