Too many upsells at checkout
Please just let me place my order. I don’t want to tap through 4 pages of upsells of things I don’t want!
Why change something that isn’t broken?
This new app is awful, not intuitive, can’t find my favorites easily and generally just awkward to use. And the new UI feels outdated. Not sure why the update was needed.
Terrible “upgrade”
Once again a company takes a perfectly usable app and redesigns it to make it worse. Less clear. Less usable. Seriously: fire your design agency.
Terrible
Almost unusable, not sure why they’ve done this. It used to be so easy and quick to edit and place an order but they’ve now made it very difficult, they’ve added images everywhere where none are needed, there’s just unnecessary stuff all over the place, and it’s hard to understand how much is going to be charged. I’ve been a loyal Ocado customer for over 10 years but I think I’ll be stopping now that they’ve made the app unusable.
Awful - seriously why the change!
Took 10 minutes to log in, an issue I have not had with your old / reliable app. Fix it or lose customers.
