I thought this was Microsoft office word editor but it’s a third party app. Microsoft offers a premium office word editing week subscription for 7.99. This app also offers a premium office word editing subscription for 7.99 a weekly until you cancel. I used the service once thought I was downloading Microsoft office word editor instead it was this app. I edited my document using one day of service which I was fine paying one charge of 7.99. Then I notice more charges in ny Apple subscriptions. I immediately cancel the subscription then get slapped with two more weeks of billing the day I cancel. Can’t get ahold of anyone through their contact us links within the app it just keeps stating they will be back later for the last 3 weeks now and no one’s got back to me. I’ve disputed the charges with Apple who denied the refunds and since the last two Billings came in the day I cancelled the subscription Apple now has my account restricted to download any new apps until I pay the bill. Total scam and very misleading. And no way to contact anyone with the app to dispute the charges!!

I just downloaded the app and started free trial , but i didn’t like the app and deleted it previously canceled subscription, guess what happened after 10-15 min got massage about payment. Of course I called the bank to cancel transaction will see they will return it or not .

If it weren’t for school i would not be using this app. Why do i have to pay to be able to do my work? why is there constantly an ad on the side of my screen telling me to upgrade, and if i try and put an app next to it, the ad literally takes up the whole side of my document. This is an app that is used for work. whether thats school work or to be used for a job. It should be free.

No PDF to DOCX
Can’t convert pdf to docx even though original format was .docx, so unable to do a simple edit

This is an app just to get people confused with the original Office Word. Do not even download it, isn’t going to work unless you pay for even create a new document.

Couldn’t get it to function in edit mode. If my iPhone is too old they should’ve specified before I wasted my money. Very disappointing.

Where is the freaking toolbar?
Trying to create a word document has been unbearable! I thought this would be useful to type essays on my iPad instead of a laptop, but I have had no luck. I am paying for something I haven’t been able to use. There is no freaking toolbar, or I have no clue where it is! I am canceling this and deleting the app. Wasted money and time.

You have to pay to edit word files
As the title says, you have to pay to edit already made docx files. Personally, wanted to make small changes to a word file and whenever I clicked on “edit” a popup thingy (or whatever it’s called) came up and gave me a notification that I had to buy a 7 day or another plan to edit (or whatever the options where). I didn’t see that warning in the description, so wasted time on downloading the app.

Pay to Write a Document!?!
This app is actually ridiculous. I downloaded it to be able to write documents from my ipad/iphone and i couldn’t stand the outrageous amount of ads that popped up before even creating a NEW document. Not to mention the reminder every 60 seconds about paying/subscribing to the app. After closing out the ads my new document never even opened so I deleted the app! I’ll be better off using Google Docs or anything other than this app.
Not interested in being forced into portrait mode
I have a tablet cover that makes it difficult to use apps in anything but landscape mode, and it's aggravating when apps force me into portrait mode. This is especially irritating for a word processing program which traditionally would use a monitor that would be in the same mode. Uninstalled right after opening for the first time.

Like others, I found that there was no way to use the features in this app without signing up for a 3-day free trial. I decided to give it a go, but after signing up, I found there was no way to end the trial without being charged. The support line is not open on weekends, and I’m doubtful that they will reply fast enough for me to avoid getting charged. This feels like a scam.
