Worthless
I downloaded the app and decided to delete it since it is not intuitive. I just wanted to see my balance but could not find where to get it. You shouldn’t have to search for your balance or credit available!!!! I’m deleting the worthless app. Someone needs to fire the UX developer!!!
Sent an empty package
The worst experince ever , i have ordered from them twice , the first order arrived without any issue , but second package was completely empty , and when i contacted the customer service they refused to resolve the issue and denied my claim without proper investigation

This app does not allow you access to your Nordstrom credit card. Useless for what I wanted it for
Mail lost my order
Nordstrom and the us mail lost my order. Nordstrom says they are not responsible and the mail system sucks and I can’t even enter a claim. Out $75 dollars and an item of clothing that I can’t buy locally. Not a happy camper. I have been a Nordstrom customer for 12 years and always raved about their customer service. Not anymore!!
Overwhelming
While the app is very functional and works consistently without bugs, and includes some really great features, the organization of items within the app itself is so overwhelming that I avoid using this app at all costs. This is probably a great thing for my bank account, but it’s incredibly frustrating when I know I really need to shop and get some things and the idea of getting on the app gives me anxiety. Want to shop what’s new in women’s tops? There’s no separate category for that. If you click on what’s new in women’s, you’ll get absolutely everything. Want to type search bar? You’ll then get thousands of pages of every type of top From athletic tank tops to work blouses and everything in between. You can fine tune a little bit, but not enough to get a search that will include the style of type you are really are trying to find. I really wish they would bring back the option to shop by “department” within Nordstrom, because then at least you would know the general sense of the type of style you’d be getting, and could easily and quickly exclude so much of what you don’t want. If they aren’t willing to bring back the department sections, it would be great if the search option included an exclusion filter so you could filter out styles or items that you are not wanting to see. For now, I avoid it and use it strictly to repurchase my makeup.
