You removed the Russian language from your app purely out of principle. I simply don’t believe there was any technical issue with supporting Russian. You offer Kazakh, Ukrainian, and Belarusian, yet Russian is missing. How does that make any sense?
You’re deliberately cutting yourselves off from a potential audience of millions of users. I just don’t understand the logic behind that decision.

Their ToS is pretty clear that they can use your meeting contents to perpetually and permanently do whatever they wish.

By submitting User Content, you grant the Company, its sublicensees, successors, and assigns a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, assignable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your content in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or later developed. This license includes the right to incorporate User Content into other works and services, including marketing, analytics, and operational improvements. Which means this is fun for just messing around but you definitely do not want to relay on this service for transcribing meetings that may contain business data, trade secrets, IP, personal information, etc.
I certainly would not want my companies business being redistributed, published, modified, or whatever else they assume license to do.

Great tool when it wants to work
I love notee when it wants to work. It was out for two weeks and didn’t want to use any other product but I stuck it out.

Note “Not Analyzed”
I recently purchased Notee and it worked perfectly twice. Today when I record my notes and try to convert to text I get a message “Not Analyzed”. I can’t move past that. I tried to use the support function in the app and it also failed. So I guess my only option is to write this review.
Update….. This problem still exists. I recorded another note this evening- same problem, will not analyze. You all obviously are having problems with the app based on recent reviews. Why isn’t it being addressed? Are you seeing the reviews???

App No Longer Works
I was really enjoying the app. It worked very well and now the app won’t analyze. Not even a minute long conversation. I cannot even get a hold of customer support. Do not buy this app. You have been warned!!

Noted is not working since the last update
The tool is recording fine however transcription is not working in three days also I tried to open a support request and I keep getting “oops try again” great tool when it works. I wish I didn't accept the upgrade.
Stopped working
See a lot of other people are leaving bad reviews this week, same problems I’m having. Worked well for about a month, paid for premium because I have long meetings sometimes. Last 3 recordings haven’t showed up on my phone after my watch downloads it.
Outrageously terrible app
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP. This app claims technical abilities that it has failed to do over and over again. I’ve lost hours worth of work meetings, can never actually “analyze” the meetings no matter the length, you can not use the support option or even the feature suggestion options with the app. And let’s talk about the terrible subscription pricing. You can pay 40$ a year for a premium account or 80$ a year for the SAME premium SUBSCRIPTION!!
Stopped working
Don’t waste your time with this app. I downloaded it and bought the premium yearly membership. Worked well for a short period of time then it stopped “analyzing” recording to provide transcripts. What a joke!
The app worked great for a while…
I really enjoyed the way it worked. I signed up for a year subscription - then it became unresponsive. it quit analyzing and wouldn’t produce any notes so I tried to contact Support. No response. the AI said they would reach out 24 hours. It’s been 48 hours and still no response. It’s like all of my notes have disappeared and been wiped out. My money is gone, and there is no recourse.- Don’t say you were not warned.

This app was GREAT when I first started using it. But just like Noteflow, it stopped analyzing the recordings so you get no transcript, no summary. I paid for a whole year. You can reach support through the app. When I did send a message using the feedback link asking about the annual plan descriptions, it took over a week for them to get back to me. I’m really frustrated with these garbage apps!!!

Just stopped working!
I tried reaching out to customer support due to the app stop recording mid recording and the partial recording is no where to be found. If it does happen to record it stops analyzing after 1%. When I tried reaching out to customer support the app kept timing out. No phone number just another app with no support.
App broken?
I like Notee when I first downloaded it and used it a few times. But now I’m actually taking the time to leave a one star review because for the last week it hasn’t been able to analyze any recordings. It just spins at one percent and then crashes. On top of that when I click Support and attempt to submit a ticket, all it does is spin an attempt to retry without submitting a ticket so now I’m coming here and leaving this review hoping someone will reach out to me. I’ll update this review. If they Reach out in a timely fashion.
It’s not letting me analyze
It was great the first time, but the second time, the analyzing did not work. It was a 3 hour session, so I am highly upset. I was considering buying the premium, but most likely not anymore after what has happened.
Does not work consist
Only transcribes roughly half of the voice recordings. It gives you the option to transcribe manually, but it doesn’t work. AI assistant and submitting a support note. Also do not work.
Nothing but issues!
I’m constantly not belong able to analyze the recordings. Support is trying but I’m getting extremely frustrated.
Not worth the cost
The first time I used Notee, I worked great. The second and third time I tried to use it during meetings, it would say it was recording but it did not. I ended up cancelling the subscription and using a different app that worked for more than one recording to
Don’t waste your money
Worked great the first couple of times. After that the app won’t analyze and loses all the notes.

2nd recording, a 60+ meeting didn’t record. Created support case. No response after a week.
Says it does all kids of things, it doesn’t
They said in the preview of the app it has a widget, can record phone calls and even work across all your devices. It doesn’t and it won’t. I ask for a partial refund while they fixed this and they just didn’t respond to me. Don’t buy, it doesn’t work the way they say it does.
Charged for "Free" Trial Beware
I signed up for the "free" trial and was charged immediately. I asked for a refund and was refused. I appealed and was refused. You think I'm gonna use it now? Beware!!!
UPDATE: Glad to get a response from the dev but I still got charged whether it’s Apple’s fault or the dev I had to pay when I wasn’t ready to pay got Turnersburg so. The dev could fix this by getting rid of the anti use policy of finding their service with a subscription. Sorry if this seems unreasonable but a great company will buck the trends and go away from charging ridiculous subs.

I checked it a few times during the meeting and it was recording well and as soon as the meeting was over, I clicked the little checkmark and waited for my transcription. Unfortunately, I was greeted by an error saying that there was a problem, and when I went to look for my transcription, it did not exist. An hour and a half meeting just gone. No way I’m trusting it ever again so I’m switching to the one that it almost beat out.

Works sometimes
It doesn’t always transfer from my watch to my phone. I have lost half of my transcripts!
Disappearing records
Why does every iteration of the conversation replace the summary before? So frustrating and feels like I am wasting a lot of time!
