It’s a fun game but if you’re not dumping money into gems or dumping money into sugos you’re not getting anywhere in the game. Would love it if there was something else to do other than the one mission a month, also they’re dropping rates to where it takes 10 pulls to get a new character so do white that what you will. Been playing since release but this is the end

Everytime day i open the app to play i have to wait 5-10 mins for it to download whatever it is downloading every single day

Please add more characters that you can’t obtain anymore
I remember a few characters did feature some of them that I used to farm back then. Please add a few missing Raid characters, Neo raid characters, missing coliseum characters, Neo coliseum characters and a few missing arena characters to recollection archives. Or at least add them to treasure bazaar or friend recruit. How else are we supposed to obtain them when they don’t exist at the moment. Especially for some players that want to collect them. That’s all I’m asking.
Fix new units that don’t function properly
Too many units don’t function properly within the teams they are intended for in game. Spends hundreds to get new boa family and kujaku unit and kujaku doesn’t even fit properly in the straw hat marine team because of her condition. Do better Bandai
Not as fun as it seems
The summoning is really bad and the lack of gems forcing you to buy is horribly greedy
HORRIBLE
Whoever makes KIZUNA clash needs to get cancer and go. The game mode is beyond lazy and purposely infuriating. I hope your guys studio genuinely burns to the ground with the team inside. Horrible people. Horrible game.
Absolutely abysmal support
It’s not a surprise that Bandai support is unwilling to communicate anything about account issues whatsoever but it is disappointing as someone who has invested a large amount of time and a decent amount of money, but their support will go out of their way to not explain things and make it as convoluted and difficult as possible as to avoid doing any actual work. Avoid this game like the plague if you don’t want to deal with insufferable support teams.

I had so much money and stuff in this game and had it signed in with my apple email go back to the game my data is gone go to the transfer tab and since i never manually backed up my data its lost forever not a single other game has lost my data with my apple email and i have never had to manually back it up on any other app what reta*rded devs made this decision
Update ruined all my progress and money invested in the game
Changed phones and had to reinstall but when I tried to sign in they had updated the game and my password and code didn’t work because they changed the way to login requiring a new password rather than transfer code. Support offered no solution even when I gave all previous required information such as username, password and code.

Game has gotten so easy especially in story mode. They give you so many characters to choose from. But… almost every other day there is dam download and I remember why deleted the past 2 times. I see something’s don’t change

I played treasure cruise for the better part of four years. I had built up a respectable box, participated in nearly every monthly event, and loved playing. After a while, I experienced burnout, so I took a break from the game. A year later I came back to find that my account had been lost due to deleting the app.
On filing an inquiry to recover my account to continue playing, I submitted my private account number to begin the process. I was met with a response in the form of a hyper specific questionaire about my account, with details that were simply impossible to remember after so much time away. Questions like “name the captain of a crew on your account, along with five crewmates on the same crew, as well as the exact levels of those characters.”
I have years worth of apple payment history showing I put money into this game. I had my private account number, as well as my pirate level, bounty, being able to name units I hadn’t pulled. Bandai chose to eventually ignore my messages, prompting me to submit again. They then gave me a dismissive response simply saying I hadnt given enough information. Frankly disgusting behavior for a good game that has been weighed down by bandais greed for years.

Annoying unskippale tutorials that take way too long. Tried to get into it twice. Game isnt even fun

Wano?
How can you guys reset the entire main story AND STILL NOT ADD WANO INTO THE GAME?!!!!!!! It’s been 3 years since Wano ended in the anime, egghead has also ended and now the anime is going to enter elbaph in a month’s time and you still haven’t added the Wano arc!!!!! Half the game’s roster are all Wano arc units now.
Could be great
Honestly I liked this game a lot but they over complicated the hell out of the rumble crews. I don’t have hours to research which characters work the best in parties. The fact that I can have a party with 30k more power than my opponent and not even put a dent on them is whack. This isn’t rocket science, it’s one piece.
Extremely cluttered and not streamlined
Everything in this game is pretty convoluted and earning gems isn’t great either outside of hoping to get them from logging in. I also am not a fan of FORCED tutorials; especially really long ones. I’m just trying to transfer my data but it may not be worth it at this point it’s takin forever
