Bad Redesign
If and when you can ever get the newly designed game to load…it’s good. But waiting LITERALLY 2-5 minutes for the app to load is ridiculous. Why have a redesign if it prevents your clients from enjoying the game? Did we you not have regression testing before going live?!

Disappointing update
The update to this game has been dismal. Unless my iPad is connected to a power source, the game will not load. I am constantly being asked to verify my identity. That was never required before. And although I am the first to admit that I hate change, the “lobby” setup is completely ridiculous.
Since the download of new app I cannot play
When I go to the new game, there is blinking, it tries to load then I am back to my IPads Home Screen. I have played Old Vegas slots daily for years now since game upgrade can no longer.
What Happened!
It takes forever to get on. I cannot find my games and some of them are now locked. Very disappointed in your New Format.
Ready to Give Up
Since the last update a few weeks ago, I’ve had nothing but trouble. My ipad will not open game (keeps saying reload), so I’ve had to play on iPhone. The free bonus that arrives on email no longer will work. iPhone is too small to play on, so I’ve just going to let my 2 billion credits run out and then delete the game. It used to be so much fun, but no longer.

I used to love this game
I’ve been playing this game for almost 10 years, but it has changed….and not for the better. Graphics are great and slots are fun. But two issues have turned me away from it. When I first started playing, minimum bets were 50-100 credits. As I have built up credits, minimum bets have increased exponentially to where they are now 1 to 3 MILLION!! The numbers used to be realistic and fun. You could think about your ‘winnings’ buying a new camera, or even an inexpensive little car. Now the numbers are all so big, you have to count the zeroes and commas and then google to see what they even mean. Do we now have to dream about buying a couple of countries in Asia? It just doesn’t mean anything to me any longer.
The second issue is the ‘default’ bet. I always play the minimum bet, but when I first open the app, it is sitting at a 50 million credit bet. So if you touch the wrong spot of your screen, you’ve lost 50 million credits, just like that. In 10 years, I had built up 1.5 BILLION by playing conservatively. On February 8, I opened the app and pulled up a slot to play, just when my friends were pulling into my drive to pick me up. I picked up my iPad and put it on the charger, but must have had my finger on Spin while that default bet was still at 50 million. Because I came home to find I only had 28 Million credits. My ten year pot was gone in a few hours. Of course the app developers hope these things happen so you buy back your credits. But I don’t. Since that date, I have not spun the wheels once. I’ve collected hourly and daily credits and have built up to 1.4 billion credits again. So in just over 2.5 months of NOT playing this game, I have more credits than I built up in 10 years of playing. Over the years, I’ve probably spent $50-$60 on this game when there have been credit sales. That is enough to spend on any app to have a good experience. This app is no longer a good experience. I recommend trying a different casino app. Pass on this one.

Min bet
Minimum bet is now 20,000,000. You have to be kidding…why does that happen? I win some tokens and the minimum bet goes up. And why are there no reviews less than 5-6 years ago…. That’s because the minimum bet keeps increasing to the point people stop playing. You are shooting your selves in the foot with the minimum bet increases.

Have played these games for over 10 years but am now deleting app because their hourly bonus is nothing compared to other apps & they continually change amount to play. Customer service stinks & their responses are mundane & insulting!
Won’t load
Have been playing this app for years. Lately, it loads and shuts off immediately. Reported the issue with support. They give the same canned reply. I follow their recommendation and nothing changes. I have two IPads, different models and different ages and IOS. Game does the same thing on both platforms.

I’ve played this casino game for longer than the current developer has owned it, that means more than 7 years. They ask when they’d like you to review it if it realistic enough. Oh, it’s realistic all right. You will be pulled in and they will take your real money and give you nothing! The amount of play you get won’t even be a half hour for $10. Years ago the jackpots and winnings were much smaller, but you also paid much less to play. This game has turned into a money grab. Sure the graphics are very good and it plays very smoothly, but you just like to throw money away? If you do this is the game for you!

It used to be a fun app that helped scratch the gambling itch. But in the last year they have jacked up the minimum bet and reduced the rewards provided to top platinum players (a status achieved at a cost of hundreds of dollars) to the point that the once moderately generous bonus amounts are worthless. Now, if you want to play for more than just two or three spins you have to accumulate hourly bonus amounts without playing for at least a day and preferably a week before you can accumulate more than a small handful of spins. They have continued to raise minimums and reduce payouts almost monthly. The greed toward their most experienced players is frankly astounding. I’m actively looking for a better gaming experience. These people are selfish jerks.

Costs too much
This used to be my favorite game until the minimum bet increased to $500,000. At that rate you don’t get much play without continuously buying credits.
A shameless money grab
I played this game for years, but over time, they keep raising the minimum bets without raising the daily and hourly bonuses, so the only way to play is to pay their ridiculous prices for credits. I deleted this app. I suggest everyone do the same.
OVS used to be fun.
OVS has many great slots and I have enjoyed playing for the last 5 years or so. However, they really pulled a sneaky one (on Christmas Day no less). They have increased the minimum bet to $500K on quite a few slots. And, $20,000,000 is the default bet on many slots. So, be forewarned, pay attention before you hit that spin button! I suspect it won’t be long before I remove this app from my devices!

Bonuses don’t go up but min bets do
They keep raising the minimum bet, yet the bonuses stay the same and don’t even cover the min bet in most cases. The big daily spin is a joke, usually hits the lowest bonus. Again those don’t align with the min bet increases. The house always wins

This casino slot app has large minimum bets that will increase especially when your tokens are low. I started with a minimum bet of $35,000, after purchasing tokens, minimum bet increased to $75,000, and after losing most of tokens, minimum bet increased to to $250,000. I wrote to app to inquire why the minimum bets were so large and increasing. I was quite happy they responded and was told “due to customer requests for larger bets, the payouts would be larger.” Well, this is untrue. Especially when you are very low on credits, cannot lower minimum bet and cannot afford to purchase tokens everyday.

Ruined a great site!
I just installed your latest update. Was very disappointed to find the minimum bets raised by so much. Kind of takes the fun out of playing. The hourly bonus won’t even cover one spin on any slot. I definitely won’t be paying to play on your site anymore and probably will just uninstall it.
Forcing high bets to play
