Obviously Norton broke it in the latest update and needs to publish a fix ASAP.

Crash or freeze
The recent update has caused the app to disconnect and it won’t let me log in. It keeps saying the error is regretted. I am paying for service that i am not getting.

Setup Error

This is a fake scam app. Its not Norton. You cant cancel your free trial without blocking the transaction with your bank. No customer support, no way to contact anyone

Unable to connect to VPN for days. Very unreliable.

I could not view premium videos and it asked me for my ID when the VPN is supposed to overpass that.
Why even use it
Never wants to connect, never stays connected. The massive amount of time I spend with poor connection issues despite my awesome internet speed on devices that don’t need a vpn someone could have stolen my identity a million times.
Not worth it
Fails WAY TOO OFTEN. nearly always goes to settings like its first install. Not worth the hassle, I don’t use the social platforms suggested for contacting them

Support Sucks
Contacting support is a joke. You can spend hours using the online "support" and still not get any useful info.

90% sure this was the reason why my phone started to act terrible.
I downloaded this app and used the free trial for LESS THAN 24 HOURS and not only did it constantly try to make me use it (EVEN WHILE I TRIED TURNING IT OFF), but other apps’ performances TANKED after I tried downloading it. I eventually tried to delete it, but I’m pretty sure it gained sentience right before I was about to unsubscribe from it. Literally every single app wouldn’t open, and it basically froze me in my lock screen when I turned off my phone that I was starting to think my phone became a glorified paper weight. The only reason why it was eventually fixed was because my on-screen home button started to work again (except very laggy) and I reset my phone using it. 0/20, wouldn’t download just to evade Texas’ porn ban ever again.
Auto-Connect Failing
Since the recent update, there are numerous times the VPN fails in the background. When I restart the device, I have to manually restart the VPN, and at times, the Kill Switch isn’t working to block traffic without VPN on. This makes the VPN effectiveness poor. The app needs a new update to fix these issues.

I can not keep an internet connection since I got this VPN and it’s driving me insane. I can’t watch YouTube in the evenings who’s the main reason I even use my IPAD. I look forward to seeing the people I follow every evening. I really look forward to it. When I sit down ready to enjoy my shows, they buffer then just stop no internet connection. It took me over a week to figure out that was the reason. At first I just disconnected in the little pull down box, but it would just reconnect itself immediately. I also immediately disconnected it. So, then,whichever device I was on, and I played this game of back and forth until it would stay off long enough for me to watch something. Then i would look up at the server line and it had POPPED BACK ON!!!
So then i try disconnecting in settings and it just comes right back. And it’s the exact same thing no difference. If I can’t get a resolution I will cancel the entire service. This is ridiculous. And I’m not going to pay for the privilege of being made miserable. I can get that for free. Or at least a hell of a lot cheaper.

It’s a dysfunctional app that constantly disconnects reconnects so interrupts your connection and slows down. It’s not worth to pay a penny for it

I have been charged for 3 subscriptions. One has expired but I have 2 left. Although the BPN is no longer available. I have Life lock 360 and Identity. But my VPN is saying I need to pay for it.

Frustrated
I bought the Norton VPN standard. Then I bought the Norton 360. 360 comes with VPN. I’m trying to cancel VPN so I never get automatically charged again. Why should I be charged for both when 360 covers both? I’m not able to take care of this issue because you cannot contact anyone. Customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend Norton because of this very basic issue.

Very unreliable
It works most of the time, sometimes it simply can’t connect for no particular reason, and as of recent it tries to connect but goes into an endless loop of connecting and disconnecting on its own. The worst part is that I can’t log into any financial institution’s app (which defeats the purpose of its existence) and when it’s on my email starts to work intermittently - when I doesn’t work right, it tells me that I have no mail when I actually do. Basically it makes my phone very unreliable.

Interference with internet and websites
Whenever I need to print something I have to shut off the VPN to print. Not sure the reasoning here. Also it appears to be interfering with my WiFi. The VPN shows up vs wireless connection and websites can’t open. Have to keep refreshing. This never used to happen not sure why it is now.
