You look at the menu photos, you pay $17, expect something you can feel like you had breakfast, but instead you get micro sandwiches.. I’m a 170lbs guy, need to spend $50 bucks here to feel like satiated. Everything so small so expensive.. will never come back..
Delivery format sucks
The delivery section should let you ping the delivery location on a map like doordash. I always leave a note explaining where the door is as its on the only usable entrance and the delivery person never reads its and is lost for 10minutes trying to find the entrance as I explain it with simple instructions and street names.

Panera delivery app seems to be a way to spend more and get less. You are using door dash, and using door dash for orders at least offers a path to getting money back for missing items.

I can’t even call the number because they’re not open on weekends??? i just want my money back without wasting more gas and this has been an awful experience. After spending $60 only not to get half of my order is ridiculous. If you ever have an issue with your order good luck on getting to reach someone.

Salad stuffer is not stuffed. Paid $1.89 for tuna. Mayb a 1/2 teaspoon of tuna in it. Salad was not fresh. Bread was dry and cracked

I spend over $30 for 2 salads, 1 was full size fugi Apple chicken sandwich...I got a few broke pieces of apple, the main thing should be apples and chicken, certainly not a few crumbs of apples that doesn't equal more than 2 teaspoons! I won't come back if I'm going to be treated like this when I'm paying so much money for just lettuce
MyPanera amnesia
Latest app updates caused amnesia - the app doesn’t think I have an account, even though the website will allow me to login and recognizes my account and previous purchases. This is a BIG, BIG FAIL for Panera and all the other apps that do this (looking at you, Microsoft!)

Charged my credit card without warning
I subscribed to Sip Club on a promo offer, but eventually decided it wasn’t worth it and wasn’t going to renew. I removed my credit card info.
I got multiple email reminders to add my credit card info in order to keep my subscription going… which was fine with me since I didn’t want to renew anyway.
When my subscription should have ended, they charged me anyway. And their policy is to never to give refunds. Now I have to look at credit card disputes and ftc complaints.
What a ripoff.

Full of Popups
This app sucks because every time you click on a product or add it to a card there’s always an upsale pop-up. It is absolutely annoying and ridiculous.
Sneaky unconventional business practices
Why can’t you immediately cancel the order if there is a mistake with the order. No way to request a cancellation or refund. Is that so panera can keep the money.

Online order delayed waited over 10min on the drive through line I get to the window and no greeting nothing was given me a green tea incorrect order gave me my order with no smile no thank you at all and my apple was missing . That girl does not need to be in front line put her on the cooking area.
Menu won’t load, but their ads will.
Ugh 2 force quits and 20 minutes later to just get the app to load. Double checked, did have the latest version.
After the 1st force quit, the ads loaded. After the 2nd force quit, the menu finally came up.
Then it was 10 minutes to select the correct location.

Terrible customer Service
I was at Syosset branch and got a Caesar saad which I paid full size and got half of it as usual.I asked manager if this is the right size and she said yes it is and if you want I can refund the money.I am sure I have been a Panera Bread customer more than a manager worked there.I was so disappointed the way she treated me

Good app, inconsistent quality of food at some locations
While the app itself functions fine, I have found the quality of the food I order through this app vary as compared to placing an order at the restaurant. This includes frequent issues with missing ingredients or insufficient quantities.
Bad service
We visited the Elgin location @ Randall Rd and I-90 and the server didn’t ware gloves to pick up the pastry. All coffee stations were empty except one. Manager while filling the order scratch hair and go and fill the order. The order was short chocolate croissant.
The cash register area was dirty. I am not happy with the service and overall experience.

I go to Panera Bread at least 3 or more times a week for the great good food. But it seems for the last 7-8 months I never get what I order on my salads. I will pay for extra and then when I get my order it’s not right. There is always something missing or just barely anything on it that I paid extra for. When I triugcyggcuycgguycyygut it he just gets IPsec with me. I have cyou ycgucnever been offered anything for my trouble of having to drive 20 minutes back to the store to pick up a remake. I have even asked to pay extra to just get what I ordered to which Mitch told me he didn’t know how to ring up something extra and that he might get in trouble for doing so. This is the craziest excuse I have ever heard. I guess I will just take my business elsewhere. It’s ridiculous that a great paying customer can’t just get a correct order.
