Why I’m choosing to make this purchase and you want a service fee
Nothing worked and no one helped.
I find it so completely frustrating when a brand like this one attempts to market to individuals by printing the use of their app. When I finally installed the app, the promotional code wouldn’t work. Even verified with an employee that the code was still valid. The employee seeing that the app wasn’t working did nothing to assist. Insisting that the owners don’t allow that kind of assistance. So what a great experience?! Invite us to use the app, then reneg on the promotion and showcase that will a handcuffed employee who does nothing but see an j haiku potential customer walk out the door. Well done Bundt. well done!

What another joke of a company to try and take more money out of people. They claim it’s to better their app but aren’t you guys already making money!? So lie to the people just to take more from this. People shouldn’t have to pay for your app! What a joke I try and stay away from businesses that try and take advantage of people by making up sole bs reason to charge a a fee…

Worst rewards program and app!
I have yet to be able to use a reward or coupon. You redeem it for something then the store calls you and says that it’s out of stock and of course you can’t get your reward reloaded back into the app. It’s gone even though you didn’t get to use it.

Poor app design for seasonal ordering
If you are trying to order their seasonal specialties or preorder for points. Good luck! No clear way to do this. No special screens or tabs to get you to this option straight away. Calling store to order doesn’t help. They can’t tell you either.

Least user friendly website I’ve used recently. Can’t hardly checkout so guess they really don’t want your money.
False advertising!!!
I was in the store and they have a sign at the register that says “join and get reward buy one bundtlet get one free” so I scan the QR code and join the club and the girl says “oh that’s only if you download the app” and I said well it says right there buy one get one free if you join so I download the app and join again and still nothing and she says she can’t do anything about it and I said well it says right there but one get one and you watched me join and download the app and join again so you’re saying you won’t honor that? And she says “no sorry” and that’s just some lame false advertising to get people to download the app and join the “club” or whatever so they have your info and canbonbard you with texts an emails. She even said “well you have to earn points” and I said for the 3rd time “it says right there join and get a reward buy one get one free” so cheesy that will be my last time in there creative cakery is better anyway.
Lemon blueberry
Usually get the lemon blueberry for my birthday every year and I was really excited for it after a truly hard year last year fighting cancer and I get on the app only to find out they launched something else on my birthday instead.
Order placement is painful
You need incredibile patience to place sn order from both the app and website
Service fee more than tax!
Why should I have to pay a service fee for picking up? Unless there is a deal, this is the last time I will use the app to buy a $90 order

A service fee for a simple order (basically just a heads up to staff) is whack. Defeats the purpose and at these prices it’s an insult to your customers.
