I’m very disappointed with this app. It advertises real-time FedEx package tracking, but in my experience, the information was neither live nor consistently accurate. The marketing feels misleading, and the overall experience did not meet expectations.

literally unusable. you get the app to track a single package which it just hides so youre forced to add a new one that you have to pay for. complete scam its unusable for even 1 package

My package was tracked and updated throughout it’s travel from various places on the websites of the various shipping companies, but was updated much later on Packy and was delivered earlier today, but states it was still at a facility 130 mi from here 2 days ago. Definitely not worth the $10/week for something I can search for on my own with accurate results.

Tracking would be free and I can understand maybe 5-10 a month but come on…
The real story
Based on all reviews I downloaded this app thinking it was good in also it’s going to start you off tricking you like it’s free but once you try to add your item or package it makes you pay a 3-day free trial
Forced purchase
There was no way to track my package for free. The app would let me know that the package was found but no option to view unless I purchased a subscription.

I am not paying $10 a week just to track packages, not to mention that you have to pay to track any packages, and that makes the app useless. At this point, just put a price on the app and make everything in the app free

Apparently you have to get packy pro to track ANY packages. You can’t even enter one code without packy pro. This was not said the same in the ad on YouTube.

So I bought this app months ago to help with tracking and I cancelled my subscription months ago. I get a notification now saying it’s charging me almost 30 dollars for a CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION!!!

My experience with this thing sucked! Only got it to track 1 package. Didn’t really want it but has no choice! After I had to pay! Felt like the updates were not fast enough, idk SHEINs tracking is 1000x better!

This is a horrible tracking app soon as I put in my tracking information it shows that I have to pay for it. Why should I have to pay to track my package it’s pretty dumb in my opinion to have to pay to track your own package because that’s the whole point of a tracking app like this it is to track your package not for you to have to pay to track your package and I feel like this app is a scam just to make you give them your money so they can have the money all for themselves because you should not have to pay to track a package. It should be free automatically especially if you paid for tracking which means you paid for your package to be tracked so you can see when it’s going to arrive and I feel like nobody should pay to have their package tracked that’s ridiculous, especially if they pay a nice amount of money for it I don’t recommend getting this app. It is horrible and disgusting and it’s just a scam to get you to pay them extra money to make them look good. I don’t recommend getting this app. It’s horrible. Don’t buy it.🤮
