Such a huge name and such low standard of customer services
They have no intention of retaining their customers and are just concerned with money
as compared to them. Even smaller brands like Amalfa have excellent customer service. No question asked policies.

Worst Experience Ever - Damaged Package, Fake Pickup Closure, No Support!
SHOCKED and DISGUSTED with Nykaa Fashion. I received my order in a torn, half-open, badly damaged box (couldn’t attach photos ). On top of that, when I tried to return it because it didn’t match the website listing, their app failed to process the pickup (some “OPC failed” error on the delivery agent’s end).
Instead of rescheduling the return, they had the audacity to mark it as “closed as per client’s instructions” - which is a blatant lie. Only one pickup was ever attempted, and it failed due to their system issue, not mine.
Their customer care is absolutely useless-no help, no urgency, and zero responsibility.
This is the last time I’m ordering from Nykaa Fashion. Pathetic logistics, misleading return tracking, and no customer respect.

Disappointed with the service!
On failed transaction, Nykaa deducted my discount amount each time!!! Atleast 3 times my transaction failed due to network problem! I ended up paying more for the same order on 4th successful transaction!😕

I had my card info stolen and purchases were made to Nykaa fashion . I’ve had the hardest time trying to get anyone on the phone and when I did get someone the problem wasn’t resolved. Being that I didn’t have an order number I couldn’t locate what was purchased . They couldn’t give me any information or and promises if I could get my money back . I wanted the items cancelled and also the shipping information to were it was going .. I have yet to receive any help and I’ve been calling daily , my bank is investigating as well but I think theirCustomer service should be aware that people are getting scammed and won’t be able to receive a refund
Low customer support
Not a premium delivery service. It’s been more than a month that I ordered and I the customer support team here in Nykaa are just saying as what I see on the app but my query never got resolved.

My worst experience with Nykaa. This was my first time trying it (only because the sizes were not available at Myntra). I ordered 5 products which were sent in 2 packages. I received 1 package which had invoice saying 3 products inside but I got only one, the other two were missing. I couldn’t contact the customer service as the chat is available only from 10am -6pm. So I waited and contacted CS next morning. I explained the situation to the CS person and shared invoice and the product picture which I received. She insisted on the product tag picture. I was not at home but managed to get that too. Then she said, She has raised the ticket and I’ll get a call in next 24-48 hrs. Thankfully, I asked her the ticket no. and she shared because I didn’t receive any email or message regarding the ticket raised (such a big loop hole). Today, I contacted CS again (exactly after 24 hrs), and the person asked me to give 24 hrs more as they are investigating. Nykaa Fashion, you guys don’t have the expertise in this I guess. You need to understand customer service is the key. Such mistakes happen in this industry but the main thing is what kind of customer experience you are giving. You can keep investigating the problem- who caused it, why it happened but why I should suffer? Never coming back to Nykaa Fashion and I don’t recommend it at all.

Unable to reset the password
I tried Forgot Password and it sends a link to my email id. But the link doesn’t work
Cant change currency
There is no option to change currency.
Error code occur while adding items to shopping cart

Pathetic Service
I was trying to reach customer service and trying to explain my query & even After sending 7 emails no one was able to give a prompt solution. The query I ask and the response they give completely irrelevant.
I was able to reach them via their website chat and the person named Stephanie was able to solve my query. Out of all the lamest thing is that the person herself asked me to give a review mentioning her name and to mention that I’m satisfied and also requested me to share the screenshot with her.
Definitely not a professional customer service teams!

Issue with change in shipping country
By default, the app took my location and showed the shipping country to be US. I just wanted to check if it can be shipped to India. It worked. Later when I wanted to change the shipping back to US, it doesn’t show the option to change.
Trying to use from outside India
Recently got a recommendation about Nykaa Fashion from a friend. Trying to order something from outside India to be delivered within India but getting an error that international currency is not supported and there is no option to change the currency to INR. This is not expected from such a brand. There should be an option to order in INR even from outside the country. I know all other competitive stores do support it. If basic functionality of ordering is not supported, then app should not be listed globally. Hope this gets some attention.
Don’t prefer this app..it is so frustrating
They don’t even let customers know if a product is out of stock..they need to manage this..when I placed an order they cancelled it after so many days saying it is out of stock..it happened to me again..they should be able to manage atleast this.
