add a new option feature
add a toggle or just plainly remove “member only” items from the xp charts… items exclusive to paid players should also be hidden/removed, not just shown in red… please… or perhaps it’s time to allow ALL players access to EVERYTHING the game has to offer… NO MORE PAID MEMBER EXCLUSIVES… non-paying players should be allowed access to EVERY skill too… please… runescape has been around (at least for me that is) since 2006/2007 please!!!
Can’t even play
I’d love to experience some RuneScape on my phone thought it was really cool but when I got to the age verification, I guess no age is valid. Literally nothing is valid. There’s no way for me to play the game as someone who is 30 years old apparently my birthday is not valid.

Jagex’s new CEO, Jon Bellamy, has taken a stance on LGBT issues by removing the game’s annual pride events at the very start of his tenure at the company.
Pronouns and body type
When creating a character it has options to set pronouns and body type. Just make it a simple male/female selection and stop participating in this insanity.
They keep raising the prices
The developers keep raising the price to play this game. It has gone up 60% over the last 2 years. This game is not worth anywhere close to the $15 per month they want to charge for it
Fighting Ice and Moss Giants
Okay - I’m level 86, (68-70 attack,strength,defense) which is consider a higher level. Ice Giants, Warriors and Moss Giants are level 42-52. I wear full Rune armor and used both a rune scimmy and rune battle axe and wear an amulet of power. I killed about 20 just now in the ice cave. In order for me to kill that many I needed 1 sword fish, 3 lobsters and a bagget to stay healthy and not die. I had 69 hit points to start. It seems to me that any enemy 30 to 40 levels below me with no armor would have a hard time chasing me away. It doesnt make any sense? In addition the rewards or “drops” are pathetic. It is NOT worth fighting these characters and lower levels should stay away altogether you wont be there long anyway. I would tell you which characters to fight but I fear the RS progamers would mess that up rather than fix the obvious problem and admit a mistake. Here is a hint for players and RS. There is a reason the hill giant cave is SO over crowded and NOBODY in the Ice cave. I’m giving this 2 stars due to the lack of attention, fairness and thought regarding levels, drops, overcrowding. They promote Treasure Trails - huge waste of time for beginners and easy clues just drop - for the MODS dont tell me to go on forums that is a waste of advise. Back again - mining addy rock, lvl 77 - 2 rocks in mining guild 3 in dwarven mine. To mine one rock you will swing your axe up to 50 times and it takes 5 min to regenerate best part is you could be on your 45 swing and some player walks up and hits it 3 times and takes it? just another illogical and frustrating event brought to u by jagex also you will need to jump worlds over and over just to get a few - there is a simple fix though more freaking addy rocks would make game less frustrating - mod will answer with go on forums which again is useless! Back again, just fought the boss Obor - hill giant for the fist time!, and killed it! opened chest but the respawn was like ten seconds and Obor attacked I tried to leave but I was stuck and couldn’t so died… after reflection in death, I realized you must Specifically climb back up rocks just like you must climb down rock to get in…what a dumb thing to have to remember while in battle. Also I opened the chest didn’t get anything b4 being attacked again… given a game should be fun and rewards made available after a win Jagex missed badly again with this confusing sad old boss. This makes the second boss I have fought and both experiences are seriously confusing with special rules, movements, key, no key, not explained and just all around disappointing in lack of thought and fun.
Bunch of cheaters
Jagex ruined the game trust me don’t download it’s not playable and these people will threaten and dox your kids and sexually harass.. these mods are sick!

I just bought a monthly membership, and still an hour later, am not allowed to join a member world….
Sucks on mobile
Truly terrible for a mobile user to play. Text is impossible to read at max size and you have to have the fingers of a delicate faerie to do anything.
Subscription
They just keep increasing the sub fee and you still only get one character. It’s just not worth it anymore.
App doesn’t work! !
The App won’t let me log out of an account and log back in with another. It’s so annoying and frustrating that I just want to play but always get stopped but stuff like this trying to play
False bans
I watched a streamer get a false ban for using a foot pedal but didn’t think it would happen to me I got banned for botting and really I just lost my job and I had a lot of play time. Cant play anymore but always will love the game<3
Game does not run on mobile data
Game itself is awesome. However this most recent update prevents the game from running off of mobile data completely. The game still functions completely fine on Wi-Fi, however that to me defeats the purpose of having the game on my phone as I can always just use my computer when I'm connected to Wifi.
It’s not working
Every time I enter my birthday to sign up it says it’s in valid I type it in the format it’s asking !! Somebody help please
Please fix switching account issue
I’ve logged into 1 account and I’m trying to switch accounts for over a week now but it keeps logging me back into that account. I can’t login to any other account expect that one on my phone. Please fix it!!
Game not working on ipad after update
I love osrs, but after the latest game update, i can no longer play osrs without having to use a vpn, and i have no idea why. I have updated everything like always, and i cant seem to get the game up and running like before.

Fix Menu Entry Swapper
Genuinely fix this, game is playable for a week at most until you need to reinstall if you use the menu entry swapper
Luv me OSRS. Hate Mobile.
Trying to do passive/afk activities on Mobile is nice. Don’t expect to do bossing, raids, quests, Clues… well, don’t expect to do 90% of the game on mobile. Expect frequent disconnects via the OSRS Servers regardless of World Pop, Full Bar Cell Service, or 300mbps of WiFi Speed. Barely playable sometimes, but don’t forget to pay up even more when they raise the prices! “We’re bringing so much stuff to the players!” But they cannot get their server connectivity down.
