Auto-Connect Failing
Since the recent update, there are numerous times the VPN fails in the background. When I restart the device, I have to manually restart the VPN, and at times, the Kill Switch isn’t working to block traffic without VPN on. This makes the VPN effectiveness poor. The app needs a new update to fix these issues.

I can not keep an internet connection since I got this VPN and it’s driving me insane. I can’t watch YouTube in the evenings who’s the main reason I even use my IPAD. I look forward to seeing the people I follow every evening. I really look forward to it. When I sit down ready to enjoy my shows, they buffer then just stop no internet connection. It took me over a week to figure out that was the reason. At first I just disconnected in the little pull down box, but it would just reconnect itself immediately. I also immediately disconnected it. So, then,whichever device I was on, and I played this game of back and forth until it would stay off long enough for me to watch something. Then i would look up at the server line and it had POPPED BACK ON!!!
So then i try disconnecting in settings and it just comes right back. And it’s the exact same thing no difference. If I can’t get a resolution I will cancel the entire service. This is ridiculous. And I’m not going to pay for the privilege of being made miserable. I can get that for free. Or at least a hell of a lot cheaper.

Trying to install but no luck and no one to call

It said free trial , I tried and wen to use it but couldn’t then I cancel it and it said it charged me 30 and it ends until 2027

I downloaded the app last night, created an account, went to bed thinking I had seven days to “try it out” before deciding whether to subscribe. Oh nah… Boom… got a text from my bank before sunrise that I was already charged for a year’s subscription!

It’s a dysfunctional app that constantly disconnects reconnects so interrupts your connection and slows down. It’s not worth to pay a penny for it
Over charged
I have been charged for 3 subscriptions. One has expired but I have 2 left. Although the BPN is no longer available. I have Life lock 360 and Identity. But my VPN is saying I need to pay for it.

Frustrated
I bought the Norton VPN standard. Then I bought the Norton 360. 360 comes with VPN. I’m trying to cancel VPN so I never get automatically charged again. Why should I be charged for both when 360 covers both? I’m not able to take care of this issue because you cannot contact anyone. Customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend Norton because of this very basic issue.

i would not recommend this product-especially if u have an iphone because come to find out it didn’t really do anything for me my iphone already did. And the customer service dept didn’t know what they were talking about. i called because my norton vpn said it was on and working but my iphone said it wasn’t. customer service then told me that my package did not have a vpn. while i was on the phone w them i got a message that my Norton was about to expire( i had only had it a couple months and it was a yr subscription.) so i told them the message i just got and they tried to get me to upgrade to a package w vpn. i told them i wanted to just cancel & they sent me to billing. Billing then assured me i do have a vpn w my current package. They said i could cancel but i couldn’t get the remainder of my subscription prorated. i will never use or recommend Norton.
Disappointing, moved to Nord VPN
- upgrades default to always on instead of keeping settings.
- No short cut capability
- frequently need to reestablish connection as it deteriorates.
MacBook shows poor connection and does not sync with iCloud, need to manually re-sync.

Won’t follow the rules…
When I turn off the VPN, it should stay off! This reject keeps enabling itself even when “connect on demand” is set to off.
Turns of all the time
Why does the VPN continually shut off on my iPhone? Then dubs looking for networks, rendering any connection unable to function? I pay for a service that doesn’t work consistently, leaving me vulnerable. Any answer would be helpful. I will be looking for a more reliable service. Do not waste your money for partial unreliable protection.

Lost my subscription with yahoo
Yahoo canceled my subscription have no way to verify my protection very disappointed in this app. Paid Norton today 129.99 to find some kind of assurance that my devices are protected. This Yahoo- Norton Connected fiasco might be a SCAM?
SCAMMERS. DONT INPUT YOUR CARD DETAILS
I wanted to subscribe for their $29.99 a year plan which has a 7 day trial period before I’ll pay. I canceled my subscription through my iPhone’s App Store account 4 days later before I was scheduled to get billed because I noticed that their product wouldn’t work for me and there is no cancellation on their app. Days later After cancellation, they are constantly trying to debit me for the one year subscription that I already cancelled. I’ve reached out to them and still they cannot do anything about it.

I can never get this vpn to stay continuously connected. It leaves me unprotected all the time. I paid for a year and now I’m going to have to pay for a different one that actually works.

Once I’ve turned it on, it should stay turned on until I disconnect it or access to the Internet ends. He keeps disconnecting on it’s own and, I might be in the middle of a transaction. This is very dangerous.

Interference with internet and websites
Whenever I need to print something I have to shut off the VPN to print. Not sure the reasoning here. Also it appears to be interfering with my WiFi. The VPN shows up vs wireless connection and websites can’t open. Have to keep refreshing. This never used to happen not sure why it is now.
