New update is horrible
WHY did you change the CarPlay functionality so much? When I select an album while plugged into CarPlay, I cannot select a song manually anymore. It starts every album and play list from the beginning. I have to go on my phone to choose a song from the album which is far more dangerous when driving. Seriously considering canceling until this is fixed.

Have to continuously sync with Sirius even though I am Sirius platinum. Pretty irritating to promise a service and it doesn’t work correctly

I log in with SiriusXM and it logs me out every 5 mins. Worthless
Update
Since their new “purple update” I have been unable to log in on the app. It takes me to a separate browser and asks me to log in and then it takes me to another browser and stays blank. Really sucks.
Can we finally get an app for streaming video?
Crazy to think they can’t be bothered to provide an app for Roku or smart tv’s. The only real option is to airplay or hook a computer up to your tv. AirPlay always glitches and for the amount they charge I shouldn’t have to drag my laptop into my living room to watch a D&c livestream I paid close to $30 dollars for on top of my subscription fee.
Great selection of shows but I’m about to cancel my subscription if they don’t do something about the lack of options for streaming video.

Misleading
I bought a live album off their website - I just wanted the one album, no subscription. The website allows this. Great. But when I went to download it in Safari, it said “mobile browsers not supported”. This is misleading. They are choosing not to allow downloads. Whatever, so I download the app.
I open the app and sign in and there’s my album. When I hit the download button it shows an ad for a free trial. I dismiss it and try again. Same thing.
This means that in order to download music that I paid for, I have to have a subscription??
I got the free trial and immediately cancelled.

bait and switch
I did not use my nugs account for several years because I bought live shows and then they would become unavailable after time. I signed in yesterday and was offered a 7 day free trial. I clicked on the offer and was charged a month’s fee. Tried to cancel and it was not an option. The seven day free trial offer was not honored and now I am stuck with a month when I wanted to see if it was worth it by going with the free trial before paying for the subscription.

To expensive. Got a year for $19.81 . Won’t ever pay more than that !
Not enough to our membership
I find it incredibly annoying that you advertise certain bands (ie Tedeschi trucks) yet hardly release ANY of their shows. Also, the “free” streams that come with membership disappear after 24 hours? Why? I’m not gonna renew.

Absolute trash of a company. 49.99$ a day to watch dead and co 60th on top of subscription fee. Now they dupe subscribers into thinking they can listen to the audio for free but its another 14.99$ a day for only the audio. These people are whats wrong with the industry. I cant wait to pirate their content.
Notifications not accurate, shows are not up for streaming but notifications say they are.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 15 Pro
I changed my password five different times the iPhone will not accept it. When it was working, the streaming would constantly stop throughout the song making it unlistenable. Customer service told me to turn off lossless playback, which would make the quality go down… I’m paying $25 a month! Works fine on the computer lol

I keep on seeing the same bands streaming on your site? Just running through concerts and festivals out there. You could be getting rock pop and country festivals out on your site. Getting those well known 90’s and 2000 bands may interest me to subscribe

At first brushed off and then Completely ignored. Now something like six months later they are finally giving refunds for this show. Very disappointing. Won’t trust giving them money again. Held my money for 6 months without ever delivering the content ordered.

Hasn't been working the same
Videos constantly skip, even when it's recorded not live. Really isn't what it used to be, lots of problems. Super annoying especially since you just doubled my price
