Can’t Trust It
The app takes so long to display tracking updates that you simply cannot trust it. I received a package today that the app still thinks is in a different state. Tracking on the USPS website is fully accurate and says the package was delivered while detailing every stop it made. This app hasn’t updated the tracking in 2 days and thinks the package is still in the next state over. No matter how many times I force the app to reload, the tracking will not update. This app cannot be relied upon for important tracking updates.

These people are liars not only do they steal your money through another app, but they have you download this app to make it seem like you’re tracking your package when really they just stole all of your money and you will never see what you ordered. These people texted me on TikTok through an account making it seem like they were brand ambassador for wigs and then I ordered five weeks for a discount code. They gave it to me. The name was fashion and I spent $58 for new wigs and none of my orders was shipped nor received. These people are scammers and they are liars and I will be contacting my lawyer for them.
My tracking history completely erased
I have used this app with others and just now my entire history was erased.
Don’t trust accuracy
My shipments from china and Hong Kong didn’t arrive as the app claims. This company refuses to track the shipments or provide full information as to the whereabouts. Robotically responded to inquiries. Don’t trust them for tracking.
No me gusta
Tu paquete el que hace el Deliv lo pone en diferente apartamento ya 2 veces me lo ha hecho que cuando. No lo tira en el lobby donde se lo pueden robar no mandan una notificación de que tu paquete llegó ni un Tex ni por el correo no sirve.

Notifications are constantly delayed and do not show updated information. I need to open the courier company's official website to see updated delivery information.

Lacks functionality for serious use
Doesn’t sync across devices (although it used to). No way to know when tracking data was last polled. No way to know when tracking can be updated again (it doesn’t always update when you open the app or pull down to update).
Fine if you have a few packages but I have 200+ packages en route at any moment and I need more detail.

iPhone only
This app only supports iPhone. Looks like trash on an iPad. Also, import from Amazon doesn’t work at all. I logged in and it imported 44 items and all of them say no info available. So that was a joke. I only have 2 active items that have been shipped.

This app is like 7 hours behind the actually tracking. My packaged arrived and the app says it still in transit from another state to mine when on the usps website itself says it’s been delivered which it has. One of the most useless app ever

Started getting spam texts after installing
Title - I have received many a spam text in my day, but never one about a fake package from an even more obviously fake Hotmail (!) account. Then I installed this app; it’s a day or so later and here I am submitting a one star review (and reporting the app to Apple as well). Anyone who promotes or even indirectly enables spam deserves a ban, period.

You stated that my order was delivered, and I still haven’t received it. And I’ve never received it. I have files a claim with the attorney General’s office over this matter. Since I did spend an outrageous amount of money on products that I’ve never seen.

Tracking does not updates
I use the website a lot, so decided to download the app, but sadly it does not update the tracking , even when I am in the app and try to reload it does not fetch the latest status

The app worked great before it was upgraded. Now will no longer track AliExpress packages by using to login process to gather all packages and tracking info. It will track if manually enter 1 at a time. Please fix this or refund my subscription.

I could see where my international packages were every step of the way, for some reason it stopped working for the last 4 to 5 packages, it would only start tracking once it got into the US. Unfortunately that erases the entire point of me using this app. Disappointing.
Never received my package
I never got my package and I seen they put the wrong ZIP Code. Very disappointing.
