Such uncooperative service
The customer service is actually so horrible. So I ordered a wig in a dark brownbut when i received the wig it was completely different colour. It was much lighter than as per the website. So, naturally, I requested for a refund. But they deny it, claiming that it was opened, when in fact it was not. I try to contact help but even though I kept telling them the I did not open the package, they kept saying that it appeares to be opened. It was like talking to a bot. although maybe I was. So I called them and I repeated everyhting in detail and the guy talkokg to me switches up the reason and says that they cannot exctiy because they only accept cancellation if the product is damaged, Like what?? One of the options under the “reason for cancellation” literally is “Product not as per the website”, So why would they put that as an option if they can’t take it.

It has worst customer service. Representatives provide replies once for every 5 mins . They don’t care what we ping and only puts system generated messages.

Cheaters - whole support team and delivery partner
Never ordering from Nykaa again.
Their delivery agent showed up, acted overly smart, and took the package back-then had the audacity to mark it as 'delivered.'
I contacted customer support, expecting help. But shockingly, their support team turned out to be even worse than the delivery partner. It took them an entire month to 'investigate' the issue, yet I was never asked for any proof, nor given any explanation of what was actually investigated.
In the end, the response I got was a blunt: 'This is what the team says.'
So, my question is simple: Why should I trust your customer support when your delivery partners behave like this, and your team refuses to take responsibility?

Delivery refused thrice
I ordered products three times and my delivery was refused for absolutely no reason. When called the customer care’Aishwarya’ on 9/26 at 10:25 am, she provided no resolution and proceeded to tell me that they have no way to reach the delivery partner and asked me to reorder with absolutely no assurance. I deleted the app. Disappointing.

Had the worst delivery experience..the date was always getting updated and delayed and after approximately a month they were unable to deliver the products.

I’m unable to login
I updated the app, but it doesn’t let me login. I tried using otp - it says we cannot process this now, try again later. And I have been trying to login for more than 3 days now. I tried logging in with password, but the moment I type in my password the page goes blank and I’m unable to login!!
Worstest Customer care
I’m really concerned that I was kept waited for so long by Anam Khan who left saying that I would be connected to further assistance which never happened forever without proper response on the issue. You guys really need to know the value of our time too!

Delivery partner refused to deliver the package and customer care says i spoils reorder
I’m using nkyaa since the day it was launched. I wasn’t available at home when the delivery person contacted, so i requested him to deliver the package at evening or the next day, but he refused to do so. The delivery person was soo rude and cancelled my order and when i contacted nykaa customer care they too said they can’t help me out and i should reorder. Don’t neglect the time customer invests in ordering. Bad experience so far, hope nykaa will work on it and not disappoint customers.

Coupon system is a joke
Their coupon system is a joke. If the transaction is not approved for some reason they will just mark the coupon as used and you cant use it again. Its gone. I used a coupon to order few items and after the payment, their pge said that the payment was unsuccessful so and that i needed to pay COD for the order although the money got deducted from my bank. Since it was a gift, I cancelled the order and the amount for the order was refunded in nykaa wallet, not the coupon mind you. Talked to the customer service people and they said that the coupon cannot be used again. I didnt want to fight for 400rs so i went ahead and had another 5% coupon which i used this time and the payment failed again. I then tried the retry payment option and paid using my friend’s account. They had removed the coupon again since the payment didnt go through to which i was unaware of. I asked my friend i needed to make a payment of 300 and he called me saying it was for 490. This was really embarrassing. Uninstalling the sh !tty app after the delivery.

So this was my first and worst experience from Nykaa, the thing is I had placed my order on 28th of July and received on 2nd of August. I was amazed by the fast delivery but my happiness didn’t last long as the product which I received was the wrong one. Then I complained about it to the Nykaa help centre and asked for a replacement but they took it so lightly that I had to remind them about the matter again and again. Finally they took my product for replacement. I was happy until I received the wrong product for the second time😡😡😡 like seriously? What is wrong with Nykaa??? Is this your customer service???😡😡😡😡 really very disappointed
Not trustable delivery service
I don’t recommend Nyka to anybody. Very bad customer and delivery service. I ordered a product, every day it says, the product is out for delivery and after sometime they just write down the consignee is not available, its been happening everyday for the past 4 days. We were at home waiting for the product. Not trust worthy

Pathetic Order Workflow
As a first time order I had some coupons to choose from which is valid for first purchase. If the payment goes wrong on the first one and if you retry it internally creates a new order while the user workflow is the same order being retried for payment. On orders page it only shows single order but when called the support they see 2 orders: first being pending payment and the 2nd as confirmed. And no coupon is applied. Unfortunately the support is pathetic and offers no help nor willing to correct it nor log a case. 1 star because of extremely poor customer support (Rinku) offered no help nor rectification , wrong workflow: incorrect system workflow hurts end users, and finally was told someone will call back and no call received.

