Let me play the game
I want to be able to open an app and play the game. With this app you open it up and have to go through 50 pop ups of we have this side game and we have this offer for you to buy before you get to the game. So you open the app and spend 2 minutes closing pop ups before you can even start playing the game and the reason I play games on my phone is when I have a few minutes to kill so if it takes 2 minutes of pop ups that sucks up a lot of the time I would have played the game and kills my desire to play the game. Also because there are so many side things going on it kills your battery super quick compared to other games.
Ads won’t close
Up until today I really enjoyed this game. But now the ads won’t run/close so additional perks or progress is impeded. WTH! Very disappointing!
New Features make it not fun anymore
You can easily waste a Chrystal axe even being careful. I’ve lost 3 joy meaning to use it. One on the last tree chop. Also, they don’t give much bonus free energy anymore either. I guess they make too money off of players purchasing it. It’s very expensive. If you buy energy through the regular game play you’re not getting much time to play for your money especially on special islands because it cost so much for one chop. You can be out of regular energy in less than 5 minutes. You had to spend real money to complete the last special island. Used to you don’t have to spend money. You don’t get enough time for the special islands as it is. You only get 80 energy and it takes 2.30 minutes to get 1 energy back. Occasionally I get bumped to 120 max energy but that still doesn’t help a lot. I buy shovels to use on energy boxes as that’s the cheapest way to get energy but there’s only one of those per island so it doesn’t help much. It’s still cheap for 4 @ $1.99. I get a free shovel here and there. I only use those for energy. It’s the best use I found. Last energy box I got 92. The islands do have some energy under bushes but the ones that look like the ? ones I’ve found you don’t get back what you spent to open it so I don’t even open those anymore. It was from 5-15 energy to chop one time on them. I’ve got back as little a 3 energy back. Not worth it at all. They do still give cars and stars to build fairies for free. The graphics is beautiful! The storyline is unique. The cards are hard to complete a set. You get the same ones over and over that turn to fireflies but those aren’t good prizes anymore. They used to give axes and the piece that would make a piece for a wonder but now you get a water drop, magnet or fairy and cards. It’s not worth it. They have great prizes for some of the completed sets but most you only get close which doesn’t help at all. I’d rather be able to trade cards with other players but that’ll only work if we all don’t get the same cards. They could do a lot to make this game better but it gets worse with every update. There’s a lot of talk about these issues on the fb community GROUP page. We support and help each other. Support lacks a lot. If you get a response it’s usually generic or automated response.

Every time I get close to a 'wonder', they steal stuff and I start again. It's very frustrating and I am about to delete the game.

It’s a fun game but you guys are stingy on the gifts and want a small fortune for more lives or jewels. WTH!!!

Don’t believe the ads … NO FREE GIFTS … NOT ACTUAL GAME PLAY
I have played the game on and off for awhile now…. Stop when I didn’t receive the “free” gifts never appeared… ads stopped running for a bit… tried again… same thing … the game uses up energy like they are giving it away for free… which of course they are not… they give you nothing for free… the game isn’t bad… but… don’t expect the “free gifts” … the ads in the game are NOT GAME PLAY…. THERE ARE NO FREE GIFTS…. the only thing true in their ads is that you don’t have to pay… unless you want to finish the game in your lifetime… and you don’t have to watch ads… unless you want to finish the game to get even just a little amount of “ free” gifts
After a few months I got bored
I deleted the game and then started seeing the ads that claimed huge gifts and how much the game had been changed. Twice I tried downloading it again and nothing was different. And the “ hundred in free gifts” and “10,000,000” in free coins were lies too.
Even worse are the game previews that are nothing like the actual game. They make fun of other games for that and they do it too.

Free Game is not the whole truth
This game proclaims it’s a free game. It is if you only plan on playing for about 15 minutes, otherwise you have to continue spending money to play. This game is designed to drain your wallet.
Misleading
There are a lot of ads. You need to purchase energy if you want to play longer than 10 or 15 minutes.
Don’t bother
I loved this game for a long time - I even regularly spent money in it. But when they changed a feature that basically stole my hard to acquire boosters and then refused to make it right or even attempt to find a resolution for me, I’m done. Terrible customer service. Not worth my time or money.

Love this game I’m not gonna stop playing it, but a lot of things you kind of have to pay to play not like other games where you literally have to pay to play but for certain events if you want to participate, you have to pay. It didn’t used to be that way.

It was fun at first. But then I started spending $$ to play. I just bought the golden ticket and I can’t play. It gives me two moves and I’m done unless I spend money. It’s totally ridiculous. I might have to erase the whole game. It’s too bad because it is a good game. I enjoyed playing it.
No bonus as promised
Twice I have tried this game. The second time was when they promised all those extras. Played for a while NEVER received the coins or the extra things as promised
