Does nothing but buffer. I can barely watch it. The phone app works just fine but I cannot stare at my phone screen for hours due to a medical condition.

Ads out of control
It doesnt matter how good the selection here is, or how well the app itself performs. The amount and frequency of ads on this app is completely unbearable.

Worst app ever.
Please fix this app. Clunky, buffering, quitting, skipping. I can’t get through one episode without the above happening.
App broken
App doesn’t run on FireTv stick. Yes, that’s a different app. But paramount doesn’t read or respond to Amazon reviews and it’s been broken for months. Their customer service is non-existent. So I’m cancelling our subscription.
Insane amount of ads
I was automatically subscribed to paramount plus essentials as part of my Walmart+ subscription and there just happen to be some of my favorite shows streaming on this service.
The commercial breaks are long (sometimes closer to 3 minutes) and repetitive (seeing the exact same ads every commercial break). I understand that it's the ad supported lowest package they offer which is probably why it came free with W+ but this is insane.
Three 52~55 minute episodes took over 5 hours of my day with minimal pauses. If you pause in a commercial or try to rewind past a commercial break, the entire ad segment replays. Make sure to keep your finger on the mute button because the commercials are ten times as loud as the show and they break at really random places even during the middle of a scene or after the first three seconds of the credits comes another 145 second ad break before it gives you the 'next episode' button.
Paramount, Skydance, whatever you're calling yourselves these days. You can do better.

Almost unusable
This app on my tv is sluggish to the point of near unusable. Slow to boot up. Slow to respond to controller commands. Stops and pauses on its own. And forget about fast forward commands…

Worst sports streamer
Absolutely the worst at live sports. Whether it’s Champions League or UFC, expect spotty connection and/or to be dropped. They never can handle major events because they are cheap and won’t invest more in infrastructure
30+commercials per episode
Greedy, awful, terrible app. Just as much time watching ads as content. Watch them respond by asking me to pay more for premium. Can't wait for Survivor to end so I can cancel again.
Charged monthly but can’t access content
I thought perhaps I had unintentionally missed payments. But nope, I’m definitely being charged. Yet for the last month and more, each time I open the app, it behaves like it doesn’t know my account. It shows no content to access. I don’t have time to walk through whatever is wrong - so just cancelled.
Always freezes
I’ve been a member of Paramount+ for some time now and I’m the last 6 months while watching Landman the service feezes every 15 second so I’m unable to watch a full episode. Highly recommend not downloading until the fix the bug.
This app has become the worst
It never stops buffering, and now we get a Code-3005 not worth the money to me anymore.

The worst app ever. It’s literally useless. If you get to actually watch something, you’re watching it with the play button or tracking at the bottom the whole time. Until it shuts down of course. Do not bother with this service at all-waste of money!
terrible interface
the app across all devices ( tv, iphone, even desktop website) is extremely slow, buggy , and typically does not work. my subscription is basically useless because the app never works. for all the money these people have, they can invest in better software.

UPDATE: THE UPDATE DID NOT FIX THE menu To Choose different Seasons AND STILL Unable to watch previous Episodes! I was on Season 3 of JAG using my iPhone 15 and now on my iPhone 17 it's stuck on Season 3! This the same for All Shows that have more then 1 Season! Now on my iPad everything works!

Why did you remove As Told By Ginger? That show is awesome. It is honestly very pathetic that you removed that show. Please bring As Told By Ginger and Doug back to Paramount+!

I am not sure why I keep Paramount + streaming service. I have 9 others and none of them glitch, or if they do it’s rare and minor. I can’t watch Paramount without the glitches, except the ads play just fine. I paid for an annual subscription and have had it for years, but I think it’s time to say goodbye to it. Everyone that I know that has Paramount +, has the same problem, so I say DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO PARAMOUNT + unless you like stress and frustration. I have read the boards and done all the things people say to fix it, as well as Paramount themselves. It is NOT my WiFi, I have very good fast WiFi. Paramount do better!
Horrible app for Smart TV
This app is abhorrent for a smart TV. There are so many glitches and bugs. The iPhone app is okay. Get your stuff together. How can a multi-billion dollar company not get an app to work properly?

I forgot how poorly written CBS shows are written! I also was under the impression that Paramount+ had a large library of shows and movies. But I was unfortunately wrong. Definitely don't get this service unless you research what's available first.

Worst streaming app ever
This app shuts down all the time. Will not play shows. Stops in the middle of shows. Basically whoever programmed this should not be programming. This app is the worst of all the apps I use to stream. This app needs an overhaul, it is so broken down and useless.
It decides to work it’s fine
Honestly I’m paying for a bad service and I’m considering getting rid of it. Every time I try to open the app on my tv it crashes. And when it finally works after restarting it for the millionth time it works for one whole episode and then crashes again when it flips to the next episode. You better off watching it on the regular tv channel or find another streaming service that has what you’re looking for.

I miss ESPN+ 😭 Forced to get this HORRIBLE app to watch UFC. The layout is TRASH. I have to watch highlights after the fact because they don’t have full fights readily available. I click on “Watch Now” after an event and it’s a black screen. THIS APP IS LITERAL TRASH. Layout is trash. Navigation is trash. It literally never works anyway! I’ve never hated an app more than this one. GO BACK TO ESPN+!

Listen, I get the ads. When I need to rewind or fast to find the place I left off and have to watch them multiple times before stating the show.. that frustrating. The platform is great, I just think it needs some adjustments too calculate most efficiently.

Good afternoon I’m experiencing a problem with the Paramount app on my iPad ninth generation. The problem is specifically with the season button for all television/series. The problem is the button doesn’t work. It does not allow me to change/select seasons the drop-down menu does not appear on the button is pressed. The problem does not occur on my phone iPhone 12 Max. But when I do change the season on my phone, it does reflect on the iPad. Please help resolve this issue please note I have updated the app and deleted and reinstall multiple times to see if that would correct the problem.

Star Trek not sinking up
Star Trek enterprise season four lips are not sinking up right and the audio is off which makes it completely unwatchable cause who want to watch a English spoken tv show were the lips don’t line up someone needs to fix this now cause this is unacceptable for how much people have to pay for a tv show which isn’t watchable any were else, for the tv show in question to be unwatchable cause the lips don’t sync up with the audio
Buttons Don’t Work
I can’t select any older season that the current one. I can’t search anything. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it and the same issues still occur.
Lack of streaming
Paramount+ is lacking on putting things out when it simply gives a date and if a show or movie is already at the 60 day theoretical limit then that’s when it needs to be released and done this is ridiculous like I’ve been wanting to watch scream seven and they can’t even put it out like cmon paramount stop lacking and get moving on with them shows and movies