Very bad experience with nykaa i ordered 2 items from nykaa to 6th of march the items shipped to near my destination but they didn’t delivered yet it took so long for just 2 items .
Delivery issues
Very late delivery and the packaging of the expensive product is very cheap. You can’t trust whether it original products or duplicate after receiving it in the delivery box.
Worst customer service
Guys!! Though products are okay, their customer service is very very bad.. I had chat with 5-6 customer representatives… everyone follow the same template like “Trust me, your problem will be resolved”, “Consider your issue will be resolved in 48hrs” etc., they do this just for the sake of giving them a good feedback but problem never gets resolved.. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone..

I was supposed to receive my order by 12th July, I reached out and was told it was on priority basis. It is now 5th August, i received 4 out of my 23 undelivered items. Save your money and time, everyone, and shop somewhere else.
Fraud
So I ordered products worth 3200 from Nykaa on the 11th of july and after shipment delay and a lot of inconvenience, they sent me a parachute coconut oil bottle worth may be 50 rupees. I have been contacting their customer care for almost more than 12 days now and they told me they would send a replacement. I waited and nothing happened. And today when I call them again, they tell me they have sent me all the right products when I have actually received none. Their wrong product is still lying with me which is a proof that no one came to collect the wrong product and deliver the right ones to me which were 6 in number.

My order was never delivered nor my amount was refunded. Customer services response was always vague and irresponsible.

I ordered a sports bra which didn’t fit me. I tried for days to put in a return request. It never showed my purchase. Yesterday, I punched it in and it said the return date was past. So, I can’t return something I can’t use. Even if I don’t get a refund, I would hope they’d give me an exchange. Not happy. I hate wasting things.

They alsaie if description doesn’t match they can allow return/refund. My product had different temperature settings as shown in product description, but they are not allowing the return now
The app is a mess
The company is trying to equip the app with significant number of functionalities that cannot support. Couple it with clueless customer support and you get a crappy customer experience. I struggled for a couple hours to place an order.

It’s really bad if delivery guy doesn't find your address they wouldn't deliver your item and take back to distributer and distributer accept it without taking any words from you. And costomer care guys just dont taking any word from you nd says we don't do anything.

Worst service and their return policy is even more worst, I have returned one item and it’s been 3months not recieved payment back and every time I chat with them just give me another week long waiting time. So be careful while shopping from here.

They don’t mention Delivery date or time..and they send msg about delivery date on the same day.. , so if u r not at home u will not b able to receive .. don’t like Nykaa’s policy at all. I mistakenly ordered NYkaa BB cream, I wanted to cancel order but before I cancel it got confirmed and there was no option to cancel it .. I waited for to receive the product and the return it. After I received I send request for return but it got rejected by NYkaa ... So I can’t return..I don’t like the return and refund policy.. it better to go any cosmetic shop and chk the product then buy.. I wasted my money believing this app..and the BB cream’s packaging was so bad, it was red from outside.. I want to rate the app -100 ,u guys r lucky that don’t have that option..I never gonna use NYkaa again .. I hate this app. U guys don’t know the value of money.

Internal error not fixed
This used to be my favorite website & app to order stuff in india whenever I would visit or have someone coming from india. Since the last week of November I’m trying to access the app but it repeatedly says there’s an internal error. I thought there was a problem with my phone so I uninstalled & reinstalled it but it’s still the same. Even on your website I can view things but when I try to login it says Network Error. Please fix this bug and have the app & website working soon.

Wrong product
I have used other shopping sites as well but never got a bad service like Nykaa. Using Nykaa for the 1st time, got the wrong product. It’s been 1 month since I asked for replacement but No response nothing. I am using Nykaa for the 1st and the last time.

Korean skin routine
I found a section in the app yesterday regarding Korean skin routine. It had all Korean products listed in specific categories like face oils, toners, masks etc etc, thought of going through it in detail today but now I don’t see that section at all and it has been removed. How can I now find it, pls help!! I love Korean skin routine and want to see more sections specifically on that. You are doing a great job for all skin lovers and I must say you are my one stop shop for everything!! Your UI is simple yet very bright and engaging. Love it!!

Nykaa was literally my favourite app and I’ve been using since 3 yrs and i loved it cuz it never takes any additional charges and affordable prices but now nykaa also started included platform fee I hope they remove it asap

Delivery service
There’s no problem with the products or it’s quality. That’s the reason I frequently order from Nykaa but my recent order I was really disappointed and dissatisfied with the delivery service it’s really really really slow and even after thay show estimated delivery 6-7 days thay took more then 12 days to deliver the products even after my request to the service member thay didn’t do any help.
