I am bringing this to the developers' attention: stop scamming people like this or just shut the app do i can uninstall this app

For the good of all, I am saying this is a scam app. This app will give you dollars and then it will not give you any number. However, that number is already in use, which they have already sold to Arakzon. When you tell them about this, they will say that you bought it from the onno department. Then they will say that you have to top up again and get another number. This app took my $16.99. Please do not install this app and do not fall for the scam. Thanks.

You’ll pay a lot per call.
I purchased a 30 day number and assumed that I would be able to use it for a few calls a week in a relatively unrestricted way.
You actually have to ***pay per call*** based on how long the call is. It will not tell you that nor say how expensive a call is. You can only see it in your expenses tab. I didn’t know I was paying per call until I was rummaging around in the app.
There is a daily check in feature to get some free credits which is nice, but I estimate that the max possible free daily credit you can get would cover about a ~6 min call and you have to work up to that. You also have to watch two relatively long ads to check in.
I think that when you purchase the 30 day number, you get 400 credits which would be like 40 minutes of calling max.
Also, you cannot turn off auto repay. There is a toggle (button) in the app to do so, but if you click it, nothing changes.
The UI is fine nothing special.

You download it thinking you'll be making calls and texts. It does not do that. It has some bogus AI futures, they want you to collect coins to use it even though it doesn't work, and it looks cheap. Your texts and calls go NOWHERE. Scam scam scam!

Don’t waste your money. “Free trial” charges you almost $10 immediately. Doesn’t allow you to even use the number you have to pay more. I did the weekly plan at $5.99 to test it and still didn’t have enough “credits” SCAM. Don’t waste your time. I normally don’t leave reviews but how much are they making stealing peoples money?

If you complain what is happening to them about your they won’t respond you, they are lier. I will post this as a scam, this app deserve no app

This VoIP app promises seamless calling and SMS functionality, but in reality it delivers very little of what it advertises. From the moment you open it, the experience feels unfinished and poorly thought out. Basic features that should work out of the box instead require constant troubleshooting, which quickly becomes frustrating.
Call quality is one of the biggest disappointments. Audio frequently cuts out, calls drop without warning, and there is noticeable delay even on a strong internet connection. For an app whose main purpose is voice communication, failing at this core function makes it practically unusable.
The SMS feature is no better. Messages are often delayed, sometimes never delivered at all, and there is no clear indication of whether a message was successfully sent. On several occasions, incoming texts appeared hours late or not at all, making the app unreliable for any real communication.

I paid 19.99 and it all scam. The app is not working. People won’t get your message whenever they text you. Plus you will still need to buy coin after paying $19.99. This app is purely scam don’t fall victim

Contacted support and I’ll be quoting here “The phone number is not suitable for regular communication in general and texting other VoIP numbers in particular.”

OnPhone review thumbs down - won’t send
Way to expensive. App keeps not sending messages via my iPhone but took my credits anyway. Customer support said it was sent and I would look at the senders phone but it was not sent and vice versa. Multiple times this happened. The fix was to reset my network settings then uninstall OnPhone and reinstall. A major pain in the butt. I would not recommend OnPhone.

I paid FIFTEEN DOLLARS to get the coins I needed to BUY a phone number so I could get back into my gmail account because some how it got disabled and THE NUMBER GIVEN DOSNT WORK!

OnPhone has combined the worst app experience with the worst customer service possible. If they are fellow humans, they’re the worst of us. I tried two numbers and both were unusable. The ‘support’ was a total joke, I not only received zero help, but the responses were sarcastic to boot. Waste of money and utterly frustrating.

I bought a Czech phone number and tried calling a US number , I tried 3 times and it just keeps hanging up . The phone number I bought was for texting and calling . This is the third time I’m facing this problem .
Lost 600 coins twice
I spent a lot of time collecting coins in this app by watching endless ads, but when I finally used them to get a number, the number was invalid and already used before. When I contacted support, they refused to help or replace it, even though it was not my fault. This is unfair and feels like a scam.
Please be careful before using this app. I will also report this issue to Google Play because users should not be cheated like this.

I got scammed after sending $100. Payment was stacked and nothing could be done about it. Stay away. Scam App
Stole money
They claimed it would be $40 for 3 months. They charged me $63 dollars. Will never use this service again. Stick to eSIM like Chingh for South Korea. You don’t need an ARC, the prices are more reasonable, and they won’t pretend to be one price and charge you another.
Did Not Work Abroad
Tried to use this abroad to get a local number. Didn’t work any time I tried to make a call, however my international roaming worked just fine. When I told them about it they had three or four step process to troubleshoot including reinstallation none of which was worth my time or the amount I paid for the service. Was better off just paying roaming charged.
