Awful customer service and feels like a scam
I downloaded this app to help me with an assignment around 5 months ago and I cancelled my subscription a week after I subscribed. Come 5 months later and I still am subscribed after I cancelled the free trial, the app has no real way to cancel the subscription in a easy manner and the customer service is not helpful what so ever. This made me feel like I have been scammed and will never use this app again I don’t recommend anyone use it

Good luck canceling
I rarely used this app so I made sure that I cancelled within the trial period. It took me over 20 minutes trying to do it on the app which does not work. I spent more time trying to cancel than I did using it. They make it easy to sign up and super tricky to cancel the subscription. Good luck.
SUCKS
It wouldn’t pick up one word of my lecture. Then it charged me for 3 months without me knowing. Took me so long to find the subscription page. Save your time and money.
No way to cancel subscription

Scam!! Unable to unsubscribe!!!
If you don’t want this company to charge you $7.99 every week for the rest of your life, STAY AWAY!!! This AI service has nowhere to change or unsubscribe from my previously selected plan and has been charging me WEEKLY despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service team to cancel my subscription. From reading other comments here, I am not the only person experiencing this problem. Beware!

That was the worst app I’ve ever downloaded
Won’t stop charging me
I downloaded the app on the trial. Cancelled the same day through the App Store. Started getting emails that I’m getting charged $7.99 a week. I replied to the email and they have a third party handling their invoices and won’t cancel my already cancelled account. Apple already thinks it’s cancelled so they are no help. There’s no way to talk to anyone to get them to cancel the charges. Huge scam!
Who Knows Not Owl
Would love to review this but I refuse to pay money for an app that claims it offers the world with no test functionality. Sadly won’t be using this program but you know what works well ChatGPT so if you already have a paid subscription there instruct it to take notes pretty simple and covered under what is already being paid. You don’t need to pay for yet another app.
Customer service is lacking
I’ve used the product and it has nice features but when you have issues their customer service is very slow to respond and fails to get issues corrected.
Not up to par
I tried to use this twice to take notes while talking my terminally ill mom’s dr. It was disappointing to say the least. This AI notetaker was a bust.
Yearly subscription for what
I payed 60 dollar for my yearly subscription and every month I run out of YouTube transcriptions and real time transcription. And the only way to get more is by buying more or to refer a friend. I find it really unreliable even tho it does a great job. Thought I was saving money by buying the 60 dollar year plan but now my 60 dollars have turned to more than 100 dollars. This app lowkey a scam they want more and more money the more you use it. If I knew it was going to be this way I won’t have bought it.
It won't let me cancel my subscription.
I've looked through the app store subscriptions, looked on the apple website, even deleted my account fully. It still attempts to charge me.
too expensive
I really wish they would be upfront and tell you the cost of apps. This one is secretive and refuses to tell you the cost until you download it and try to sign up. Once you finally get through the introductory stuff you find out that if you pay weekly, it is eight dollars a week. That is just way too expensive. Deleted the app immediately.
