False advertising
Why is the service $12 per week if it only gives you the same service that UPS gives you for free. The advertising states that you can follow your ups driver live like how DoorDash works but this is false. Please explain.

Horrible service
I had to pay for this app in order to track my package with RedC. First off that is absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay for an app just to track my package. Also, the tracking information states that my package tried to be delivered this morning. How does a package try to be delivered? It should have been delivered in my mailbox or put on my porch. However, it was in neither place.. so now I have no way of knowing where my package is and the customer service with this app and RedC is horrible.
Only Tracks After Subscribing
I tried to track an Amazon package with this app, only for it to tell me to sign up for a free trial of 3 days before charging $12.99 PER WEEK to do what lots of websites do for free. Absolutely ridiculous.
APP IS STRAIGHT TRASH (0 STARS)
I input my tracking number on their website before I even downloaded the app and it said “package found, download the app to see your tracking information”. (They had all the info blurred out) So I clicked the link and downloaded the app and entered the same tracking number and now it says no tracking information yet. It’s not an enormous inconvenience but they still obviously lie just to hook people in to download their app, which is trash! Don’t download!

SCAM
Does nothing that it advertised like live tracking. You have to manually input your tracking number unlike similar apps like SHOP that add the info automatically. Complete SCAM do not fall for it

Misleading
Guides you to download app and log in when you try to use website to track a package just to attempt to make you pay when you download. Why would I pay to track a package? Lol. Very weird.

I’m very disappointed with this app. It advertises real-time FedEx package tracking, but in my experience, the information was neither live nor consistently accurate. The tracking updates appeared delayed and provided no meaningful advantage over using FedEx’s official tracking directly. The marketing feels misleading, and the overall experience did not meet expectations.

It will say it’s found your package and once you subscribe your package doesn’t exists and cannot be found.

literally unusable. you get the app to track a single package which it just hides so youre forced to add a new one that you have to pay for. complete scam its unusable for even 1 package

Never Updated
My package was tracked and updated throughout it’s travel from various places on the websites of the various shipping companies, but was updated much later on Packy and was delivered earlier today, but states it was still at a facility 130 mi from here 2 days ago. Definitely not worth the $10/week for something I can search for on my own with accurate results.

Tracking would be free and I can understand maybe 5-10 a month but come on…
The real story
Based on all reviews I downloaded this app thinking it was good in also it’s going to start you off tricking you like it’s free but once you try to add your item or package it makes you pay a 3-day free trial
Forced purchase
There was no way to track my package for free. The app would let me know that the package was found but no option to view unless I purchased a subscription.

Apparently you have to get packy pro to track ANY packages. You can’t even enter one code without packy pro. This was not said the same in the ad on YouTube.
