It doesn’t give much more info, just put in the tracking number and you basically get the same results as just looking on the original website for updates. It doesn’t have much information or live tracking option so you just sit and wonder if your package is actually coming to you and you have to pay to use it. You can look up any tracking number though so that’s a plus I guess but they don’t do much if you have a problem with the actual delivery carrier.

Shouldn’t have to pay for something to get tracked
Why do I have to pay to track my package that I ordered around Christmas that should’ve been here. I just feel like there’s just too much to pay for a package for you to track is crazy.

i never even downloaded this app OR subscribed, and noticed i kept getting charged $10 a week and saw i was subscribed! NO IDEA HOW THEY DID THIS! please report this is a scam and hackers i never agreed to pay anything or even downloaded this app. I have reported them

First off, they don’t let you know that you have to subscribe until you try to track your first package. Secondly, I get better tracking thru the USPS app. No point in wasting $10 to do what $0 can do. Pointless app. Would have given 0 stars if I could

App Doest Work
The links to this app aren’t working properly. When I select Verizon to track my package, it redirects me to Apple’s App Store and only prompts me to open the app instead of taking me directly to the tracking page. In addition, the information from the original link doesn’t carry over, which prevents me from tracking my package since I don’t know the package name or how it identifies the tracking number (it seems to only allow 6 digits).
Either orchestrator’s of Chinese scam ploys or inept and benefit from the thievery
Don’t waste your $10 a week they will give you no more information than what you already know and any information they do give you they do not investigate or confirm or substantiate or verify or care that they are just blindly and I have to say knowingly since so many people have complained and informed them of certain companies that falsify their shipping data infact just make it up and then package tracker puts their name on it and gives the false information some imaginary credibility by just parroting back information they know to be downright lies and are profiting from it they are coconspirators and in bed with the Chinese scam artist or completely inept and failures at their jobs and mission goals or the only reason they exist for.

Low. Why does you after 15-20 hours have no clue about where my package is. No updates nothing. In this day and age this is so unheard of and wrong
Not worth the money
Ordered something I didn’t know was coming from China. Every time I try to track the package I am pushed to use this app. But the kicker is they was $9.99 just for me to track this one package. Luckily I found another site that is free to track it as this feels like a scam. I can track all my other packages without paying so I won’t give them a dime to”aggregate” my shipping data.

Scam beware
This app is unfortunately a scam app, it gives you bogus updates for about 3-4 days , then if you want anymore tracking updates, you have to pay $9.99 per WEEK. I have the resource to hunt you down, you will pay dearly.

They are they are of no help with tracking. Pretty much as they state in other complaints they are not the US Postal Service. You’re actually better going through the US Postal Service. They are looking to collect just a fee beware.

I have been tracking a package and it’s saying it was supposed to already be at my house and it is not!!!!!! I never got my package and it won’t update anymore where my stuff is!!!!!

I’m WILL NOT “subscribe” to an app that promises tracking info, when other delivery companies provide that for free! It’s also VERY SCETCHY that their responds to every negative review is the same! I ordered a pretty expensive product, and I REALLT HOPE TO GOD it’s not a scam! I guess it’s a wait and find out situation. We shall see!

UpdateAre always days behind. And delivered status doe not mean it’s actually delivered. I was still waiting days after it said delivered it still hadn’t show’d up.

I was looking for a tracking app to track my packages and I stumbled on to this one. I thought it had promise, but the fact I have to pay for a subscription to track my first package through the app is outrageous.
Scammers Everywhere
So I ordered from a company advertised as Big Lots; American store. However the seller’ from what I have learned is located in China…??? I paid for express delivery. Then I downloaded the parcel tracking application as recommended… all to end up with now no access to track the order because now it’s required of me to pay to receive updated tracking information an additional-$9.99!!! Get this before it ended the three day trial period it showed sorting’ center China then HK Airport as of yesterday now the application needs money to continue tracking! What a joke! So I cancelled the order just before this review and my hope is that the “ company “ will reach out to me via phone with an explanation of sorts considering that their number isn’t in service in order to speak with someone in customer service. A bad experience and as the hard working person here who works hard for my income to be caught in the middle of this now trade war without a voice makes me angry!
