I am unable to see my likes most of the time. This app really needs some work.
Disappointment
It’s the same interface as many other dating sites because it’s all owned by the same parent company. They are ripping us off. Do you think you’re signing up for a different database of people. But the same parent company has all the people in one giant database. But they falsely sell it as if it were something completely different.

Bogus Scam and False Advertising
Our time practices false advertising. The Silver plan does not have the benefits it claims. You have to pay more money to swipe back, message someone you like. Also every person that liked me appeared to be scam. As soon as I paid, I was not able to go in and manage my about settings. They want you to pay more even when you purchase Platinum. Don’t fall for it. I’m currently disputing and seeking a full refund.
Sucks so far
No luck so far after multiple attempts to meet someone. I’ve been a few run game on me. Did not harm just false hopes and time wasted. I’ve got premium membership and multiple boosts so far. 55 year olds who are still looking for Brad Pitt, and heavy over in fling themselves. Gonna try another day or two and then cut my losses if this continues to be a complete failure. I’ll take my time and money elsewhere.

This app disconnects my conversations when we get to the point of exchanging information. It’s happened too many times for it to be legitimate. As a year subscriber I feel like they are treating me as a supplier rather than a customer. Terrible experience with the app. Don’t do it!

Tried this app from an ad and should have known better. Say cane across mostly scammers who data mine. So disappointed I wasted my money.

Way too many scammers and fake profiles. Despite setting distance limits I have people from other states constantly looking to connect

I pay for a service and it doesn't allow me the perks of membership and no customer service on the weekend. Most of this site is communication on weekends.

Too Many Fake Profiles
There are too many fake profiles that makes the experience very frustrating. Having conversations with operators from China using AI technologies to have conversations is getting old. I just match with what appears to be a Caucasian woman and there’s only one description on her profile that says she’s a Native American.

I have a dealbreaker on my profile stating matches must live within 26 miles of my home town I’m getting likes from Alaska, New England people without a picture There is NO customer service I would not recommend Our Time

This is one of the worst dating apps out there. The features and functions of the app itself are elementary. You get matches from all over the country even when you narrow it down.

Our Time Systems
I have been very disappointed in the manner in which Our Time shows sent messages. I can send a message to someone and cannot even read it unless the person responds. This is true even though I am paying extra to be notified when a message is read. I never get that.

I feel this site is a scam because when you enter your information, but don’t actually sign up, you are notified about all these people that like you and all these messages that have been sent. You sign up only to find out that none of that was true. I wish I would have only signed up for a month or so instead of six months because I got stuck paying for something that does not. Definitely not something I would recommend.

To many fake profiles and seeing profiles that are states away when that’s not what I listed as preferences is frustrating.
Scammers everywhere
I have been so very disappointed with this site, maybe all sites. I haven’t dated in 40 years. At the suggestion of my adult daughters, I thought I’d give this a try. Buyers beware. I’ve had some very nice conversations on the app. We even exchanged phone numbers to text w/o the app. I’m looking for a way to meet a nice guy and see whether it can lead into a relationship. So far all 4 guys that I’ve matched with cannot or will not FaceTime or video chat. Hello… giant red flag. I don’t want a pen pal. I don’t need my ego stroked. I’d like to meet an actual man who is who they described themselves to be. If we can’t see the other person then actually meet in person it just won’t work.

Everyone is to far away
There has to be more local people than what you’re showing here. I put 60 miles for a limit but I’m getting Florida, California & so on. If it doesn’t get better I will not be renewing this app.
Fake profiles
This app is full of fake profiles- how do I know? Because I have several women who liked my profile first and when I open up conversation I get nothing, not even a hello - FAKE profiles

Really sad that at 60 years old I am trying to date after becoming a widower. Learning to use this app means learning how to spot the BS fake profiles. After 3 months I met two women and both lied about their status of single.

Rip off
I’d give zero stars if I could. Signed up, paid the 6 mos membership fee up front, kept getting notified I had messages and there is no way to actually see the messages sent. Reached out to customer service, got standard did you try this auto reply, sent 3 more emails with screen shots and no reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE. I’ll be contacting Apple and my bank for a full refund ASAP.

Search part of the App
When I fill in my criteria I get zero results and I used to get 2000 what did you do to my diamond app I paid for it and all I see is women 9 hours from me. Not good.
Lack of candidates
I don’t believe there’s anybody on this website. There may be a lot of pictures, but there were no viable candidates.. I’ve been a member for three weeks and it’s been one of the worst dating site experience if I’ve ever had.. Even worse than the free ones.
