Misleading and incorrect
I’m very disappointed with this app. It advertises real-time FedEx package tracking, but in my experience, the information was neither live nor consistently accurate. The tracking updates appeared delayed and provided no meaningful advantage over using FedEx’s official tracking directly. The marketing feels misleading, and the overall experience did not meet expectations. And then they want you to sign up for subscription?? Really?? Why??

I’m trying to cancel my free trial but there is no where that leads me to a cancellation process. Where can I do that???

Bought a product on FB that unknowingly came from China. Length of time to arrive unknown. Downloaded the 17 app as directed with package tracking. That app directs you to yet another app. This one. No way am I giving my bank info. They want payment if you want to track your package. How about K.M.A? If I could give a zero star rating, that’s what they would get.
Didn't do live route tracking

says you can track exactly where the delivery truck is and you in fact cannot do that.. so you’re basically paying $10 to track a package that you can do on a free site.

I tried finding a package used the free trial could not locate my package either canceled the trial deleted the app and was still charged the fee for using the app declined a refund when I tried to dispute it. Do not recommend
Useless App
Don’t bother getting this app it doesn’t tell you anything. It can never find the package. I’ll give you any information. Total waste of money.
Bad deliver
To get rid of the package quickly, they always leave it in the lobby. And in the end, someone steals the package. You need to tell the delivery drivers to leave it at the apartment door-not the building door. That’s two packages I’ve lost.

Got this app cause I was tracking a package from a website and the site said to get this app to get more details or “advanced tracking” with a map and all that. But when I got it and tried the advanced features it had less details than the website. Missing the last 2 updates that the website had, and no map option at all.
Doesn’t work
Everything is stuck on pending and won’t match other tracking services (including the company handling the shipping and delivery). It even said my package may not have been sent yet even though hugs out for delivery currently.

Every package I try to track just says pending
My packages are out for delivery, according to the USPS website, but this app says they’re pending and haven’t even shipped yet. They don’t even gather the actual information on your packages

SCAM ALERT!!!
Trick you into downloading then says it’s a weekly subscription for $10 freaking dollars! Give you a fake email and no other way to cancel or contact them. SCAM FRAUD JERKS
Scam! I was unaware and been charged for several months!
The app never worked and somehow started charging me 10 biweekly for months. I am now fighting to get hundreds of dollars back. Look at the review, all from questionable countries/accounts. Clear scam practice! Avoid at all costs!

I used it once to track a package and started the free trial, was not aware my trial was still going on after i deleted the app AND SUDDENLY TOOK 10 DOLLARS FROM ME? I better have my refund.
Incredibly Misleading
This app advertises “live tracking” as in the ability to see exactly which area of your neighborhood/city the package is located when out for delivery. However, there are no such features in this app. If you are considering downloading or paying for premium in order to track the location of your package when it is OUT FOR DELIVERY. Don’t waste your time or money. I recommend the app AfterShip instead, it allows you to insert all of your packages and offers the same detailed tracking information as this bogus app, only difference is that ITS FREE.

Useless App
This app genuinely doesn’t do anything that a google search with your tracking number doesn’t provide for free. Advertises a live view of your package where it’s at yet doesn’t offer anything like that after you sign up for premium subscription. Don’t waste your time, google the tracking number get same info for free.

Supposedly had a free trial to start with well it didn’t work for me. It’s useless. It charged me twice &9.99which I didn’t even use it. I had to do it on my own to track my package. I tried canceling it won’t cancel. Don’t get on. Do understand why am paying twice when , supposedly supposed to be once a month they charge you, but I’m being charged twice. somebody please tell me how to cancel this I even deleted the app so I don’t even know where to go to .
