I’d give zero stars if I could. Signed up, paid the 6 mos membership fee up front, kept getting notified I had messages and there is no way to actually see the messages sent. Reached out to customer service, got standard did you try this auto reply, sent 3 more emails with screen shots and no reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE. I’ll be contacting Apple and my bank for a full refund ASAP.

When I fill in my criteria I get zero results and I used to get 2000 what did you do to my diamond app I paid for it and all I see is women 9 hours from me. Not good.

Continued app problems
I’ve been on this app a few times prior to this time now. I again signed up, paid the fee, and began looking. However the app seems not to be working. I can’t see people who have sent messages or their messages. Pictures won’t come up when I open app to see who’s here. I can’t seem to get into certain areas of the app. I keep trying this app because I am hopeful to meet a man who will be a great match for me and I him. I disliked this app before cause of the games people are playing. This time, only having been on here for a short time I can say I really dislike the app and the fact that customer service is so darn hard to reach its ridiculous. I feel like they just took my money and whatever is whatever.

I have had problems with not getting many messages and have been told that my messages are not being received. This is by folks who I have been communicating with for months. Trying to contact Our Time to figure out what is going on is useless as there is no way to ask questions and find answers. Remember Our Time subscribers are normally technologically challenged and need extra help navigating technology.
Please fix your many problems or you will soon have fewer subscribers.

95% of the people I see are further away than I asked to see also I am seeing people much younger I ask to see

My account was blocked after Ive spent 9yrs single, took me a while to decided which app would be best for myself. I made an account, uploaded my pic and within 5 hours it’s blocked 😂.Don’t waste your time like I did.

Ourtime is junk
I’m single, lonely and looking for love. I decided to try this app I made a profile and was hopeful. I woke up this morning and these imbeciles at our time blocked my access to my profile. No reason given. They just want to take your money and your hope. I should just commit suicide. What’s the point.

I am not criticizing the app itself however it is a little bot and spam and the people on. It are obviously not real. However, you don't find that out until you pay for their service. Don't waste your money. I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, however I've not found a serious person on this app

Your app also has identity bugs: Example: OT informs me that “Andy” likes me to click to see his profile; when “Andy” comes up it’s someone named “Jerry” with h a different age and different location. My renewal date comes up this month…DO NOT RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP!

I think this app is a scam. Collecting female photos/so they can charge men for new accounts. I had nothing but problems. Not worth the frustration.

It is unbelievable the men who are on this site. There are profiles that are just pathetic and disgusting. Some are obviously fake. I’ve seen men who are either asleep or just have their eyes closed. Really? And they also need to put a shirt on! This is a waste of time.

I was victim of an oil rig oil rig scam! Fraudster used fake photos, built trust, begged for $33,000! Actual fire on gulf of Texas made him believable!

Very few responses
Extremely dissatisfying results. I have experienced very few responses to my many messages to a lot of different ladies. I do not claim to be a movie star but I am a reasonably attractive guy. My messages are not at all suggestive in any way, not at all ‘creepy’, threatening or pushy. My pictures are current. I am almost wondering if a lot of the women I have been messaging can even read my messages. Is there any way I can tell whether or not they have read capability OR are they just choosing not to read my messages. If the response rate does not improve I do plan to sign up for a third session on OurTime. Thanks. Greg
This app doesn’t work and it’s a huge time eater.
Can’t tell you how it is to be on the app because it’s impossible to join, the buttons don’t work, messages say they have sent you a password reset email when that never happened, am I perfectly good cell phone number on T-Mobile somehow doesn’t trigger any reaction to the verify feature.

Site is difficult to navigate and even with the highest subscription, there are still lots of additional costs.

I paid for a membership, but it didn’t give me squat. It kept wanting me to pay more for options like messaging and things that should’ve been included. Cancelled and will not renew. Will leave as soon as my my cancellation cycles through. Save your money.

Try one of the other dating apps, this one doesn’t work right. I get message notifications via email, click the “see what they said” link up to 20 times and app opens without going into message- no place in app to just read messages. No place on app to search a particular user. Have used many dating apps, find this one is hair trigger to perceive a swipe and you cannot undo a swipe right leafing to awkward “matches” you cannot undo just have to block. Cannot find help articles or support for questions like “why can’tI see my messages?”. Notifications for someone liking you work just as poorly as messages- click the “see if you like them too” link repeatedly and it doesn’t work. So much frustration, not worth yor time.
Algorithms
The algorithms are ridiculous. It’s all geared for trying to get you to buy something. Facebook for Free has allowed me to meet many women who I have messaged here but never got a response and it’s only because my messages were not allowed to go through on here, but they were on Facebook.

The software on this site is absolutely horrible. You can’t see your own history. You can see their daily picks for you. When you click on your daily pick, someone else pops up. What’s the point of that. After someone has like me and I look at their profile, it erases and you can never look at it again. This site is THE WORST most poorly designed site I’ve ever been on. Best of all you can never contact a human to help solve the ridiculous hurdles!!!!!!
