Absolutely a scam
Why do people have to PAY to track a package that was paid for and not delivered to the customer? I expected a package and was told it was delivered, but wouldn’t tell me where it was delivered or who delivered it. I contacted the United States Postal Inspector and reported this bait and switch fraud.
SCAM they pulled $20 from my bank account without my consent
I canceled their free trial in time for this app and they are still actively withdrawing money from my bank account when I did not consent to these charges. Filed a dispute with Apple and next is the BBB if I don’t get my money back. Stay away from this scam app!

Don’t do it
I signed up for their 7 day “free trial” and they immediately charged my card. I canceled the same day as soon as they charged my card. I emailed their “customer support” and no response. I highly recommend you don’t download this app as this is extremely unethical. This will be charged back through my card since they don’t wish to respond. STAY AWAY unless you wish to get ripped off.
DON’T GET THIS APP
I ordered a travel bag for my big trip on June 1st and thought it would be plenty of time because we trip wasn’t until the 16th. Anyway, the purchase (luux bags, which also sucks) emailed me a link to track it when I bought it. So I opened the link, which took me to the App Store for this app. The info was very confusing and hard to follow. On the 15th, today, I was told at about 1:00 am that it was on a local delivery truck. I even googled it to double check (Google sucks too!) Then later that day, I got a notification saying that it was in Nevada. I’m in Utah. I also saw that you could subscribe for this premium that would let you see the package on a map, so I subscribed for the 7 day free trial. As soon as I did, the map feature disappeared altogether. This app is confusing, costs money to actually see helpful features, and as soon as you pay for those features, they don’t work.

They are liars and thieves had a free trial until June 18 and they charged me one day into free trial they DECEIVED you and gives FALSE ADVERTISING REPORTING THIS APP TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!

Just shows straight lines to places, extremely late updates (I was comparing to the FedEx app) and the worse part the estimated time for packages it says jts coming June 12 and it’s litteraly June 13 AT 6:28 they had plenty time to update it but nope terrible app do not download.

I was immediately charged $18.38 for the free trial. I emailed the support for a refund. Do not use this app. That is theft.

Subscription money grab
Pulls the same information that can be seen when tracking via carriers site. No added value. Predatory app that profits from people not renewing their subscription which is charger per week. $8 a week or something resulting in monthly rate of $30 or something? Insane.

Free trial is not free
I canceled this service well within the free trial period and still was charged. I need my refund NOW. The company I was trying to track for my merchandise was a fraud and apparently this company is also. I have sent emails and no response.
Worthless
Does not give you correct information at all. When you tell them that and you want your money back, it’s a joke. He tried to go through Apple to get your money back and they’re like no you can’t get a refund.

1. You must start a subscription of $10 A WEEK to be able to view your package details
2. It does not show me anything useful for my package, all it says is “out for shipment: 1 day” mind you it’s been in shipment for a week, plus the app doesn’t show a map like advertised
3. Most free website you’ll find online will give you not only the same, but even more info of your package
I highly recommend finding a new app and don’t waste your money on this

It’s not helpful, I’ve added some order numbers that I personally couldn’t seek off the tabs I bought stuff from. It left some of mine pending, and most that I added have been delivered. Did NOT work.
Not only did it not have the correct tracking information, but it also had the wrong name carrier name attached to it. It picked up none of the tracking info at all. It said that maybe “the package hadn’t been shipped by the seller yet”… but I went to a universal parcel tracking website and it shows that the package has been in transit for a total of 8 days and is currently “out for delivery”. So yeah… this app was COMPLETELY USELESS! I wouldn’t even waste my time downloading it if I were you! Seriously! Don’t get scammed!

The app is completely useless unless you’re willing to pay to track a package. You’ve already paid for it to begin with. Why am I paying to have tracking put on a package if I pay in order to track it

Misleading and incorrect
I’m very disappointed with this app. It advertises real-time FedEx package tracking, but in my experience, the information was neither live nor consistently accurate. The tracking updates appeared delayed and provided no meaningful advantage over using FedEx’s official tracking directly. The marketing feels misleading, and the overall experience did not meet expectations. And then they want you to sign up for subscription?? Really?? Why??

Crazy expensive
$40 a month the track packages. That’s insane. Even if it it does what it says that does not seem to be worth the price they want to charge.
